Elegant Software for Projects Planning
Vorteile
Hub Planner is powerful tool for projects planning and resource management. It provides great features and powerful UI.
Nachteile
I used only projects planning and resource management features, for that i didn't get any issues.

Moving from spreadsheet planning to Hub Planner was incredibly easy to set up & implement &...
We have reduced the management of resource planning & also the number of times files became corrupt. Also, allowing different groups different access levels meant we could provide management reporting and user reporting in the same application. Introducing timesheets means we were able to move to a single application rather than two for planning & time recording.
Vorteile
Easy planning features that can be viewed through project, resource group or other lenses is powerful. Integrating this to Hub-Planner timesheet functionality was equally simple and reduces the effort users have to do to complete their timesheets due to the pre-population. Data extraction & the ability to build customer reports is straightforward. The help guides are detailed & comprehensive, but if they don't provide the answers, the support team are fantastic & responsive, providing a fast & efficient resolution to any problems or questions.
Nachteile
There are a lot of things you can configure within Hub Planner, but if you want a fully customized solution then Hub Planner may not work for you.

I basically use Hub Planner for time tracking and resource assignment.
Hub Planner is a good tool.
Vorteile
The platform is user friendly and easy for capturing time and scheduling time.
Nachteile
I would like to see an outlook integration for this platform.

This year, we are working on developing more integrations to Hub Planner. The first one that we are due to release shortly is notifications via Slack. As of now, iCal is an existing supported integration for Outlook. But watch this space for some more future integrations https://hubplanner.com/blog/

Bringing the teams together

Vorteile
Personalised planner , calendar for planning in advance and features which enable my seniors and my colleagues to assign and track where exactly i am working or beforehand check the schedule of the resource before sending the requisition for an assignment in spite of working in different cities all across the world map
Nachteile
i am pretty new to the whole concept of hub planner and still exploring the broader benefits instead of just time booking . its a very user friendly product so i would need more time to rate the cons factor

Hub Planner
Vorteile
Hub planner is the best time reporting system I've used. Forecasted project assignment makes it very straightforward and the interface is good. I've had limited exposure to the reporting side but I can see the assignments of myself and my team easily.
Nachteile
Sometimes hard to see comments around task detail with the hover-over.

Great Visibility to team activities
Pretty solid and straight forward planning software with some unique features that were very useful. It was easy to deploy across the team.
Vorteile
The visibility in a GANTT format to view team activities. The ability to connect SCHEDULED work to TIMESHEET was not available in user friendly way in other softwares evaluated
Nachteile
Report tool is very flexible which is a positive but it was confusing and difficult to extract the exact data i would looking for across various modules.
