I love that this is FREE for the regular version, though you can pay more to get more RSVP's. I used this for an event, and I loved that people RSVP'd themselves, as well as any guests, and I was able to add special notes (ex. dietary restrictions, drink preference, etc.). I love that I could add my own pictures to the event, and I got notified when people RSVP's. It was super customization, even on the free version!

Nachteile

Honestly, nothing! For the free version, it included a lot of features!

The RSVP's were very quick and easy to setup with custom branding and info. There were a lot of different options to distribute to guests (RSVP link, email etc) and it was awesome to get live updates as guests submitted their RSVP.

Nachteile

It is a little pricey and there is no option to purchase for a one-time event. The purchase options are by subscription only, which is not ideal if you only have 1 or 2 events to use it for.

I was hired to plan a corporate event for a client inviting over 300 guests. RSVPify made the RSVP process VERY easy for me as a planner to keep track of a head count and for the client to be able to see who was or was not coming. The fact that i could customize it to our events theme and company was just a bonus!
It definitely made my job easier and made me look good!

We had someone show up to the event who had not RSVP’d because they said they didn’t know how do so on the website.

The ease of setting up an RSVP system. I also liked that it was so simple to edit almost every element of the RSVP. I also liked that I could embed the RSVP in my website.

The embed into website function was a bit annoying when the user was using Safari. It would require the user to press a button and then show the form.

It was very user friendly and did exactly what I needed it to. I didn't receive any troubleshooting calls or emails from attendees.

Customer service was extremely quick and helpful.

I was a little confused on the ticket types. I realized after communicating with customer services that "attend, maybe attend, not attend" have preset functions that can't be changed.

I would have more information upfront about non-profit and education institution pricing.

This was a very easy way to setup an event with all the relevant info for a wedding.

When I make changes to the event, it doesn't have the option to just email everyone to let them know that I changed something. Instead, I have to select to send an email to those that RSVPed and put in the details separately. It would be nice to have the option to click to send an update to invitees when I change event details.

We were able to download a list of the attendees and their guests which made planning much easier.

Would have been nice to be able to alphabetize the name of the invitee with their guest attached to their name still. When I alphabetized it the guest were added into the entire list and were no longer with the person they were attending with.

I really enjoyed all the tools that this software provided. We had our very first virtual event and this software allowed me to keep track of our guests, the RSVPs, and scheduling emails. I loved how I could customize almost anything. Even though we only needed to use this for one event, I will definitely consider using this in the future for other events.

Rsvpify makes it easy to plan and rsvp for events both as an organizer and an attendee. Also great to keep detailed records of attendees in case all need to be contacted for event updates.

Ease of use. I got setup and had an RSVP site for my event in minutes.
Functional even in the free version. No need to spend extra if you need to manage one event at a time.
Easy to cancel when you no longer need it. They don’t sucker you into an unbreakable subscription that you don’t need or won’t use.

There was one feature I wanted, being able to import the guest list from a spreadsheet and easily being able to add +1's to some of the invitees, but we ended up entering it manually. Still a very easy fast process but a bit longer.

The best part about this product is that we could customize it for our needs and it was easy to make edits and adjustments as needed.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the software. It got the job done for what was needed and we never had any issues getting help from customer service.

In order to use all the necessary features of this program you will need to purchase a "premium plan". Unfortunately, a one time purchase for this is not available the billing is set up as a subscription. A one time, one month purchase for people who don't do reoccurring events would be super convenient.

One challenge is the automated emails- they don’t show up in the email location but elsewhere in the set up.

It is spendy in my opinion. You should have an option to pay, say, $10 to host one RSVP event without a subscription with <200 RSVPs. That's more reasonable than signing up for 1 month of subscription to host just one event.

It was very easy to set up my event and include all the information that I needed on the RSVP. It was also user friendly when I needed to go back and edit some information. The actual RSVP that went out to my guests was self-explanatory and they could respond with no problems at all.

The setup was very easy. Very intuitive and lots of options for customizing our invite and RSVP. RSVPify checked all the boxes for what we needed when setting up a completely virtual event. I reached out to customer service and they were very quick to respond, very clear and extremely helpful.
