Found non. For my use case just minor things of user experience, which are actively taken to the roadmap of development.

Excellent help in customer meetings
Showell has helped our organization to gather all the sales material and product information in one place and they are easily editable.
Vorteile
Showell is easy to use and has been very useful in sales appointments to show different brochures and to gather and combine sales material
Nachteile
There are no difficult aspects but I accidentally often end up to the home screen when wanted to go only one step back.

Works well both for presenting and distributing material internally and externally

Easy to use. Both as a user and an admin!
Nachteile
Structure is key. If the structure is wrong, it can be difficult to use. But that is not the programs fault

Vorteile
The software is self explanatory to use, needs no training to know how to navigate it. It allows customer questions to be answered instantly without the need to carry masses of paperwork or brochures
Nachteile
There aren’t any negatives worth noting. Incorporating a search function that would search the actual file itself may help find information when asked about specifics.

Good file sharing tool
Showell helps to share large files via email and it's also good tool to share and show presentations.
Vorteile
Showell is easy to use and as a user I needed just to download and synchronize Showell to my coputer before using it.
Nachteile
I'm not sure if it's possible for customers to download our files to their own computer if they would like to.

V well thus far, enjoyable, quick, easy to use, reliable. Cant really think of negatives or i would say so.
Vorteile
Ease of use, especially being new at the company I was able to access important documents easily without the need to ask others. Also, clear and concise.
Nachteile
Think we had a session previously with one of your staff and the one thing i can think off is basically having a location pathway which you can copy to send to someone else, without explaining what they need to click on etc.
So copy location pathway, paste into search bar. Done

I know where to go if I need some material

I know where I can find needed material, navigation is very easy and intuitive thanks to the pictures. And opening folders is also very fast.

Showell is a good tool for the sales team
I´m satisfied and it helps me in my daily work.
Vorteile
Clear structure, easy to use and good mobile interface.
Nachteile
Software should automatically update itself, although the app on the mobile phone is not used. Quite often when you open up the app and try to show something quickly, the software starts to update itself and the opportunity could be missed.

Showell experience
Overall experience has been great and I enjoy using it, I don't have anything bad to say about it.
Vorteile
The layout looks good and is well made. Showell is easy and entertaining to use and i haven't had any problems at all.
Nachteile
It's pretty versatile and needs some time to get accustomed to all features.
