Laszlo, thank you for the review! I'm curious about your feedback regarding booking 10 days off but actually working a day in the middle of that time period. In that scenario it does seem like two separate time off requests. I'd love to hear your ideas on how you'd like that to work!

When submitting a request, Built for Teams settings allow each company to customize their settings to determine if and when an employee can edit requests. As for your Single Sign On with Google credentials, we would be happy to help you configure your settings for that to work smoothly!

Sounds like you are enjoying Built for Teams, and we want to make sure you are aware that because Built for Teams is a web-based software you can access it from anywhere you have an internet or data connection. If you are having trouble with this based upon a bookmark or browser setting, we would be happy to help you resolve that.

I'm glad you find our product so easy to use. That's one of our primary goals! Regarding Outlook, we do allow you to integrate our calendar data into your Outlook calendar. Just reply to this and we'll be happy to help you set that up!

It's VERY easy to keep it up to date and the same is true of your personal pages. Julian, we appreciate your review of Built for Teams! We do support single sign-on (SSO) using Google or Slack, and there are others in the works. Depending on what your organization uses for authentication and identify management, we may be able to support SSO for you soon.

Regarding annual earnings, if you click on the detail view of your time off policy, the system will show you what you are scheduled to earn in the current year. If you click on that number, you can also see further details about the rate at which you earn the time off (whether lump sum annually or via regular accruals).

In reference to taking back PTO, depending on account settings, an employee can modify or cancel a request anytime before the request is processed as a transaction. If the request has been approved but the date of the request has not passed, any changes to the request will simply trigger a new approval process. We would be happy to help provide additional information on this process if needed.
