Dreamdata is golden!
Easy integrations, self-service settings you can modify to fit the company's needs, easy-to-set-up custom reports, attribution modeling, and journey reports are amazing if you want to deep-dive into specific accounts, a great tool to share with the sales team.
Vorteile
My team and I use Dreamdata weekly to track our performance and report to the Leadership team. We can track the Marketing ROI and better understand the prospect journey from first touch to a closed deal. The journey report has also helped us a lot in understanding what channels influence the prospect journey, which has helped us set better media budgets for top-funnel/mid-funnel/bottom-funnel activities.
Nachteile
The UI can be tricky to understand at first glance, especially for users who use it less often. Explaining the different metrics in all reports could help "non-marketing" users better understand the data and graphs. But overall, it's easy to work with the tool once you understand the use cases for each report.

The way to go for B2B
Vorteile
It gives B2B marketeers data clarity and the power to easily report results and make the right decision regarding budget.
Nachteile
Still a relatively young product, can improve its UA.

Help us in making marketing decision
Vorteile
As we switch to multi-touch attribution, Dreamdata has operated as an invaluable help for us with implementation, technical inquiries, and specifications. The specialised staff are efficient at releasing updates, and the product evolves often. It's a top contender for use in profit attribution.
Nachteile
It requires effort and time to get everything in line, from the systems and data to getting everyone on board with the new standards. I want to be capable of creating customised notification.

Does exactly as advertised
Vorteile
It just works very well for us. Very good tracking and dashboards/overview.
Nachteile
We haven't really found anything yet, but we don't use the most advanced marketing attribution features. Perhaps it was in the past a bit more for specialists, but now we find it very easy to use.

Indispensable for our GTM
Easy to set up and very helpful people in the company. Once we got it up and running and started to funnel data into Dreamdata, it quickly became a one-stop platform for everything marketing & Gtm related.
Vorteile
The way we're able to connect all our sources and CRM to Dreamdata makes it super easy for us to prioritize and deploy budget towards what works.
Nachteile
The design is a bit clunky and I would like to be able to customize my reports a little bit more - but it's minor things. Nothing that breaks the use for us.

Outstanding attribution modeling tool!
Vorteile
We've been using Dreamdata at Gorgias for more than 8 months, and it's been a game-changer for us in the way we run our marketing and decision-making.
Dreamdata helps us understand the impact of any company experiment and any marketing action.
Nachteile
The product and stack is complex, by the nature of it, so it takes time to setup. I guess it's a good problem to have though! :)

Dreamdata is a great attribution tool
We set up Dreamdata to track marketing attribution and report on multi-channel attribution. This product has hit the mark for us and I've been mining valuable insights since day 1. Very positive experience!
Vorteile
Setting up Dreamdata was straightforward and easy. Once we got it set up, we immediately saw value from the data coming back. In particular, I find the paid advertising feature set to be very strong. The integration with HubSpot worked out of the box and helped tie dollar values to everything we do. The support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful.
Nachteile
There is a lot of data in Dreamdata -- I think the team should continue to work on improving the UI and UX. Very nit-picky, since I think it's a solid tool all around.

Dreamdata Gives the insights we need to focus on the channels that actually provides revenue.
Great customer support, mindblowing product.
Vorteile
The deal inspector is my favorite feature. We use deal-inspector to backtrack all our deals and attribute the right channels. This helps us focus on the right channels and improve our lead scores.
Nachteile
Based on the data from Dreamdata I would like to be able to set up custom alerts which will notify me in real time, when a certain channel is performing good or bad.
