I am in academia and I deal with lots and lots of PDF files. I generally use locally installed software but every now and then, I find myself with a new device with a need to manipulate PDF files. Every single time, I open smallpdf because of how easy it is. It has everything - compression, extraction, merging - everything. This tool is amazing and I love every aspect of it.

Nachteile

Honestly, I can't think of any cons. The tool is super good. I do wish it had faster transfer speed but that's not a big deal.

Even the free version is useful for urgent work. Usually there are urgent tasks where I need to reduce the size of a document, so it has become an application that I enjoy using.

It needs to stand out among its competitors. It is easy to use, it always ranks high in ads, but if I am on another site at that moment and it can handle my job, I am not necessarily looking for this Smallpdf. Binding, sustainable policies can be produced.

So I mean this. For example, when I need to translate a document or image, I should think of typing Smallpdf instead of typing "Jpeg to PDF". Of course, this is not a negative situation for me, but it is for Smallpdf.

La facilità di utilizzo. Il sito web è sempre lì pronto quando convertire ed editare qualcosa online e non hai tempo né modo di scaricare ed installare programmi come nel mio caso, in cui uso pc aziendale. Le funzionalità sono quasi tutte di rapida comprensione ed accessibilità. Penso che chiunque dovrebbe utilizzare questo sito. Ha salvato la vita molte volte a tanti di noi che utilizzano il pc per lavoro/mail/produttività

Nachteile

Penso sia necessario dare l’opportunità al cliente anche di poter preventivamente rinominare il file una volta convertito/editato prima di poterlo utilizzare. Molte volte mi è capitato di editare diversi documenti con questo sito e di ritrovarmi file con tutti nomi simili. Questo rende scocciante la ricerca. Occorre aprire ogni file per visionarne il contenuto. Questo inconveniente sarebbe superato se si potesse preliminarmente rinominare il nome del file.

Que gracias a Smallpdf el uso y gestión de los documentos pdf es muy sencillo. Permite gestionar, compartir, modificar, firmar documentos en pdf de una manera muy eficiente.

Lo que menos me gusta son las limitaciones de la versión gratuita, sobre todo el tema de la marca de agua que a veces en los archivos convertidos resulta bastante molesta.

Me gusta mucho la interfaz intuitiva y lo sencillo que es arrastrar y soltar los archivos para empezar a trabajar. Además, cuenta con una amplia variedad de herramientas que me permiten realizar diversas tareas con mis documentos PDF.

La versión gratuita tiene restricciones en el número de archivos que se pueden procesar al mes, lo que me ha obligado a buscar otras soluciones para trabajos más grandes.

In general, the layout of the document remains unchanged even when you convert it into another format, which is something that does not always happen with other similar services. Many features are offered for free.

Nothing particularly negative, but there can be some ads when using the free service and also the monthly plan is a little expensive (you can always go with the annual one, which is cheaper).

I love the convenience and ease of using this app. I generate recipes and training sheets for my clients and this is one of the best ways to free up storage space on your pc.

The free trial should be longer. 5 days isn't enough time to get the feel of the product if you aren't generating content quickly.

This is the best pdf editor available as compare to all other available online. It just beautifully converts any pdf in the desired format. PDF editing including annotations is a brownie. UI/UX is superb.
