Very good communication and fast respond. Easy to use.

Automatically basic translations with possibility to make corrections which makes a personal touch.
Nachteile
It repeats to translate a lot of words which are already translated. So you can reach very fast the highest amount of your package allows to translate.

Very poor technical support
Very poor pre-sales support which is a very big red flag. (usually at least ore-sales are good and once you bought the support gets worse)
Vorteile
I like the presentation but the support didn't make me feel like moving further.
Nachteile
I was trying to understand possibilities of moving from another Wordpress woo commerce translation tool to Weglot. The support was not answering my specific questions and denied the referral to a resales engineer or someone with more of a technical background
