Vorteile

Crello is one of the 3 software platforms I use for making images and videos for social media. Of the three, Crello is the one that has the best options in terms of themed templates, animated images and depictions of specific industries and topics. Easy to use as well.

Nachteile

Would like to see more images and videos in search results. Sometimes, when I search for a keyword, it just shows up as nothing found...

I like how easy it is to go from blank slate to finished image.

I found it a little difficult to move around the software and decide what to do.

I recently join them and I love their animated designs, not just simple ones but very good quality.

I wish I was able to upload my own videos, something I hope they will add in the near future.

Very friendly, easy to use, with several design options, many free images and with ease of starting on the iphone and ending on the laptop, perfect synchronization

I love the video and animation aspects of this program. It is very similar to Relay that program I use.

There is not much customization on the free version. They are really trying to get you to upgrade.

Not enough animated graphics and free photos. Good to include videos even if for purchase. The change of sizing of video can be different from what the social media platform requires.

Crello has almost all of the features I need to create attractive graphics, and its tools are very intuitive to use. I especially like creating animated graphics, which have been fun to use for social media posts.

I would love to see Crello add a background remover tool, but other than that I am loving the program.

Editing could be a headache sometimes, with some templates. When you save your changes, the engine saves them wrongly, and you have to try more than once, or you have to modify your editing until it renders correctly.

Beautiful templates and easy to make. The best part is the video maker, omg videos are amazing, from Facebook cover videos through any social media post and story videos, they really help me to stand out from the competition. Videos are especially important to me since I am a dance teacher and a school owner and it’s important to showcase our classes and performances in a fun and easy way, or in a form of a teaser.

Sometimes it takes me a lot of time to make a design because the site is cracking, but it could be just my WiFi connection, and sometimes I can't put some photos or videos in the design

It is pretty easy to use once you figure it out. I've been able to find free photos for what I need, but additional photos are available for a fee. I do all my graphic design (flyers, social media posts) there.

It saves files weirdly. It may save multiple versions of the same file, so it's hard to pinpoint which one is final. And if I take an existing file and want to modify it and save as something else, it often saves over the original file.

I have been using another product called canva for over a year or so it was good but crello is fantastic.

Multiple images in 1 project. There is 1 image you can create at 1 project so say if I have to create a sequence of 12-15 images - need to open multiple tabs or projects

Very good quality, lots of designs on Pro plan. I have orher tools like Canva, Stencil, Promo Republic but Crello is above of them

Little disapointed of no audio on video HD and video Animations! Hope to fix that, the animations are excelent and I love them, I need to put my Voice there, and I would need some free music library. With this video and animations would be extraordinary! And video are too short, wish I would be able to do 5-10 minutes video

It's overall ease of use. Similar to some other products, Crello offers the ability to select from a group of graphics and then modify to fit and need. This is a big plus.

Nachteile

It would be nice to have a wider variety in choice of animations. In addition to this, the ability to have animations on a transparent background would broaden their scope of use. The ability to combine graphics would also be a definite plus.

I really like the option of creating small animations with this software because we don't need to be limited to still images. In my opinion, Crello is one of the best software in the category with these features.

Crello works well for computers, but unfortunately, I can't use it on my smartphone, in addition, its application is not compatible with all cell phones.

Crello has templates and pre maid graphic for you to use and create a basic banner (paper or online). 10 downloads per month seems reasonable in my opinion. They also have videos to explain how to work their UI.

As far as the free trial goes, there not much to complain about the software. You get what you need and if you expand your work load Crello can support you.

What you're really getting is a powerful tool that's cheaper than the competition and offers great features and a ton of stock photos. They have an aggressive timeline which makes it an exciting product.

There's no background removal tool although they claim that it is in their timeline. The UI is good although has bugs and is missing a layer control pane.

Crello has been a huge help in making different adverts for my business. I use all of my creations from crello on my social media platforms & website. I have done all of this without having to pay a single penny!

The ease of use, all of the pre-made designs available to choose from. The video posts options are awesome, what used to take us a long time to create is all ready now. Now we can focus on spending more time doing other things on our to-do list.

Ease of Use! I'm a complete novice! It is designed so user friendly that I was able to go on and complete my design and download it within a couple hours.
