there is nothing worth for anyone to pay for Mindbody. They are big, they dont care about you little money every month. They have the good tech focusing on to make their review looks good but not doing they suppose to do.

I love using Mindbody for booking reservations for fitness classes, spa appts, etc. It is so useful to see everything offered within my location and easy to filter out when looking for something specific. The payment options are easy.

Mindbody is an easy-to-use application with many helpful features. The clinic I worked in used the application for scheduling/managing personal training and massage therapy appointments, as well as ringing up merchandise and beverages that we sold. Learning to use Mindbody is very self-explanatory, in my opinion. The layout of both the web application and mobile application just makes sense. It was clearly designed to help users navigate between the things they need quickly.

Overall, I do not have any complaints about this software. One thing that could be helpful when managing large schedules/multiple service lines would be finding a way to integrate some kind of instant-messaging right into Mindbody, so that customers could message with any questions or schedule change requests and it would come right to the Mindbody application. (Maybe this is possible, and it just wasn't something our clinic utilized!)

The scheduling is easy to use. The reports are easy to access and helpful. Booker customer service is good.

Customer service is the WORST ever!!!! Booker is wonderful helping with issues but regarding the financial part of their business, which is now Mind Body, is impossible and probably illigle they way they conduct their business, I really hate it. Mind Body ruined a good company- Booker.

I use MindBody for the majority of my workout class scheduling. It is very convenient to have all of my workout classes in the same place. The app keeps track of my reservations, as well as my purchases and class packs. It is much easier to sign up for classes in one location that each individual website.

I wish more companies were on MindBody like Soulcycle or Barrys.

Mindbody is a great app to use to explore local fitness, wellness and beauty options. It allows you to follow your favorite establishments and register for classes/workshops with the touch of a button. It also features "last minute offers", where you can often find great deals on upcoming classes nearby. When I first started using the app, I used an Intro Offer at a local gym, then joined the gym afterwards. I love the functionality of the Mindbody app.

I only wish more businesses were registered with Mindbody. There is room for more places to list themselves under Wellness and Beauty.

I really don't have good things to say about Mindbody. They are very polite but that doesn't compensate for the bad technology and difficult site.

Able to schedule physical therapy, personal training, massage therapy and manage group fitness classes and group personal training.

Nachteile

From a physical therapist standpoint, the SOAP note functional is virtually unusable. Unable to track many key aspects of physical therapy practice (visit number for specific diagnoses, approved visits from the insurance company, approved visits via direct access). We have sought out other services to try to solve this i.e. QuickerNotes without much luck and have ended up taking PT notes completely out of MindBody and in google docs. One of the main features that would help with this would be the ability to export SOAP notes as a pdf as many of our notes need to be sent to insurance companies and physicians. The current system should involve copying and pasting each individual SOAP box and re-formatting, which is incredibly time consuming. The ability to track visit numbers for a specific diagnosis would be incredible and the ability to program in visit limits to stop patients from being able to schedule PT online until visits were approved via insurance of physician signature on plan of care would really set MINDBody online above all other competitors for multi-discipline practices.

I really hate that it is linked to Fredrick and not to something that would be useful for our business to grow in the social media eye. I also find it tricky to navigate. I also dont like that the product name has to be entered exactly how it is listed to recall it in the registery.

The software syncs with my online booking software and pulls data automatically to build a marketing database. It also knows how many times people book appointments and gathers great data. It also comes equipped with email campaigning so I got rid of Constant Contact. The email campaigning is much easier to use than constant contact.

Nachteile

What I like least about the software is that the pricing is based on the number of contacts you have. Even if there are accidentally duplicates of people in the database, it does not let you delete duplicates. Or if someone moves away and you want to take them off the list, it doesn't remove them even if you hit remove on both the frederick software and your online scheduling software.

Customer service - it always takes a long time to get through the customer service.
Also, during the 2 years we have been with the company, they upped their pricing twice.
I have also found that simple tasks - like crediting client' s account - can be quite difficult and complicated to deal with in MindBody.

Absolutely love this app. They did a great job marketing and integrating local businesses on the platform. I like the mix of online and phone usage. I have never had a scheduling problem and there is such ease of cancellation and reservations.

It may just be a location specific feature but it would be nice if the phone app could tell you amount of spots remaining in a class like the online version could.

In 9 mo my price went up & then they raise your prices and in order to downgrade don't give you enough time. Tell you they downgrade, but you are charged more. Basic functionalities of scheduling don't exist. Use vagaro or massage book. More function for $25

The software and apps don't work well for clients on the billing side because they do not communicate. The branded app is completely useless.

The scheduling is so easy to use and most importantly it is easy on the eyes. You look at the schedule and it makes perfect sense. You aren't having to hover over anything to figure anything out, what you see is what is it. The payment taking is also so easy. I have been using this for over 5 years now and they continue to make updates that are so helpful. The reporting system is also another huge plus. I honestly can get every report I need from Mindbody.

I have worked at other establishments with scheduling systems but none of them compared to mindbody.

Sometimes they do get rid of features that I like to use and it throws me off and then I have to figure out a new way of doing the task I am doing.

If you are anything other than a gym/sports class/ salon this is not the system for you- do not be misled! We were told it was suitable for our large, multilocation physiotherapy service and it could handle patients paying for their treatment with insurance.. it can not. Perhaps if in America, but it is not adequately set up for UK based insurance.
