They have a great setup for Q and A's and you can customize the settings on the meetings to setup how you want to receive questions. It is also compatible across device types so everyone can easily join meetings.

Zoom is great for large webinars across diverse groups of people in different areas or device types, but if you are looking for a cohesive internal software for a company, there are better ones for that. There are some built in integrations with better meeting scheduling.

One of the problems that we have found with this program is the different licenses that do not allow us to use it without inconveniences, this may be due to the fact that this constantly increases the price of the program and limits us to use the program for few occasions, on the other hand, it does not I had no idea about the limit of ministers per call, this totally annoyed us as we were in the middle of a meeting when we had to start a new video call again.

The most thing which i like of zoom is that i can use it anywhere on my job in my room. I am doing security job and for me it was impossible to take offs because its cuts my salary. I was willing to do some virtual training program to enhance my skills and make my CV stronger to grow in my future. By zoom its become very easy i take my all classes by zoom without taking any leave and i give my interview as well by zoom. Finally I cleared my exam and during COVID-19 pandemic i completed my certification. That was very amazing experience for me.

Hmmm. There is nothing least , but some times wehen i was not much familiar with zoom i use headphones some times i get confused during call connection because we need to select the option. I think it shoul be automatic connected when we use it . Rest all was good for me.

I have used a variety of video chat softwares particularly over the last 2.5 years during the COVID-19 pandemic. Zoom has been my favorite. I like the features, the ease of scheduling meetings and sending outlook invites, and the overall functionality. It has been great for working from home and also my kids doing virtual school early on in the pandemic. I also really like that you can easily change your background and companies can make their own available to their employees.

At the onset of COVID-19, my company made the switch from Skype as our primary video conferencing technology to Zoom. While Skype is still our primary method of instant message communication, Zoom is on used on a daily basis for collaborating virtually. It is a very easy to use product that offers a variety of features across meeting security, annotation, chat, screensharing, participant list and invite, and scheduling. The most used feature for myself is screensharing. I appreciate that I can share either my entire screen or a specific application. I have never had any instances of security breach or “Zoom bombing” and overall have had a great experience integrating this product into my every day remote work.

With how I have used Zoom thus far I have not had any issues in the technology nor have I identified any missing feature capabilities. For the purposes of my work I find it more run sufficient.

Screen sharing can be improved. I want to be able to share the second page or window. Usually my team can't see the second page I'm trying to share. For example, I'm showing an excel document. Then, I want to share a different document. My team can't see the second document I'm trying to share. I would have to quite sharing and share againn in order for them to see the second document.

Although it was not immediately obvious to me how to use this product, it was relatively easy to learn. It might be difficult for people to use who are not especially tech-savvy. I did like the interface, and the customizability of the look of the screen. I enjoyed the screen share feature, which is essential for teaching and presenting. The live chat feature allowed the organization members to interact with the person speaking without verbally interrupting them.

The ease of use and the flawless functional nature draws me to Zoom even when there are other products which maybe cheaper. The useful functions like sharing live screen, recording the meeting on the cloud or the computer, chat saved in the form of a text file is extremely useful. The product by itself if very intuitive and helps that new users can easily use it without much instructions. It's also very easily installed and integrated with other products.

There are very few things to complain about Zoom. One of things that can get better is integration with Microsoft suite of product. Like when you are in a Zoom meeting /webinar, it's a hit or miss with Microsoft products identifying this activity.

Of all the video conferencing tools out there - and there is no shortage of them, either past or present - I have to say that Zoom works probably the best as far as logging in and everything working. Everybody who has ever attended a video conference knows the headache and utter waste of time known as "technical difficulties" especially those that arise at beginning of any video conference. This person's video isn't working; that person can't hear. You keep getting disconnected. Zoom somehow avoids this most of the time and that rarest of all things usually occurs - video conferences start on time.

If you have any more than say three - max four - participants, you're going to go crazy trying to include and see everybody at once. Yes, it's okay when whoever is speaking is shown front and center, but when you're speaking and want to gauge everyone's expression and just see everybody as though you are in the same room with in person, Zoom's Brady Bunch opening from Hell interface will literally drive you mad.

I like the ease of using ZOOM for virtual meetings. Once you familiar yourself with the platform, setting up and joining meetings is simple and efficient. Zoom even offers people without a Zoom account to join the meetings. I also like it's options to password protect a meeting and set up waiting rooms for the audience if needed.

I think the software is great at its current form. As someone who often uses her screen share feature, I would love if users who are sharing their screen can easily view ongoing chat discussion as well. It would also be great if ZOOM didn't limit the meeting times to an hour for users without premium access.

I don't like the inconsistency. There are certain features that are only available on the desktop software, but not other platforms (i.e. browser, Apple, Android apps). The missing features aren't complicated, nor do they depend on a desktop download. It makes being the host for a talk complicated. I need to be in the physical room for hybrid talks, but I can't bring my desktop computer with me. If I could control all features in the mobile apps, it would be so much easier.
