Great affordable solution for increasing reviews.
The experience so far has been positive. We have a bunch of satisfied customers using it to generate more reviews.
Vorteile
This is easy for me to roll out for end users to help them generate new reviews for their businesses.
Nachteile
Sometimes the customers do not receive the emails asking them for a review, but this is more to do with the Spam filters on the receiving end.

I have had one interaction with support on a question that I had and they responded quickly. The system is so easy that you don't really need much help!

I love that its so easy to share my reviews on my website. You have to get people to your website and reviews are an easy way.

I can't think of features that are missing at this time.

Vorteile
This Reputation Management Tool is easy to use and can be set up in a few minutes. I like that it allows me to easily ask for reviews and respond to new ons all from one tool.
Nachteile
The UI/UX could be improved and I wish I could get more customization options.

Great Review Platform that sends Texts and Emails
Vorteile
I like the automation of sending texts and emails and continually trying to reach out.
Nachteile
Sometimes integrations have failed but they have been stable recently so its been good for a while now.

My overall experience with grab your reviews has been great. It hasn't been long since I started using it but so far I like it and will definitely keep using it.

What I mostly liked about this software is that you can track reviews on a lot of multiple review sites such as Google, Yelp and also on Facebook.
Nachteile
To be honest theirs nothing that I disliked about this software. Haven't had no issues so can't say anything negative about it.
