Easy to use and setup. Customer service is excellent. Review request software is so simple and just works. Has white label option and connects to your domain for agencies.

Nachteile

A little glitchy at times, often have to log out and back in to get the app to work. But that fix always works.

I purchased the Agency White Label level from AppSumo. Their software works flawlessly (when it works), and allows users to display reviews in a variety of ways on the business' website

Nachteile

There have been a couple of system outages over the past week, and their support service can only be reached via email. I think their slow response to the email is due to the scope of their recent outages.

The company/ customer support is pretty awful and they call you multiple times a day to try and sell more products, I had to start blocking numbers. The system overall is pretty dated feeling and seems like something you would build out in school.

Although there are times that reviews should be removed because they lack substance, I don't agree with removing negative reviews simply because they are there. Grab Your Reviews offers removal of negative reviews. Those negative reviews are how businesses grow, and customers know what they should expect from the company or service.

14 day free trial! We chose not to continue with it, but we did get a lot out of it during that time and would potentially resubscribe down the road.

Genuinely no complaints. It isn't an integral part of our business so we didn't continue with it but we could come back.

It's super easy to set up, even for multiple offices. Plus, it is super customizable with respect to the messaging, the rating system, what level of positive review prompts an online review, and the fact that negative reviews stay internal but also give you an opportunity to respond.

Was kind of quirky to set up at first, but the team was quick to respond and fix the issue I was having. Great people.

A very well thought-out reputation management Saas. It is my goto software for both personal use, and clients, when I need to increase social proofing for a brand.

Nachteile

The widgets, which i don't use, do look a little badly designed - and from what I recall had limited ability to edit them, but I do not use them, so this does not detract from how much I value the software for what it is good at - getting reviews.

It made it really simple to obtain reviews as well as manage all the review platforms in a centralized dashboard. I really enjoy the QR code interface for obtaining reviews. My workers simply show the client their phones upon job completion and they instantly leave reviews!

Nachteile

During the initial setup it was a bit confusing as I had multiple businesses and upon establishing the domain I used the primary business, but then all other businesses were having to use this domain. After learning this I purchased a separate unique domain name for the exclusive use within the app.

The price point, ease of use of the platform, and features are really solid for Grab Your Reviews. I love the ability to setup campaigns with auto follow ups and being able to customize each step. That along with the ability to step in to fix an issue if a customer has a bad experience is huge. Being proactive like this has really helped fix any issues before it becomes a bad review and also collect more good reviews. It has really helped us level up our customer service.

Nachteile

The only con for me is I wish I could make the request emails a little more professional looking. I think they're okay and I doubt any client/customer actually cares but I would love to see more options here.

Using the services for more than 6 months, the Best part is, I always found the customer service up to date. They always respond in 24 hours or less. Was having minor technical issues but [sensitive content hidden] was always there until we solve the problem. Keep it up.

There's a QR code generator so team members have their own review link, but there is no way to track which team members generated the review. A dashboard to track which individual QR code generated a new review would be welcome.

I love that I can easily explain to my clients how to use this software and get them grabbing reviews right away. It's easy to navigate the dashboard and my clients are loving how simple and effective it is.

Any issues I've had they resolved within 24 hours or less so I dont feel that there was anything thT didn't get resolved quickly.
