There is still a lot of upfront set up that has to take place before the webinar actually begins and some of the features feel hard to find or hidden. I had to search online a lot to figure out where certain tools were, such as how to invite panelists or download a participant report.

You can even share files with it. The security controls provided to the host are amazing. he/she gets every power in his /her hand. Multi-host allows you to transfer the responsibilities to each other. Meeting add to calender makes your schedule very quickly. you dont need to look here and there for your upcoming meetings. In covid 19 it helped us to connect with students and loved ones.

i didn't like the costing of the zoom . the pricing is pretty much high. There are many a times connectivity issues while connecting to the meeting. Many a times even the password of meeting is correct ,it shows please enter correct password.

Well, this is easy-to-use software, does not require and long learning curve, Integration is super easy, and you can integrate it with your existing software!! It is very easy to manage hundreds of queries via this platform while conducting webinars. Conducting webinars has never been so easy!

The reports are very confusing sometimes, It does remove duplicate resigtration and attendees. The QnA sheet and Chat log reports are in .jason format, which poses problems to open most of the times. Setting up registration page is easy, but the customisation is not there, hence, registration page looks plain.
