I joined many events and i did get issues so i am satisfy with the software
Vorteile
I find Goto webinar to be when of the web or video conferencing great software in the world currently. Many of their feature are working well and it is easy to plan a video meeting or conferences with partners or to join some webinars. The audio and expecially video is very useful for the user.
Nachteile
The software works only with data and without it many features will be impossible to be used.

Good for live webinars
Good platform, easy to use and they really assist you in the process.
Vorteile
It is very known in the academic world so people when they are attendees don't feel overwhelmed by the platform. You can hide the attendees so when you have competitors they dont know about the existance of each other.
Nachteile
Once, I set up a webinar and it was recorded and we had audio issues that could not be fixed instantly, we had to reschedule.

Overall experience is great, easy to join and be informed.

The most like thing about GOTO is we can join the webinar via email and they will inform me one hour earlier and 5 minutes earlier.
Nachteile
I can not send out the signup form to others who wants to join the webinar. No options to send the webinar invitation.

Excellent! We used GtW for years with great success. We had slightly improved registration/attendee ratios than alternative solutions.
Vorteile
The event management system worked really well. The handling of event registration and follow-up emails was great! GtW also integrated well with Pardot/HubSpot to capture registrants' contact info. GtW continued to improve over the last decade through multiple acquisitions.
Nachteile
There were two features in particular that I wanted but maybe didn't make sense for GtW's product. #1 - Host webcam video feeds overlapping shared screen. I wanted to have the option for hosts' video boxes to overlay the main GtW presentation screen instead of sectioned off in a separate frame. I wanted the option for the webcam video to be combined with the main presentation screen for reuse on youtube and other video-sharing services.#2 - Ability to simultaneously live-stream to Youtube and other video-sharing platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin)

Overall the product is excellent and i would recommend anyone seeking a top notch customer experience and webinar platform.
Vorteile
The interface is user friendly and controlls are very easay to find both for the host and audience. The dashboard shares a convenient overview of upcoming webinars and manage multiple events effectively. The audio and video quality is excellent thus enhancing the customer experience.
Nachteile
social media integration feature would enhance the product. An interactive whiteboard would be a next required feature.

Solid Product with Few Glitches
Overall my experience with GoToWebinar has been positive. I have hosted small and large webinars with the same quality for both. Even during COVID times it had little lag.
Vorteile
I like that GoToWebinar made it easy for multiple people to be hosts. It also gave a longer time limit for your webinar than GoToMeeting.
Nachteile
It would be cool to be able to customize the look of the presentation window more so each webinar didn’t all look the same.

My Go-To For Virtual/Remote Meetings!
Vorteile
Favorite thing about the Go-To Meeting Experience is that I'm able to share a Powerpoint presentation with the sales team from every State Farm office nationwide on the video conference. This means I don't have to do 10 separate meetings with every sales team and it saves me so much time!!

Since I used this application during the Corona pandemic, I have been using it with my team members in meetings, training, discussions, and everything else online.

GoTo Webinar is reliable, cost effective and stable. It’s easy to download, very clear the audio and video is in HD, does not buffer, it’s a great tool for those webinars or trainings with large groups. It’s very handy when it comes to engagements with the attendees as you’re able to conduct polls and get comments during the meetings or training sessions. I like the fact that I’m able to use from any device, eg smartphone, tablet, laptop etc. you do not need to download the tool for participants but instead you can use the web version, how cool! GoTo Webinar is very secure and does not display personal information- data protection is top notch. Recording feature is my favorite, this helps me keep records. Mute on entry option helps bring orderliness to the meetings.
Nachteile
GoTo Webinar is the best thing that has happened to me. I can’t imagine my life without this tool now. Simply the BEST

Also the attendees can engage with panelist on realtime for clarifications through chats and even when using presentation tools. Also the livestreams are recorded for later references. GoTo Webinar gives us a super excellent engagement and interaction platform capable to host large number of audience and we always benefit by reaching out to many people when running public awareness campaigns aimed at addressing issues with climatic changes and how to change the narrative of environment pollution at a personal level.

We use GoTo Webinar during our public awareness campaigns to host events online and we are loving the services we are getting from it. Better audience engagement in virtual webinars with GoTo Webinar.
We do alot of training work and since we have multiple branches across the country, GoTo Webinar allows us to do these trainings virtually. Its excellent engagement functions allows us to experience the same effectiveness as we would if we are doing the training physically.

GoTo Webinar interface is intuitive and easy to learn and understand for anyone. In fact, we were able to setup our first webinar without needing any IT assistance. It is super secure and has always safeguarded all our data and those of our audiences from any form of security breaches. Audience polling and Q& A feature is the best, especially when you are looking for feedback after an online meeting or training session. The CRM intergrations and reporting and analytics tools helps us in engaging the clients more to know more about them and areas that needs improvement to serve them better. No set up fee is so thoughtful, I appreciate that. Audio’s quality is high. Its compatible with most browsers eg chrome firefox, safari etc. Easy to download, siwtch between desktop and mobile app. The form registration process is smooth and am able customize registration pages without a problem. Accomodated a large number of participants without lagging or having bad quality video and audio. Session recording is very good and easy to share

None, I am a happy user and have reccomended GoTo Webinar to a couple of guys who are also happy with the tool

As a capital markets organization, we run alot of marketing and educative campaigns and GoTo Webinar came to our aid to help us transition from the expensive physical events to more convenient, less expensive and more productive virtual events.

GoTo Webinar unique features for online events always leaves a footprint toward the success of our virtual events. With GoTo Webinar, we are able to host huge events in the large virtual room where we are able to educate people on matters investments in the capital markets. It is super security and very compliant with our privacy and security regulations. More than one presenter is able to present to the audience who have features like raise hand, clap and in-session chatting to interact with the presenter.
Nachteile
GoTo Webinar shows it real understanding of virtual events delivery and personally, i have no dislikes for it.

We have seen our online events head toward the right direction since we started using GoTo Webinar. It allows us to facilitate our marketing campaigns through larger numbered virtual events and this way, we are able to reach larger number of potential leads.

Setting up virtual events with GoTo Webinar has become unchallenging for us now that we have GoTo Webinar. The most useful part of having GoTo Webinar is that we can have huge numbered events to run our marketing campaigns through webinars. The video and audio quality is top-notch. It has outstanding interaction tools like screen sharing, live chatting and more which makes it easy to engage with the audience in order to have very lively events.

Simplicity at the very best. GoTo Webinar is very ideal for online events.
The experience has been super amazing just to say the least. We found a safe and reliable virtual room where we can always go to when facilitating our online events and webinars. It makes it easy for us to host public awareness campaigns virtually to educate and talk to the public about issues concerning hygiene and sanitation.

We appreciate GoTo Webinar a lot in our organization for the excellent services it offers us when facilitating online events and webinars. It is easy to use and we have never struggled to host and attend events with it. We also appreciate how it allows us to have lively events by making it easy for us to interact and engage with the audience. Plus GoTo Webinar is very good at giving information and conversations the security and privacy required to meet our security compliance guidelines.

Great product but way too expensive
Vorteile
I likd the ease of use and the features of GoTo Webinar, especially the dashboard that you get when you start conferences with the chat. I was the admin who helped choose this product for my company to use, but it ended up being too expensive when compared to similar products.
Nachteile
The expense was too much for us to continue with this product.

GoTo Webinar is the real Deal.
Vorteile
GoTo Webinar is easy to use, download and set up. Setting up webinars and meetings is pretty easy and the good thing is that participants do not need to install anything, they can use the web version which is straight to the point. Its compatible from any device eg smartphone, laptop, desktop name them, this means you can access from anywhere at anytime. GoTo Webinar is favourable especially when you have a big audience, we use it for our AG meetings , trainings etc. I love how interactive it is, panelists can ask questions and even conduct polls among the participants. GoTo Webinat stores the session recordings which are available for download, this acts as backup.

Specializzato ma migliorabile
Esperienza positiva per la gestione dei webinar e delle call con più partecipanti, trovo che sia un software valido e completo, anche se migliorabile come usabilità per alcuni aspetti. Buona la qualità video e audio, abbastanza pratica l'interfaccia, da rendere un po' più intuitiva.
Vorteile
Trovo che sia una piattaforma piuttosto stabile che consente agli utenti di organizzare webinar di qualità senza troppi problemi. Nell'era dello smart working mi sono trovato ad utilizzarlo con una certa frequenza, e trovo che fornisca una buona qualità audio e video, garantendo una buona esperienza per i partecipanti al webinar.
Nachteile
L'interfaccia utente è forse un po' datata rispetto ad altri software simili, che offrono un design più intuitivo. A volte ho riscontrato qualche difficoltà nella gestione dei partecipanti ai webinar più numerosi e nella gestione delle domande.

GoTo Webinar is a pioneer for virtual events.
We use GoTo Webinar as a virtual platform to educate people on matters museum conservations through community awareness campaigns as well as to run webinar marketing to attract more tourists to visit us from both local and international.
Vorteile
The main reason we find GoTo Webinar more useful to us is that it allows to host larger number of audiences for our online events and this allows us to reach out to more people at a go. It makes online events more interesting by allowing the audience and the hosts to engage and interact freely using features like raise hand, chatting and others. Another unique thing about GoTo Webinar is how it allows an event to have more than one presenter at a go.

Am more than happy with GoTo Webinar and its features and am having a good time and experience using it. No dislikes.

Getting the most interactive virtual events with GoTo Webinar.
GoTo Webinar gives us a super interactive virtual space where we can easily reach out to our farmers to give them trainings and also when giving them updates concerning our business. It offers large meeting space allowing us to accommodate all the farmers and since we do all these virtually, we save alot on the expenditure of planning physical events.

The thing to like about GoTo Webinar is that it gives the host and the audience easy to use interaction tools allowing them to engage effectively during the virtual events. This helps to break the boredom by making the events very lively. It also support special capabilities like multiple hosts at a time which is super exciting. With GoTo Webinar, we can host larger virtual events which accommodates all farmers that are associated with our dairy farm.

It has been a pleasure using this software to attend trainings and to receive customer support with it.

Easy to use, no special software downloads required.
Nachteile
Web based meeting software doesn't include some of the nicer features that others have when it comes to recording, allowing shared screen access etc.
