It's very easy and quick to use with a client. I can show and look for frames that I don't have in stock. I like that it is in a portable machine.

Nachteile

Attaching and sharing the files is now quite slow. Also I miss a chance to load a file straight to my machine, now it's not possible.

Some of the editing options could be more versatile and easier and faster to use.
in My presentation mode should be more options to do modifications on the material (not throught powerpoint and saving the materials again and again).
It's also important that the company's own marketing team updates material actively.

A clear user portal where you can quickly find the information you need anywhere. Always up to date files and brochures. Easy to email or share in Teams etc. to the customer the information they need.

Showell is a very intuitive and easy to use software. Thanks to showell, I don't have anymore to wonder if the datasheet or sales material I have on my computer is uptodate.

As this software is designed to be used on a tablet, the user experience on a computer is not as good as on a mobile platform.

My opinion about Showell is very positive (especially when compared to others software’s). It's very easy to use. Its strongest point and what makes all the difference is the ease of creating a personalized presentation based on other presentations. With this functionality, we can adapt our presentation to highlight what the customer values most.

Nachteile

It's hard to say. But there is a point (not very important). When looking for any presentation (in 'Recent Files', for example), the title space is short on words. Thus, we have difficulty identifying the presentation we want (The titles are created by the managers and are all the same, varying only in the acronym that identifies the language). Especially when the title is the same (e.g. the name of a machine) but with different presentations in different languages.

When you open a presentation, there should be a return button visible all the time. Now it needs to roll top off the screen to get the arrow visible and then press it.

I really like the KIOSK mode for shows and events. It allows a customer to navigate through a brochure or watch a video contained on the app, without being able to navigate out of the selected section within the app.

Sometimes once a PDF file is viewed, unless the user presses on the exact location on the screen for the exit or back button to pop up, it can be very difficult to leave the viewing mode. Often users close the app to reset it back to the home page. It would be better if more like social media where tapping anywhere brings up the navigation options.

I use it to send materials of our service to our clients and possible clients. It is extremely easy to use and well organised. It also gives some detail on the behavior of the person who received your link to the material: which documents were opened by who and for how long they were viewed.

There were a few unwanted features, which apparently were fixed in the last update (haven't tried it out yet): once you created a package of material and sent it to a client, the package wasn't editable afterwards. You couldn't for eg. add new videos to it or change the time it was available to be seen by the receivers.

As a distributor of many different products, Showell has become essential to organize all our different documents and have them for our team on the road. It's also very easy to share the content with our customers.

We are in a bilingual environment so there were some limitations of the tool to manage documentation in both languages. BUT, we received great help from the customer support team and we were able to find a custom solution to manage our content properly and deal with the particularities of our market.

Our company is a sales and marketing company in Finland selling products in the field of lighting and connectivity. Our sales team visits customer frequently and Showell really helps us to keep all the relevant sales presentations and product documents in one place. With showell the information is always available, although that you are not connected to the internet.
