Everything worked at start, which is satisfying.
Globally easy to use and to implement on our website.
The real plus, the customer service is extremely nice and helpful !

Nachteile

Nothing for now as I am entirely satisfied of the service.
There are some subtle errors within the automated translations but I find great to be able to correct them by myself.

Weglot help you to manage a multilanguage website with zero effort and without advanced technical knowledge.
Plus, the customer support is amazingly quick, kind and very effective.
I love this product.

No cons at now, i've got a couple of minor technical issues resolved by the customer service in a couple of hours.

I like that there are many ways to visually edit the translations and I can also have the option of picking certain keywords/phrases to translate.

It was super straightforward to integrate with Webflow. Easy to add new languages and managing workflow with translators is a plus.

Very easy to use and the customer support couldn't be better. I have no knowledge of computers, software,... etc. I made a website with Squarespace and am happy that it is translated now in an easy way.

The fact that I am already paying for Squarespace and now should pay again. Would be nicer if it was already included :-)

We had a problem with our website where we deployed Weglot.
When we contacted the Weglot support they were really helpful and patiently saw us through the necessary steps to configure everything the way we need it.

My least favorite part about it is that I still get translations for already translated texts.

Le service client est irréprochable et personnalisé. Réponse en moins d'une journée, le(s) technicien(s) passent parfois plusieurs heures su le problème et peuvent prendre la main sur différentes interfaces que j'utilise. Et apportent des solutions systématiquement, sans surcout. Ceci est très correct pour le tarif global du logiciel.

Nachteile

Certaines fonctions peuvent amener à effacer en bloc (reset) les traductions, qui, sans mécanismes de sauvegarde, sont à revoir entièrement.

It is very easy to present Your page in several different languages. The support team is great and really helps on solving issues.

Sometimes some features does not work and You still need to read the translation at least one time to check it and correct it.

I like how easy it is to get a quick response from a customer service. It is always very helpful and we've always found solutions to all our requests. From my experience it is very unlikely to get a quick & really helpful response when it comes to other digital softwares we use like squarespace, mailchimp etc.

What I like the least is that the original software doesn't have a built in option to do what I used this software for...ideally I wouldn't have to use third party service but since it's not an option yet, I'm happy to have Weglot.

I'm not quite pleased with the automated translation as it doesn't translate the sentences well but I'm just grateful that I can manually add my own translation.

The price is kind of high. I would let a first free unlimited package for the begging so people can understand that they have a lot of words to translate and not just until 2,000.

I was trying to understand possibilities of moving from another Wordpress woo commerce translation tool to Weglot. The support was not answering my specific questions and denied the referral to a resales engineer or someone with more of a technical background

There was one glitch in the pre-population of auto translation, but it was immediately resolved by their team.

It appears it is capable translating the whole sales checkout trail. It also accepts manual translation which allows correct translation into smaller languages.

As far as we tried it it simply does what we are looking for.

I am not confident I can evaluate what the costs of running this service will amount to. Is a translation every translation even a manual one? Is a translation calculated per word or per loading the word? The pricing scheme is kinda confusing and this might influence our final decision.

I'm trying to optimise everything within Weglot integration in my Shopify store and Klaviyo app, from appearance to SEO. It is not always easy, but Weglot customer support is a 5-stars ! They are quick and can go deep in the presented issue, they don't give up till finding a solution !

From sign up to set up to customization, the product works smoothly and has a clean, intuitive UI. What really sets Weglot apart is the support. They are so fast to respond, patient, and endlessly helpful. Best customer support on the web!

The visual editor's top bar UI is a little confusing, as are the way the links work in the translated content. Not a major issue.

It solved the problem of having to duplicate the website twice to integrate 2 new languages. It furthermore solves the issue of having to create a new page in each language whenever we have to add information.

My fear is that at some point it may become expensive when we will have to upgrade our plan.
