I’ve been using My Hours for several years now, at previous firms and now for my own practice. It’s a very easy to use and customizable interface. It makes daily task logging a breeze.

Nachteile

There are a lot of premium features that as a sole business owner I do not need. My Hours works perfectly for my current needs.

Easy to use, customizable for small teams. Projects, billable hours, and billing are easy to use and quick to learn

short, written "how to's" for setting up, and tips and tricks would be useful to make the product more intuitive. I'd like to spend less time tracking more time working on what I am tracking ;)

It's so easy to use and simple. It's great for time tracking.

It has some strange bug when convering hours into cash at billing. Always made some errors and I didn't understand why, talked with the support about it. Not sure if it's fixed now.

MyHours has been a lifesaver. I work freelance management for 2 different companies and with MyHours I can easily track my day without having to switch between them both. Then, when it comes time to send in invoices it's super simple to separate each company.

I love this product and have been using MyHours for years. I Have a number of clients and Myhours helps me manage all the projects and tasks that I do for them in a simple way

I would like the option to put a monthly cap on a client project. E.g Some clients I only do 8 hours a month others I might be contracted to do 40 hours. I would like to be able to put that info in and then get some sort of notification if I was about to reach my limit for that client so that I could advise them.

MyHours is one of the tools that I use daily. As a project manager that has a team working remotely, tracking the tasks, time spent to that tasks and reporting all of those is crucial. MyHours eases my daily management tasks. Its a must have tool for small-mid scale projects.

Nachteile

Maybe more graphical reports can be added to see the progress at one glance.

Easy to track my time spent each day on a specific project, with a client or doing a task. Each can be exported into reports, calculate costs & wages and are easy to track.

I wish that there was an app for each clock in and out on the go, without the computer.

I’ve used My Hours for years to track hours put into projects, send and track invoices, and prepare annual docs for tax preparation. There are continual improvements and the team is always there to help on the rare instances I need help or advice.

Nachteile

The only feature I would like added is the option to set a billing price per project — ie, when I set up Project A, bill it at $500 and track hours at Null. The workaround is easy but this would make it perfect.

I love how easy it is to track time on My Hours and how I can keep my projects and tasks organized. The reports help me have an overall idea of each month's work, time (billable and non-billable), tasks, and projects. The dashboard filters and bulk editing are great tools.

Reviewing the time spent on a lengthy task (spanning months or years) is not a straightforward process.

I love how easy it is to add projects and track time by project and by person. I can easily create monthly invoices from this time and track when they are paid.

It took a bit of time to figure it out; however, overall less than an hour. I wish it would integrate with other programs I use, specifically Shift.

I like how easy this tool is to use. I tried may other tools, but this one was the one. The whole structure and layout of tool is super intuitive, no unnecessary features are there. I think this is a hidden gem.

A simple way to keep track of time worked. I'm an independent contractor, and I work for a company who expects us to keep track of our hours. My Hours makes it easy for me to keep up with my time worked, and also be able to look back on my history of time worked.

As a freelance editor, I use My Hours daily to track my hours across multiple projects. Some of my projects need only an hour or 2 each day- this tool is so helpful regarding invoicing at the end of the month.

I've used MyHours for years, in two different positions. I used it when working in Marketing, and my whole team relied on it. I now use it on my own in my small, non-profit organization because it the time tracking feature helps me stay focused and helps me understand how much time tasks take.

Nachteile

It's easy to overcategorize my tasks. I need to review the categories and delete or combine some, but the time data might then be lost. This might be more of a user issues vs. a MyHours issue.

I like that I can do a basic plan for free. I have been using My Hours for 5 years now and absolutely love it! I just needed a simple way to keep track of my time as I have multiple clients I work for and this does exactly what I need. Also, customer services has been fantastic every time I have had to reach out to them!

It’s a little tricky to figure out when you need to add a new project and getting the rate to come up correctly, but for time tracking itself…it is great! Works wonderful!

The thing I like the most about My hours app is that yes it is a very modern project time tracking app, but my favorite part is that it comes with the tools that help you track the costs, hours and expenses each project is going to have, which I feel for a company is very detailed and helpful.

Easy to use. Ability to set up multiple clients with multiple projects and billing rates. Being able to add a tag to further segment an invoice (for example, if a client needs me to pull out my time spent on a project that they are billing out to one of their clients--the use of tags is extremely helpful)

Sometimes setting up tasks within a project is challenging for me, but I think that is user err (not taking the time to look at the help screen when I need a refresher on how to do it)

As a self employed Architect, My Hours allows me to track my hours across projects and tasks which enables me to both reflect on the reality of time spent on projects/tasks versus predicted, and to time charge clients for particular tasks.

I use MyHours primarily for time tracking. I have used other products in the past as well as relying on spreadsheets and the fact is that my contractors and staff find it easy enough to use MyHours that they have no excuse not to!
