Regarding the crowded calendar view, are you taking advantage of the calendar filter feature that allows you to only view the group of people of your choosing? That can be a huge help for larger companies like yours and also makes the calendar load faster. If you need any help using that feature please let us know!

Zooming on the chart can be done either using the +/- buttons or you can simply scroll up/down to zoom in/out.

Depending on the settings of your specific organizations account, Built for Teams does have the ability to allow employees to cancel or modify any time off request before or after it has been approved. But if the date of the time off requested has passed, that is when an administrator is required to make any changes. We thank you again for your review and for being our valued customer!

Regarding non-consecutive days, that's an interesting question. Can you give me an example of a scenario in which you'd do that?

The negative balance feature in Built for Teams is configured by the system admin from your organization.
