Absolutely fantastic. Easy to use and takes away the headaches of the paperwork side to...

Vorteile

I love how the product and service is free and easy to use.

The support team is always working hard on making improvements and they listen to what their customers want most.

The new updates - colour coding, analytics, invoicing and continued user friendly application is perfect.

The 24 hour client reminder helps to enforce my cancellation policy.

I will have no headaches as I look to expand the business over the coming 12 months.

Nachteile

Occasionally it can be slow at loading on iPhones in Australia. (Possibly my data coverage)

The analytics page occasionally glitches and doesn't load.

Both are minor things that dont happen frequently :)

Very easy to use, intuitive, simple to use software!

Coordinates bookings both online and through the shoppe, sends confirmations and reminders, very easy to use for services, one time events etc. Can leave notes in blocked time so staff can read the reason it's blocked. Love that my staff can log on from home and check availability and book people with no double bookings.

Vorteile

Easy to search customer names or the names of services and events, love the confirmation email and text reminder it sends my clients so I don't have to confirm them, love the online booking that allows clients to book themselves!

Nachteile

The little drop down menus make some things harder to find. Also wish there was a way to put in our own reason for cancellations instead of choosing a pre-existing reason.

Pure brilliance!

From easily displaying new service availability / prices to clients, to efficient online booking ensuring colleagues are never double-booked, what's not to like!

Vorteile

This has more features than many pieces of software I have purchased in the past, and none of them did everything combined, which this software achieves and then some! The option to add items (from staff, to services, to costings) is a breeze, and the ability to link to online booking via a simple link is immediately indispensable. The development team / customer service are friendly, open, and supportive, and the passion the team show to their software is clearly evidenced in an abundance of features to the end user. Cannot recommend this software enough!

Nachteile

None identified at this stage. If there was anything I'd mark for an upgrade at some point in the future it would just be the appearance of the diary to clients when they follow the personalised link; although fully functional as it stands it could be presented in a slightly more aesthetically pleasing way.

Best out there

This has been a blessing to my business. Easy to use. I have one employee that does not want anything to do with computers, he uses with ease and now really enjoys. When you have a question or suggestion, the customer service help responds quickly and efficiently.

Nachteile

Nothing it is perfect. Wish I had found earlier.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this system

I emailed the team with a query and the personal response was phenomenal, fast and personal! Something you don't often experience when it comes to these apps! Their service is EXCEPTIONAL! I highly recommend this app for your business.

Amazingly easy to work with and the interface is extremely user friendly. Love that the technicians can access the system, make appointments and monitor commissions. All round excellent system!

I'm in beauty & it this program has just about everything I need, I have used colours for different treatments in the pasted that I set up myself on my computer but when I asked Shedul if they could do it they put it to a vote & before I knew it we had it implemented on are app, it sends reminder messages so all my clients never forget their appointment & it's so easy to use, but if you can't figure something out the staff at Shedul are always there to help & very fast to respond. Love it

Great Scheduling Software and FREE!

I used this software for booking personal training clients, sales consultations, fitness assessments, and tanning appointments.

Vorteile

It was FREE. The ease of scheduling clients and notifying them was great. The dashboard is easy to navigate too. Seamless integration into our Facebook page and website!

Nachteile

Does not send notification to employee after customer books session. Browser-supported only; an app would be nice but once again; it was FREE!

Could not be happier than I am.

Our clients can book their appointments 24/7.
Since our clients receive reminders we don't have as many no showups as we used to have.
It's easier to organize our timetables, we don't have double booking problem anymore

I like this software because it's easy to use for us and our clients.
I love that our clients get reminders about their appointments.
I like that our clients don't need to download an app, all they need to do is click on the link.

Shedul is great. It's free and easy to use.

Vorteile

It's free and helps me manage appointments and bookings at my business. It's easy for my employees to use as well.

Nachteile

There are a few glitchy things. Updates happen sometimes during the day when you need your software. And there are a few features like commission tracker that are less intuitive.

Great

So far good for my existing clients, for new ones not the best.

Vorteile

I like that Fresha is constantly growing and adding new features to their app. Also like the "New Look". I like they help you pushing how to even do promotions as I can imagine not everyone is aware what some businesses do to attract their old client back. The costumer service is good, responding is fast as we all like that.

Nachteile

I feel it is harder to attract new clients.

This program has everything!

I first found out about Shedul on a hairdressing facebook page, I was intrigued about what other professionals were saying about it and had a look myself. I could not believe how easy it was to use and couldn't wait to tell my fellow friends in business about it.

Vorteile

What doesn't it do???
It let's you create your working week calendar, create services with times and pricing, let's you enter you clients details so you can put them into your calendar, send them reminder text or emails, even send them a thank you text after their services, you can add discounts, you can see your total sales, appointment history. They have created a reports page to show you the earnings of each service, and you can even opt to let your clients book their appointments online. There are so many features to this program that are useful to business owners I have no hesitation recommending this to everyone, even the support team are amazing and will help you with any questions you might have.

Nachteile

Why didn't I know about this sooner? No cons what so ever!

I love the fact that it is easy to integrate into your reception area. You have no fear of using it as it is always there to back you up and my clients like the fact that they immediately receive a text that they can then link on their smartphone. Best Salon App

Best salon software and best customer service.

Vorteile

It’s EASY to use and it’s FREE! I was amazed how smooth was to change from me other software that I used for 25 years.

Nachteile

It needs an APP, it would be faster to get to. I’m sure it’s in works. I created a shortcut and that has worked well.

I run a business with this app.

A computerized record of clients on a limited budget. You don't have to employ staff or carry around a laptop to do your bookings or check availability. It is at your fingertips with your phone.

Vorteile

It is easy to use. Can put a client on speaker phone and insert details and an email is generated while you are still conversing with your customers.

Nachteile

If you edit details or did not have enough information on booking it will not generate a new email to highlight changes. It will only use the initial details inserted.

I tried a couple of booking system, this one so far is easiest to use.

Vorteile

We have been using this system for more than 2 year. It's easy to set up and easy to use ,. . . .good customer services. They always get our feedback and try to improve and add new features.

Nachteile

I wish we can import the clients list by our selves. But they do help you import. Beside that I have no complains.

The booking software I recommend salon

I signed up with Shedul about 2 years ago. I'm a software developer that hated seeing my hairdresser using a "big book" for their bookings.

So I took it upon myself to find them a solution. Back then, after my research, Shedul looked the best, I signed up to "fiddle" a bit, and then suggested the software to my hairdresser.

I have continued to follow the remarkable progress of of the (still) free software over the years. I still log in to keep informed whenever new functionality is added.

An added benefit for my hairdressers is free SMS reminders from Shedul to anywhere in South Africa.

Vorteile

Intuitive ease of use. Continuous addition of functionality. Free!

Nachteile

Not any cons I can think of, but the addition of social logins might be nice (Google, Facebook). 1 less password to remember.

BEST SALON SCHEDULE SOFTWARE

Program is fantastic. Easy to set up and use. I am really impressed with customer service and how quickly I get replies to my questions. Team continuously working on upgrades and really listen and take into consideration any suggestions.

Absolutely wonderful

At the tap of a button I can make appointme nts so easily

Nothing I love it I've worked in salons for over 13 years and this software is on par if not better than some I have used

I would love it if there was an app function to open the software as appose to having to go into my google app and save to bookmarks

The best software so far.

It's easy to use and free. The feature are being developed a lot since I tried to use two years ago.

Nachteile

It would be great, If I can upload file to the client detail individually. When clients return to my clinic, it is very handy to see their history record.

Amazing app!

Perfect for my business

Scheduling and appointing has never been easier

I am not using this only for scheduling meetings and appointments with clients, but what I need to do next to work and at what time I need to do it.

Vorteile

So simple and easy for using. There is nothing complicated that can confuse you. If you schedule one appointment and you make a mistake, you can drag that appointment to a spot where you want it to be.

Nachteile

Maybe lacking of additional functions but that's it.

Fantastic!

Vorteile

It has changed the way my salon runs because of being easy for my team to use but also online booking!
For a new business you need to have a clean and user friendly system especially with online booking, most people now prefer to book online so because it's been designed so you can actually use it, Clients love it! Many online booking systems can be difficult for people but shedul listen to the feedback and actually provide a service you want, not what they think you need!

Nachteile

Only thing I think that could improve the system and I'm sure they will bring it in the future is a live chat for support.

Fresha still surprises me every day!

If you are a starting or an existing company, looking for a reliable software for booking and managing your appointments and clients, look no further. Choose FRESHA!

Vorteile

Price-Quality! You can choose to use the program for free. If you want to add the 'Plus' utilities, you pay a fair price.

Nachteile

I must still find out. Everytime I have a question, my mails to the helpdesk are answered within a few hours, sometimes even minutes! Never seen this before.

Perfect for small business

Booking appointments is very easy, client interaction is made effortless with reminders, confirmations and thank you messages. It's been a great service to use for the free features included!

Vorteile

I love that it is a free platform! They are continually updating new things to make it easier and things to run more smoothly.

Nachteile

I feel that most all of the new features, however, come with a fee/price. So although it is originally free for the service, there are alot of features you cannot access.

Bad customer service

Vorteile

Fairly easy to use, but no instructions given by representative when first signed up and they called me. Did not know there was the requirement to checkout clients.

Nachteile

The way charging is done. I want to pay a fee and know where I stand. Paying a large percentage for clients I send to the Fresha app is extremely costly. No clients have come from the Fresha app, only clients that have been directed from our website. 1.65% + 20p plus 20% of every first client cost (these are already clients I have sent to Fresha from my website). Customer service do not call back when they say they will. Still waiting for a call from official's manager as promised (2 weeks a go)

I have been using Shedul for 6 months and I love it.

Vorteile

I have been a stylist for over 30 years. During that time I used another online booking system that cost a lot. I started booth renting recently and Shedul has been amazing. It was so easy to switch over all my formulas and client info. Clients love the confirmation texts and emails. Shedul has updated several aspects just since I started using it and they have more in the works. I would recommend it for sure. A huge thank you to Shedul!!

Nachteile

There is very little that I would change. The ability to color code different services would be helpful. I know you are working on it already!

Free, easy to implement and use booking system perfect for any companies with appointments

Vorteile

The online booking system has allowed my clients to take control of their own appointments. The ease at which I can manage mine and my staffs diaries along with automated reminders is fantastic.

Nachteile

I can't wait for the integrated deposit system to be in place to protect my business from no shows and allow the business to have its cancellation policy fully functioning.

BUSINESS OWNERS: Avoid at all costs!!!

Awful, worse experience I have ever had, way better booking systems to use that don’t drive business away from your company!

SHEDUL IS THE REAL DEAL!!!

Before Shedul, I have not been able to offer my clients online booking. And now that I have it, there is no going back. It was so easy to get started. My employees love being able to access their schedule right on their phone. And our clients love how easy it is to make appointments.

Well of course what I liked most about it is the fact that its FREE (with no hidden costs)!! You cant ever beat that. I was so worried that ads would be popping up all over because of the fact that it was free. And to my surprise, there has not been one ad!! Not one that has showed up!! I am so impressed!! And its very user friendly - another huge asset!! I would highly recommend this product to all!!

Nachteile

There hasn't been any issue yet, that I have come across, that has made me dislike this software in any way.

Great Software!

Shedul is a great program and It has made my life much simpler. I used to have to lug my appointment book with me everywhere and now all I need is my phone and I'm all set! Best part is it's a free program. I have a lot of clients that want standing appointments and the repeat function is a valuable tool. My clients LOVE the text reminders and have all remarked how convenient it is! I'm very happy that I converted over to Shedul! Thanks for the great product!

Only one text reminder even if there is 2 or 3 appointments scheduled using same phone number. For example I did a mom and little girl put mom's number for both clients and set up two consecutive appointments10 & 10:30. When they got the reminder it only gave one reminder and it was the second appointment time 10:30 not the first so they were 30 min late. She said "I thought you said 10 & 10:30 but the text told me differently so I went with the text and she showed me to confirm. She was upset about it.

Great system for salons

I love having access to my appointments from anywhere via the mobile app

It's free and perfect for a small salon.
I love that at the end of the year I can quickly print reports for my accountant

Nachteile

I wish it was compatible with square. It would also like to see a better form for client notes.

Take it while you can!

This has allowed us to plugin all the free time of our beauticians it is very easy to drag appointments that need to be rescheduled it also has a start button that is the start of service and end service and check out so this can be used for multiple purposes if you want to use all the features.

Vorteile

This is a premium service and premium quality scheduling software it is truly amazing as you continue to use it you learn more and more about the software it is very practical and my team or my front office girls immediately made the switch from hand writing to online scheduling it also has an amazing feature of adding the booking link on Facebook. I love it a lot and very thankful to have found such a great software.

Hard to write for any complaints by the way they do write back immediately.

Great option for online booking specially let me know the client request or not request specific employees on my end so we don't move the appointment around for better schedule. Many software companies didn't have this online option. Tech support are awesome always help you as you needed or ask what they can do making it better for what you business needs and many more. I highly recommended if you are looking around for your business software management you can stop and try this now I think you would like it. Forgot to tell you that I myself know little bit Programming too I did wrote one for my business use many years before I changed to Shedul software because it is a lot more professional option when your business grown bigger...So I know what I needed and so are you?

Shedul has helped me so much, an amazing software to use!

As a small business owner, I like that Shedul is an easy to use software that can help organize my work and make things clear. Happy user!!

Anytime I have a question I have options to get my questions answered and I’ve been communicating with the rep, beg my pardon, not sure if it’s a guy or a girl but I love the immediate feedback from him!!
