Absolutely wonderful!
There are many salon POS/Booking software out there I'm sure. This one, however, stands out for multiple reasons. I would say, it's number one selling point is ease of use. For both management positions and reception staff, the interface could not possibly get any simpler. It is very easy to teach staff how to use. Some things could use a bit of reworking but for me, it has all in all been great to use so far and I can only assume it will get better and better with time.
Another thing that makes it so great is the fact that it's online. A lot of people will want an offline mode, however, this is a bad idea in the age of information. You can check sales, book reservations, manage product stock, from literally your couch as long as you have a connection.
It also has helped a lot with our marketing plans because (again, why it should be online) everything is stored in a database which allows you to be able to see really useful information, like how long a certain client hasn't come, and what services are selling well, which staff are selling what products etc. Not only can you see this information, but you can see it anywhere you are! Making it very easy to share the data with the right people.
At the moment it's free, but if it eventually becomes a paid product, it will be totally worth it!

LOVE!!
Love shedul, it does everything that the huge programmes do but for free, it does my accounts easier, it sends booking and text reminders, I can get clients to book themselves for services I choose to be available to them, it keeps track of my retail, it's gives me detailed reports, it really is a marvelous creation, and we are so so happy with it. thank you!!!

Best scheduling software ever!
This booking software does everything my old software does and more. I paid over $3000 for my previous software and it didn't do half of what shedul offers. And shedul is FREE. Amazing support staff always gets back to me with answers to my questions within 24 hours but most of the time way faster than that. So happy I found this.

Easy to use. And free! And the support staff is very quick and efficient.
Nachteile
Ability to customize invoices with a logo or signature. But the staff is always open to opinions so hopefully these features will be added soon.

Can't change price when booking (in case I quote a diff price) and can't combine payment for hisband/wife who come at the same time and pay together, hard to change price if I've forgotten a product at checkout. If I go too far, I have to delete the invoice

I was stressing about getting our salon computerized, selecting the right package, weighing up the pros and cons, the costs and everything else that comes with it, until I found Shedul. Although it didn't meet all our requirements from the start, since then all those extras that I wished were there have started rolling out on a regular basis, and it just keeps getting better. I get the sense that the developers are very focused, use the right methodologies, testing methods, version control and all the rest that goes along with building a quality system. Not to mention the project manager(s), architect(s), designer(s) and the product owners, who obviously know how to treat developers by leaving them to do what they do best. So easy to use, accessible from anywhere and any device capable of an internet connection. Just took a trip a week ago and could see exactly what was happening at any time, no phone calls, emails or anything. Being cloud based, we're also not burdened with things like backing up our data, complex and sometimes buggy new upgrades that you'd have to do if you had a system running locally. Great job guys, keep it up! Last but not least, they listen to what their users want, which is a tricky business and takes great insight to strike the right balance.

I havent found any thing I dont like about the software, if I have questions there is a section where all the FAQ are which is very helpful. Customer service is also super effective. I would love for this to be an app, but I saw they are already looking into/ developing it.

A godsend to a start up business

It's so easy to use and obviously the fact that it is currently free is incredible, as a start up business there are so many initial costs to factor in it can be very daunting so to have such an amazing system at my fingertips at no cost I am amazed. The support has been incredible with emails to see how I'm doing and they're constantly looking for suggestions on how they can improve. I thought this was too good to be true but for the first time in my life I think this is something that has lived up to my expectations and then some. Would highly, highly recommend!

Love this product exactly what i have been looking fir.
Completely easy to schedule and not worry about if i am at work or not and i always have our schedule handy. So we are not losing any customers do to not being at work sometimes with the schedule not in front of me.

3rd it has all the features i needed as a tattoo shop. It has alot of extra features you can use if you choose.
I honestly just love it so far i have looked at so many options and either they were to expensive or they were to complicated.

The only problem I am having and it isn't a big issue is that when i log in it does not always go to the current date. It stays on December 2018. This could also be something on my part. I honestly cannot come up with anything else. I do have some suggestions to maybe this product more marketable to the field i am in but if not it is still so easy and works great.

Shedul is the winner from any other softwares we have tried (and failed) to utilize. It is clean, comprehensive, easy to use. The software is so easy to setup and has so many options to it without overwhelming the user.
From reading up about Shedul and theur gameplan- you can clearly see that the team at Shedul has a long term and clear vision which really benefits the end user.
This clear and easy to use software organized my wifes salon and she is not a 'software person'. In fact she hates programs and stuff!
I am very confident having the backbone of my wifes salon in the hands of this dedicated and creative team!
On a side note- As a business person- i love the disciplined approach from a business perspective to offer the product for free and get honest critique from their users to tailor-make the best possible software for this industry.

Professional and Time saving
I found Shedul while looking for a book software for my new Home based Spa Business. I considered Style Seat but over all I wanted something that was software based and similar as well as cost effective. I googled and found Shedul and decided to give it a try! Everything has been extremely easy to use and I love that my clients get reminder messages for appointments. The design is very professional and I'm so happy to be using it, not to mention the major head ache it saved me since I was doing all my scheduling on my personal Calender. This is a great way way to boost your business.

Shedul has all bases covered, quick to set up, easy to use, our staff are very happy!

Shedul has been the simplest and quickest software to set up our salon on, staff, clients, services and products are all covered. The ability to add so much detail to client profiles, amend appointments to really suit each staff member is fantastic, not to mention the different permission levels to allow staff to book appointments whilst they're away from work, this is great for booking through social media! Shedul allows for flexibility for staff and daily life which other software does not. The text and email notifications are so helpful and clients love them!
Nachteile
We love this software, there's not a great deal we don't love. The ability to add optional extra SMS notifications for different reasons would be good (even if we were charged) maybe this would be a new feature at some point.

Shedul is one of the best and easiest to use systems i have ever worked with.
I have more than 20 years experience in the beauty industry and had a chance to work with all kinds of systems including: MindBody, Shortcuts, Phorest and Salon Iris. I must say that Shedul is the best out there. Shedul has all the features i need to manage my business and its all for FREE. I wish i found Shedul years ago, it would have saved me lots of pain.
STOP LOOKING, TRY SHEDUL AND YOU WILL NEVER LOOK BACK.

I have my own business as a Babysitter and Nanny, I provide options for families who need before or after school care, full day babysitting or weekend and night babysitting. SHEDUL has been fantastic for me to be able to schedule appointments. I love the included block out time at the end of each appointment for my travel time plus now I can remind my customers automatically it's just something else I don't have to do. I'm in love with the reoccurring appointments function, plus all the reports available! It's an all-in-one business tool for a small business owner with no time for administration, just out there working!

Fantastic, so glad I made the switch
I am not the most computer literate so when making this technological advance in the salon, I did so through gritted teeth. BUT I must say that it has been the easiest transition thanks to Shedul. It's so easy to navigate and makes life a lot easier when taking appointments. My clients are delighted with the notification service as am I. Whatever keeps my clients happy makes me happy so Shedul is a welcome and definite asset to my salon. Keep up the good work guy's, your getting it right and its really appreciated x Lisa

Using this tool has freed up so much of my time. I work for myself and often when finishing with a clients nails I would have multiple messages requesting appointments. Individually I would have to go through seeing when and where I can fit them in. Now all I have to say is please use the 'book now' button and book when you are available. Life is so much easier.
My clients love it and have given me amazing feedback also pointing out how much more professional it is.
The fact it is free is amazing and dare I say I wouldn't hesitate if I had to pay for it.

Nothing so far. Who ever designed it is a legend. Maybe I could give more constructive feedback once I have been using it longer. But so far so good.

It is great option when you don't have much resources for contributing to software development for your service, you can use this. It's integrating very easy and easy to use.

I came across Shedul by accident a few weeks ago when I was looking for a suitable program for my workplace. I have to say, what an amazing find! I have been using Shedul since then and I have been amazed by it. Any questions I have are answered within a day or 2 via email and the replies have always solved my queries. I have worked in medical/beauty industries for close to 30 years and I have to say Shedul is up there with the very best. Thanks so much for a wonderful program and your excellent customer care.

My overall experience with shedul has been delightful. They walk the walk and talk the talk!
Vorteile
The software is easy to use even for people without any basic knowledge of computers. Even when you don't know how to do something there is always a helping hand. Rep has been absolutely wonderful! He replies back at lightning speed and consistently goes way beyond the call of duty. I love it when you are struggling with something and email 'help'. Help is on its way. These guys at Shedule have certainly nailed the customer service to a 'T'.

THE MOST AMAZING AFTER SALES SERVICE FOR A FREE SOLUTION
My biggest problem was having a solution that allowed online booking and processing of staff commissions. I got both here. I sleep easy even with the commission cycle ending as I know getting records takes a single click.

Transition from Premier Spa to Shedule has been so easy. I am absolutely delighted with it!

The accessibility and freedom to log in where you are. Busy people don't always have time during our opening times to rearrange or cancel appointments, they can email anytime of the evening, whilst at home I can control the day diary of the business from my living room. Fantastic support is close to hand aswell. Everything about Shedule I'm 100% happy with, no complaints. One thing that I actually found attention to detail was the small heart for request therapists it's true some clients do love there therapists this is something so small but has impressed myself and lovely team of therapists. Thanks for creating this fabulous software!

The best every saloon software
We were looking all over and have tried many solutions all fails for different reasons. Shedul is the best Saloon ever i my hands come over. Vorteile
This system is excellent at managing your clientele. It’s better than other systems I’ve used before that where complicated and messy with too much extras. What’s even better is the app I can now quickly check what appointments I have available for new patients and book them in rapidly with no messing. This means I don’t have to carry my diary or my laptop everywhere with me now as I did with previous software systems. I would highly recommend Schedul for anyone looking to implement a booking system in their clinic or salom
