I like the simplicity of this app. My child’s daycare has this system and it’s been very easy and functional to use. I love how they can post pics daily and it gets sent right to me in a safe system!

Nachteile

It’s a little bit slow in sending the messages I find. But it’s not too bad. I don’t use it for anything else other than checking in so really there’s not much on the com side for me to critique.

Great tool for daycares to communicate with parents abs provide regular updates. We appreciate being able to see photos during the day and having all communication in one place.

When we switched daycares it was challenging the manage the two profiles and set up the kids teams again so family members could also see their photos.

Each child's profile should be customized and move to safe. There should be an interaction of other parents at same time if the option permits.

Very easy to use, clear layout, I know where my kids are at all times and what they have been doing during the day, the alerts let me know when to check the app , and overall great experience

I love how easy HiMama is to use, and that it was very simple to teach my educators to use as well. It has a great parent app, and our parents love to be able to check out their children's reports each day. It has really increased our level of communication and customer service.

It seems that parents are not able to download picture directly off that app as we seem to have some parents that email asking for us to send them the pictures directly. I haven't looked in to this yet, but it a common request I get.

My favourite thing about HiMama is that it allows an immediate update of my child’s status directly to my phone or smart watch through both the app and email, especially important being a parent to a child with special needs. I also love sharing my child’s photos with his “crew” ie. grandparents

My only issue with HiMama is that the App Store on my iPhone does not tell me when there is an update to the HiMama app. I have had the app stop working before I realized that it just needed to be updated, which I had to search for in the apple store

I like how it has drastically improved the communication about our children’s day.
I find the picture and videos feature an excellent feature that brightens my day. Details on their end of day report helps us understand what to expect in the evenings (did he/she eat a lot today or not, did he/she nap much today, etc)

I’d like the ability to save the videos from the app directly to my phone so I can easily share with our children’s grandparents and others.

It's helpful to allow the staff communicate with the parents and provide regular updates during the course of the child's day. It also helps us gauge the mood of our child when we go to pick them up after work.

There was a point when an old version would not update. Uninstalling the app and reinstalling it solved the problem. There was no notification within the app that it was discontinued. This was probably an oversight. No major issues otherwise.

I really enjoy reviewing my preschooler’s day snd not wasting the instructors’s time asking questions at pick up each day.

I also enjoy receiving the daily email updates that include photos of what the kids are up to. Makes it a very inclusive experience for all including other family members.

I love this app as I work with children on the ASD spectrum and it keeps myself and parents informed of the child's daily achievements and a good tool to keep all of our staff and the parents on a same page basis with the programming for their child which is super important also it is easy to use for both parents and staff

The fact that I can see my daughter at day care via pictures or videos on the hi mama app is something I look forward to. If I’m having a bad day, just one picture of my little girl will change my day around you make that possible! Thank you
