how easy it is to navigate, upload and download files.
Nachteile
when bulk uploading files and documents, every member of the team that is following the space receives an individual email for every single document. It would be much better to receive one bulk email that lists all the uploads made in the past 10 minutes or so.1 email with a list of 40 uploads > 40 emails stating 1 thing

Does everything I need
Vorteile
Simple to set-up, personalised with company branding, easy to add members, like the folder structure (rather than just a file library), easy to assign rights to users, simple to upload and share files with document control functions.
Nachteile
Would become fairly expensive with lots of users due to pricing structure.

Great sharing, editing, storage App
Vorteile
Ease in uploading, sharing files, customizing folders, files, downloading and editing files - you can use word or excell directly in app - and it saves your changes immediately inside the app, which is great for instant sharing of the updated versions of files
Nachteile
Nothing found as yet. Download and edit option I see no point using, when you can edit without downloading, but still, it is great app, I can't see too many weakpoints

extremely useful file sharing and portal
very good, our company has been using it for many years now
Vorteile
We use Glasscubes for file management, file sharing and document control. We upload all of our documents and use it to update and record them all. it is extremely easy to use and find files with the search function
Nachteile
i think that when a file has been updating the older files should be put in an archive folder

Hi Edward, thank you for your feedback. Glasscubes has file versioning built-in. If you update a file it will add the new version and automatically archive older versions. Just reach out to us if you have any questions.

Wonderful System to get your entire team on the same page
As President of a Design Build Construction company that does four to five million in work every year it has been very challenging managing all the task, documents and project scheduling with our team. It seems there was always someone out of the loop on any particular subject.
Glass cubes appears to be the solution to all our internal issues. I look forward to digging in deeper in January.
The customer Service team is solid and quick to reply. It was brilliant having the Customer Service Chat button on the desktop!!!

Easy to use, versatile and good UX
We have had an ongoing relationship with Glasscubes for the past few years now and they have been consistently efficient, professional, knowledgable and above all helpful!
Their communication has always been clear and responsive, particularly when dealing with some issues that are more time-sensitive.

Fabulous tool....excellent product
Effective communication, organization, improves our efficiency. The chat feature helps us communicate in a way which keeps the noise volume down in our showroom environment. Perfect tool for our business. Could not be more pleased. Also has a downloadable app for smart phone users, which allows our outside sales team connectivity.

We could not be happier with this product! Excellent value, affordable, perfect for our organization's size and needs. Did not know a comprehensive product like this existed. Glasscubes' support is dependable. Communication is stellar. Could not be more pleased, and my company has benefitted from this purchase. It has changed the way we work and improved our efficiency. It give us the tools larger organizations have, and has streamlined the way we communicate and organize particular functions. The downloadable app for smart phones was a big bonus. Amazing product, exceptional value.
Nachteile
Looking forward to the Calendar feature being a part of the app. Otherwise, I do not have any cons to convey.

A great online platform to share information, communicate and manage projects from site or...
Version control is a great tool that we didn't have before. For general office documents its very fast.
Vorteile
The file versioning is a great tool, making updates for files easier without the need to replace them.
Nachteile
Certain file types are awkward to update, for example, drawing files with xrefs attached. You need to download them to edit and then upload them back manually.

large projects requiring large files, multiple folders and documents to be shared between the team is easier than other file sharing platforms.

Good tasks list! quick, easy, assignable and efficient.
Easy task list creation and recording progress

A nice platform to use in the workplace, it is very easy to keep track of lists/tasks etc.
As a company we use this as a master task list, where we have all of our tasks subdivided into sections relating to our role within the company and then those tasks are assigned to us.
With regards to file uploads etc we do not use this feature as we should.
all together though, it is a very useful application and we rely on it to keep track of our tasks register for all members of staff.
Nachteile
I do find the compatibility with glasscubes vs windows is not at its best, for example you cannot copy and paste a number of tasks into glass cubes or vice versa as far as i am aware.
I like the feature of being able to download a report - although this does not come without errors in formatting for example - this should be looked at.

Very Reliable for what I use it for.
Easy file sharing for work related purposes
Vorteile
Reliable and offers a professional face to people who I share information with, I have yet to use the other features such as posting etc. Also the technical support offered was very fast and helpful!
Nachteile
Can be difficult to navigate when putting files on the system, but other than this I cannot find fault.

Glasscubes review for our commission management
We use the software for the management of our file sharing with one of our main Clients. It really helped with the visibility of the documentation produced, and allowed the Client to easily access the most up to date versions of reports and trackers. They find it really useful to access the job folders online and locate the document they need, and have given Hyde Harrington excellent feedback on the use of Glasscubes. We find the ability to leave comments also particularly useful.

Vorteile
Ease of use, ease of revising uploads and sharing with colleagues. Good feature of notifying when uploads have been submitted and revised. Selective alerts for team members.
Nachteile
User interface is slightly awkward to navigate to files. Alerts for updates can be sent to all users which can be annoying if not relevant to you.

Nice and easy to use, even for non IT orientated people and the support is second to none.
Nice and simple way to share documents with a team overseas
Vorteile
Highly proactive support even though it's not often needed. Nice and clear interface that's customisable to suit your needs. Our main use is the file upload and sharing element which works flawlessly for us.
