Happy customer!
I use My Hours daily and it helped me a lot to gauge time spent on different projects. It helped me a lot to identify projects that are not profitable. You can easily spend too much time on some projects and My Hours showed me when this happens. It is also ideal to keep track of billable hours for consulting work and I sent My Hours reports to customers to show how time was spent.
Vorteile
Having an online time tracking solution helps a lot. Then I know my time tracking is always accessible. My Hours has a very user-friendly interface and provides concepts of tasks and projects. Reporting is very useful and comprehensive. Creating reports for a duration of several years also doesn't take and the interface is very responsive.
Nachteile
I am not sure if there is anything I dislike.

Super Time Tracker! Free version is awesome
Very useful with extra features; showing percentages of where I spend time, tracking expenses like mileage. Meets all my main goals
Vorteile
The free version first, but I like how you can create categories then make notes specifically for the time you spent as well as add expenses. It's also very helpful to report out to my board where I'm spending my time and I can put it into a pie chart with percentages, which is so helpful when sending this data to our bookkeepers.
Nachteile
Having to use the ":" when entering hours and the terms used aren't intuitive, like I always fumble around trying to pick the right report I want or to set up new categories.

Best Value for Money
I find that it's much easier to provide a time sheet to my client, and I like the layout and the reporting function of My Hours. I'm now considering to upgrade my free plan so I can utilise the time budget feature.

There is so much value in the Free plan. It's easy to use, and I like the layout.
Nachteile
I would love a desktop app for Mac please. Sometimes I forget to stop the timer on the browser. I'm afraid I don't like using the app on my phone as I find my phone distracting when I'm at work so rather not have to touch the phone.

Time tracking for dummies
Generally I am pleased with My Hours and it does what it says on the tin. It is important that I can keep accurate time and associated costs as a draughtsman and particualry for amendments and changes in projects. I also offer software support to my clients and it is vital that I can allocate time against their support contract. In both cases it is important that I can generate a report of usage for my clients - My Hours does it all.
Vorteile
I needed a solution for time tracking that was stand alone and would not take me weeks to get to grips with. I was able to set up and use My Hours straight out of the gate.
Nachteile
Initially it took me a little while to get to grips with filtering for reports but it was never a critical failing.

Easy to Use Time Tracking Software
I love it. I'm recommend it to our new freelancers all the time to track their hours and give them quick tours.
Vorteile
The software is so easy to use and is visually easy to read and isn't over built to overcomplicate things. I'm able to enter my time quickly and run reports and be in and out of the software in no time to make my life easier.
Nachteile
There could be a lot of improvement around the favorites. I would like to see filters, be able to reorder them to something other than when entered, and be able to edit with out deleting and re-creating. Having a synch with calendars for easier meeting time tracking would be amazing as well.

My Hours is essential for a freelancer who needs to keep track of time on projects
Vorteile
It has simplified and modernised the process of time tracking on projects for me. Being able to create separate projects and associate them with particular clients helps me quote for future work more effectively and ensure I'm invoicing the correct amount on project completion. Being able to separate specific tasks is also helpful. As a video editor it's very easy to lose track of time on projects, so I wouldn't be without this software moving forward.
Nachteile
I haven't taken the time to learn about all of the features available so can't say much. However the only thing I would say is the interface does appear a little confusing sometimes, particularly when I'm looking at reports for particular clients. Sometimes I have reports saying projects have billable hours and others don't and I don't really know what I've done to enable this. Maybe that's why I haven't dug deeper as of yet.

Generally excellent; Came closest to suiting my needs
My Hours is far-and-away the best fit I have found for my particular requirements. Competing products that I looked at were extremely bloated with inadequate task and project management. The interface is clean and functional and not weighted down with features I would never use. It is difficult to find a site (app?) for a given purpose that hasn't tried to be everything to everybody. My Hours has focused their attention on time logging and has done it extremely well (at least for my particular use case).
Vorteile
Time logging itself is extremely easy to use and the interface suits the way I want to use it well. Support is excellent and they always address my questions and suggestions in a very timely fashion. Their focus is on time logging and the service is not cluttered with features I will never use.
Nachteile
My work is predominately freelance. I get paid through quite a few different channels and frequently have to log my time again in other systems. My Hours is a little too designed towards being the inclusive source for invoicing. Generating reports of all time worked for a given client so that I can provide an activity report is a bit cumbersome and unfortunately, I do not completely trust their accuracy as filter options often reset themselves and there were issues early on when certain activity was excluded without it being clear that it was. To their credit though they have continually worked on the reports and they are much better.

Great product for contractors
I used this as a free product for several years. That is something that My Hours makes possible for contractors like me. However, last year they ran a good deal and I decided the product was worth paying for. It would be good if there was a tiered pricing system so that sole contractors purchase the product for much less than a larger company that uses all the features.
Vorteile
As a sole-proprietor contractor who has a fixed fee per job rather than per hour, I do not use a tenth of the capability of this product. However, part of my license requirements is to keep a log of my time by assignment. This product makes that easy. I can set up multiple projects with multiple clients in just a few minutes. And managing my time recording for multiple projects a day is simple. I'd also like to commend this product for continuous advancements in capability and ease of use.
Nachteile
There are a few things that I either don't understand or don't work exactly like I think they will. For example, I would like my preplanned task list to show up in a specific order when I set up a new project, but I couldn't figure out how to get them in the order I wanted them. I should just contact [SENSITIVE CONTENT], because the few times I've needed help she has always managed to get me sorted out.

Everything...
...has a track, is traceable, even the tiny bits and pieces that where lost before. Just because it is so easy and fast to understand and use. Besides the fact that it has "added" to our billable hours it improved and sped up our invoicing as well. Less time is used for administrative, non billable hours!

...is in its place and intuitively at hand when needed. New members to the team know how to use MyHours within minutes!
Nachteile
...is there but a Gantt, maybe that could be added at some point (although it is not the core functionality). It is just the one and only thing that is missing for all our project work and management.

Reliable & Organized Time Tracking Software!
Vorteile
My Hours is super easy to view, learn, and use. Clocking in and clocking out as a way of tracking time is easy, or time can be manually logged with a project name and description about the work done. The Reports generated by the system are well-organized, easy to read, and are easy to send to show time worked.
Nachteile
It seems like some of my projects are billed at different rates even though I’ve changed the rate and set it to be from the beginning

Excellent Tool That Gets The Job Done
MyHours does with it sets it out to do and does it very well. Definitely worth every penny (if the free version does not meet your needs).

I've been using MyHours for several years now (initially free but now paid). I've gone through various UI and feature updates but it has remained a robust, intuitive, and very useful tool. I love the reporting features the most as they give me the overview I need to accurately bill my clients. The customer support is also very strong.

Nothing really. I've even had my feature requests implemented by the team simply by asking!

I've been using My Hours for years
It has been great. Any questions I have, Customer Service handles it, even if they have to get back to me.
Vorteile
I run a law office (solo practice) and like the real time nature of the software. I can easily enter a new client and project and continue with detail about the task at hand seamlessly.
Nachteile
Yes, the activity reports could be more legible. The small font is difficult for my clients to read.

Helpful for Tracking Time on Multiple Clients
I work at a healthcare non-profit that also has a for-profit subsidiary that is similar to an agency managing other clients. A few years ago, we implemented a new timesheet system that required us to report hours on each client. I use My Hours every single day to track the time I spend on different clients/projects so that I can accurately fill out my timesheet twice a month. We have to submit our timesheet a few days before the pay period ends (i.e. submit July 30th on July 26th), so I have to guess how much time I'm going to spend on each client over those few days (I use an excel spreadsheet to estimate this). After submitting my timesheet, I use My Hours to track the actual time spent and then reconcile it on the next timesheet. It's exhausting, but this software makes it SO much easier, and I am very grateful that the features I need are free to use. Also customer support is very helpful if you have any questions. Thank you so much!

Time will tell.
I use MyHours every day. It keeps me sane. It stops we overworking or underworking. It also gives me the power to assess individual areas of my business, life, and projects so I can fine tune and not live in la la land when it comes to understanding how long creative projects (and non-creative for that matter) actually take. Critical when it comes to pricing projects and determining the right fee level.

You can copy from the previous week so you don't have to rebuild your timesheet.
You can see your whole week spread of projects, tasks, and time and edit the whole lot with an overview of everything.

A handy, reliable tool that's speeds up my invoicing no end
My Hours has made my time tracking a breeze. It's also helped speed up my monthly invoicing no end. As an editor and copywriter, I have to keep accurate records of how much time I spend on each job. This is crucial for billing and for calculating project fees. My Hours is such a handy and reliable tool, I'd recommend it to anyone.

The reports are super easy to produce and are professional enough to share with clients. I love the way I can swap between clients, projects and tasks.

Some of my clients are invoiced in euros, others in dollars. Would be nice if I could set a currency for each client.

I use the free version, and I love it
Because I work from home, I could not keep track of how much time I was actually putting in on the job. With constant interruptions from children, pets, and spouse, I felt that I was working 8 hours, but I was only getting about 2 hours work done. With this program, I was able to give my family a visual report about how much time I was actually getting to work at one time. Once they understood how their interruptions were interfering with my workday, they were more understanding of my time and started backing off during work hours.
Vorteile
I can track my hours according to client, project, and task. I can create reports based on days, weeks, or months or based on client, project, or task. If I need a report that I cannot figure out how to create, I can download all the data to my hard drive and fiddle with it in Excel.
I love this software because I can do almost everything I need to do with a keyboard shortcut. My favorite thing, though, is the ease with which it tracks my hours and lets me know how much time I spent actually working today.
Nachteile
Some of the reports are difficult to figure out how to create, though I do usually get there eventually. Also, I don't have a way to sort according to the Notes, so I had to create separate tasks for each chapter, so I'd know how much time I was spending on specific chapters.

A great software for time tracking (among other stuff)
Vorteile
A couple of years ago, I needed a time tracking software. My Hours was by far the easiest to use and with the most amount of features, especially when using the free version. For freelance workers like me, My Hours make it really simple to keep track of how much work you've done, for which clients, and for which projects. It's also super easy to bill your clients when you have a thorough description of what you've done, how long it took you, etc.—something My Hours really helps you do easily.
Nachteile
I think once or twice in two years, I've experienced server instability and lost a few hours of tracking.

I love the ease of use and how it allows me to manage and keep track of time working on various projects and tasks for many different clients. This software is ESSENTIAL in keeping my business running in an organized way and allowing me to bill people with ease.
Nachteile
I wish I could customize the invoices and add branding to them so they were more personalized to my brand. I have actually considered leaving myhours for other programs that allow me to do that because branding is a huge part of my business.

Suits My Needs
I am happy I went with My Hours after spending a lot of time reviewing other small business accounting software/online services, nothing gave me the flexibility and control I wished for -- then I stumbled upon My Hours after a lot of frustration with others My Hours fits my needs better than anything else I have come across.
Vorteile
I like the activity review - you can see any aspect of a project and spot any missing elements. It's easy to customize reports. It enables clients and myself to see the big picture of where things are at (costs). I prefer to generate my own invoices manually since they need to be customized to the job and client. So My Hours allows me to see scope of a project and what needs to be billed etc. at any time.
Nachteile
A little difficult to customize, and some aspects need more flexibility. I tend to have to repeat some things often...

Some very good bits & 1 or 2 niggles
Our old time recording system ceased to be supported so we had to find a new one. We looked at lots of alternatives and ran a new one for almost a year but it was dreadful. Lots of systems want to manage your whole practice rather than just log time so finding My Hours was a real relief. We run it alongside Xero and our CRM both of which we didn’t want to change. Apart from niggles as above this has been a great system for us.
Vorteile
It’s great to be able to log time as you work, whether in the office or in the move. I’m sure being easy to do so means we capture more chargeable hours than we did using our old (very annoying) system.
Nachteile
Overall this is a great product but I have a few niggles which I hope might get sorted out. I don’t like that time is logged to the second rather than whole minutes or nearest 5 minutes - it makes us look money grabbing. Not being able to set up a new chargeable project without having to go into a more detailed screen is annoying and no longer having a link back to the time record from a time report is slowing us down. I don’t like the time report layout as you have to look for the client name and project name - our old original system included a header with this detail which made for better client presentation.

Even the free version is excellent
The free version is easy to navigate and lets me track all my hours and export them into an attractive, well organized spreadsheet.
Vorteile
I've used the free version to track my hours for four years and have found it very helpful. I can easily split my time among various tasks - and then bill appropriately. The interface is self explanatory. Sometimes I start the clock to record in real time. Sometimes I go back and enter past work. I run a report at the end of the week and download my hours to send to my respective employers. It's all very easy to operate.
Nachteile
I haven't found a way to reallocate past time by combining tasks.

User friendly with many useful features, love it!
My overall experience with My Hours has been quite good. I have been able to now measure how long I take to do particular types of design projects and general tasks, towards improving my work efficiency.
Vorteile
The ability to just simply start the timer without needing to fill in any task details until when I am able to do so. The ability to start multiple tasks and edit the details/time of the tasks even manually as I go.
I also enjoy the offline app integration that helps me to continue to track my time even when not connected to the internet for syncing when connected.
I have also found the "Copy to today" feature quite handy.
Nachteile
I have still not yet figured out how the 'tasks' work. I often find I can't repeat a task name for different projects. I can rather say, I have only managed a makeshift working knowledge of how to organise projects and tasks however I do not think I am using the features effectively.
I also wish the option to export the dashboard summary and data visualisation was available, or I could at least figure it out if it is there. I end up just saving a pdf of the dashboard through the Chrome print/save pdf feature.

Excellent and robust even as a free service
This has allowed me to keep detailed billing records for a handful of my freelance clients. There is so much flexibility that I could easily use it even for flat fee projects. It is simple to set up and almost mindless to use, yet it feels very robust. I've never felt a feature is missing. After trying countless competitors, including some very expensive industry software, I'm still convinced this is the best choice. And as my business grows, there's plenty of room to upgrade and expand the uses.
Also, and importantly, customer service is wonderful. One weekend, I stupidly locked myself out of my account but changing the email address to one I no longer use or have access to. I still don't know what I did, but CS responded within hours. They found my account even though none of the info I'd provided was accurate. They completely saved my weekend! And they didn't even make fun of me for the mistake!
Through all my experiences, I've become a huge fan of My Hours. I'm happy to talk to anyone who is considering it.

This software is simple to set up and use. I don't waste any time setting up a new project. Once I've entered the client, I just start timing and go.
I usually use the free version. I don't do a lot of hourly billing in my freelance career. So, I track projects and then add up the hours to create my own invoices in WorD. This service allows me to keep permanent detailed records, and my clients know they can ask for the information if they want to review how I spend my time.
If I take on more than the small handful of clients I currently have, I plan to upgrade to a paid account so I am able to generate invoices and have more clients. But for a basic user, this is the best service I've found. And I've tried them all.
Note, I used to be an attorney in a small practice. I would have used this constantly in my billing had I known about it.
Nachteile
I sometimes forget to hit start or stop because there is no window hovering over my workspace. Other than that, I honestly have no complaints. It suits my needs perfectly.

Great time tracking app for creatives.
MyHours is our go to app in the studio to track time for projects and tasks. It is very useful when it comes time to bill our clients fort the hours worked - and our clients really appreciate a comprehensive breakdown of the hours worked on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Vorteile
I appreciate how I can easily login and start tracking the time for each project and task I undertake in a day. I like how you can create the client categories, project names and link this to the actual person you are doing the work for - which is really helpful when juggling multiple projects in the day or week. The ability to download the reports is also very helpful when it comes to billing the client for hours worked. The weekly MyHours snapshot email is also useful to gain an overview of hours worked in the previous week.
Nachteile
There is not much to dislike about this software as it is set-up to be user-friendly and has great features. I did find the previous online interface a little easier to use than the new interface - but they may just be because I got so used to using previous version before the change. The new interface has a bit more of a learning curve to figure out where everything is and how it functions.

Solid product that is easy to incorporate into the organization
Happy with the software and the way it works for my organization. I was up and running in less than an hour and the software easily adapts to meet my changing needs.
Vorteile
This product is easy to use, set up and incorporate into the daily functions of the organization. Technology is solid and accessible. The mobile app allows you to connect anywhere as well.
Nachteile
You cannot sort the time log in reverse chronological order. I cannot always use the state/stop feature so I manually enter my times. I work on projects each day and have to scroll through till the end to see where my entries end.

Could not manage my time, invoicing and projects with "My Hours"
The biggest thing I am solving is keeping straight with my tasks and hours to bill. I use this for 7 different clients and as stated above, I could not manage my time without tracking it with My Hours.
Vorteile
Very friendly! It has a punch. I love the Activity reports - it looks very impressive.
Nachteile
The style of the invoice. It would be great to have a few options of styles to use. The Activity Report is beautiful.

Good, don't want to change it.
Vorteile
We are using My Hours for more than 5-6 years now. Used the paid and the free version. Both do compell exactly to our expections. You want to invoice a customer per project, per hour, per period, as consultancy, per... you can choose. Reporting is easy and accurate.
Nachteile
Sometimes total hours versus decimal results are not 1 on 1 but you can't make an egg square also...

My Hours for client work
Vorteile
The web-based version of My Hours is very easy to use. I like that I can track my time by client and by project. I use the free version and it meets almost all my needs. The website is fast, easy to navigate, and provides me the flexibility I need in tracking my billable hours.
Nachteile
While the majority of my time is tracked on the web-based version, I do have the mobile version loaded on my phone. However, I have found it lacking in features and flexibility. Also, I create reports each month so I can create my client invoices, and the time sheets cannot be formatted with decimal time. In all fairness, this might be a feature in their paid subscriptions, but I don't need the majority of their paid features, so I will stay with the free version and convert the times to decimal separately.

Billable Time and Project Tracking
Vorteile
I use the free version to track my hours for my consulting business. I like that it allows me to track by timer or to input time manually. Also, that I can record my time against different clients, projects, and billable rates. Since I don't use the paid version, this is simply a tracking tool for me, but it's perfect for what I need it for. The recording and reporting functionalities are easy to use and make my life a lot easier. Highly recommend.
Nachteile
The one complaint I have is that on the free version, you can't go back and edit a time entry after you've saved it. If there is an error, I have to delete the line and enter it again with the correct information, but this is an inconvenience, not something that is detrimental to my needs.

MyHours
I've had a very good experience with MyHours.
Vorteile
I've used MyHours for over six years. It's kept pace with my changing needs for project / time tracking and the support from their staff is excellent !
Nachteile
There were times in the past when features I found handy were removed. But in the most-recent version those have been put back !

My Hours - wonderful app for time tracking
I use it to track my hours spent on Tasks and to check Billing amount at the end of every month. I really love that there is a Free plan for individuals with all these basic features.
Vorteile
Projects, Tasks and Billing rate with automatic counting and Dashboard that can downloaded - these all where everything I needed as a freelance software developer. It's light and easy to use. I like the design and layout very much.
Nachteile
Sorry - but I like My Hours 100% and there is nothing missing for my current needs. :)

My Hours is one of 2 software allies that keep my business thriving. My success quite honestly depends on My Hours
Vorteile
My Hours is always accessible and powerful. At any point in a billing period, I can produce a snapshot of my customer activity. This is particularly important for contract customers with a set number of monthly service hours. My Hours let's me know when a customer is going over their contract allowance and notify them before the billing period is over. Mission critical for my IT business.
Nachteile
I've been a My Hours customer for 10 years and have nothing negative to report. Why is that? Because the team of developers and support staff at Spica are finding ways to improve My Hours daily. I wanted more power and detail in the activity reports but before I could reach out with my concerns, a new release of My Hours went live and VOILA!

Simplest time tracker
I have been using My Hours for years now, and I've always been attracted by the simplicity and the ease of input. It helped me track my time most readily versus other apps that have cumbersome interfaces. Unfortunately I cannot use it exclusively for my needs, I need more project managing tools as well. But as for organizing tasks and recurring items, this app does it perfectly!
I can't really use the invoicing feature because in Romania (where I'm from) we have different ways of invoicing to make our lives better.

Reusable tasks means good information overview for clients and projects and tasks.
Nachteile
Slow mobile app for Android: the app takes a while to load, and it doesn't resemble the quality of the web application.
The invoices are not great for international use, I'm missing a few features.

The best time-tracking and project management app I've used so far
Great app, very helpful.
Vorteile
The time tracking, billing, and report making. Pretty much all in one and so far I really don't have to use any other app
Nachteile
Sometimes the updates are too often and slightly annoying that I have to refresh, but it's not that bad. Also a lot of the times I work overtime and past midnight, it's a bit loathsome for me to have that notification, when I'm still working and tracking the time, that I left the time running from the previous day.

Good f
I use Myhours even though I have changed jobs and work at a place that does have and require use of an official time keeping app. But I can't have a live clock going as I work. So I still use my hours as I go about the week to record time and then enter it into the other app

I started using Myhours when I worked in a small NGO that didn't have their own time management system. I found My hours accessible (I used it myself and wasn't paid for by the company so it was great that the free version had all the basic functions), and intuitive It was easy to create a new task if you needed to without spending a long time setting it up, it was convenient to just turn the clock on and off as you went and reporting functions were good as I could create an activity report and email it to payroll quickly..
Nachteile
Honestly I only have two things I didn't like. Firstly the occasional bugs where sometimes time doesn't get recorded or won't stop when I click on stop. But this hasn't happened in a while so that's good. The other is that It seems I can no longer get an activity report in excel format downloaded in the free version. I understand you want to limit the free version, but given that was available before I found it a bit inconvenient suddenly.

A no frill time management system
My Hours does exactly what I need it to do. In the future I would like to see integration with software solutions such as Quickbooks or ADP.
Vorteile
The My Hours platform is very basic which is exactly what I was looking for. This platform allows for customized workflow tracking that ensures each project is accurately tracked for payment and time management.
Nachteile
As noted earlier this platform is very basic. Customer service is virtually non-existent.

Great and easy tool to track your time.
Vorteile
What is like very much is that you can freely use this software as long as you want, for me this means more than 4 years already! There are restrictions to this free version but still it is a very handy tool that I use daily.
Nachteile
I can't this of big cons, but that is that is have te limited free version so I don't have many features. The only things are the errors but I've experienced that they often are solved very quickly.

I spent a lot of time searching the most useful time tracker app from a wide offer on the web, but overall I found MyHours the best on the market and that fully meets my needs and requirements.
The team, listening to customers, constantly updates the app by adding new features, perfecting and expanding its potential.

The ease and speed with which registrations are entered; completeness of the database; data processing versatility; advanced and versatile reporting and export functions;
Nachteile
I suggested some minor adjustments on the input field mask and the team is working on applying it with the next releases.

Flexible, Simple Time tracking
As a freelancer, my ongoing success depends on my ability to get paid for my work. As such, an accurate and flexible time tracking software is quite possibly the most critical software function in my business. I cannot accurately bill my clients without it. My Hours does everything I need it to do, and is in an easy to use and functional format with a clean, uncluttered interface. It's become an indispensable tool for me.
Vorteile
There was very little learning curve. I had changed to My Hours from an old tracking software from another vendor (which I had used for many years) and was initially concerned that I would lose productivity when switching to the new software. But I was wrong. I was up and running in less than an hour.
Once I got it running, I quickly realized that it was more flexible than the old software I had been using and would enable me to do everything I was accustomed to doing with the old software but with none of the problems that drove me to change. It's been a painless and seamless change to using My Hours.
Nachteile
At first the user interface took some getting used to, and some of the features were in unfamiliar or unintuitive places, but that quickly became a non-issue for me. And the company is always making incremental improvements.

Could not do my job without MyHours
My Hours saves me a ton of time tracking projects (I used to do it manually). And because I'm a one person show, cost is a big factor...free for me is great.
Vorteile
I'm a freelance graphic designer so I don't need to worry about a team of people, but I do need an easy and inexpensive way to keep track of my time by project. My Hours makes it easy to assign multiple tasks to multiple projects. I also like that I can organize reports by client or project. I use the free version and it's great. I also like that I can edit my time if needed (ie, I forget to start or stop the clock).
Nachteile
I often have the same task name for projects, but for different clients (ie, brand guidelines or datasheet). If I go in to create a new task, and it happens to have the same name as the task for another client, it says "task name already created" and I have to go to a different screen to enable this task to be assigned to the project I want. It would be easier if it just gave me a warning screen (like, "task name already exists, apply to this project anyway?").

Using MyHours as an internal time division tool
Vorteile
MyHours helps me easily divide the time spent with developing each project for free. Weekly timesheet provides a nice interface for doing that. I spend less than 3 minutes a day to allocate my time. Also, the excel report makes my quarter reporting very ease: I spend 30 minutes for a task that used to take some hours.
Nachteile
Nothing, my hours currently delivers everything I needed for timesheet management.

Our company has been using this since a year ago and I think it provides set of features and not expensive too.
Vorteile
Our team is using this to track time the team spent on their assigned tasks and projects. Also project manager can easily view on how much time each developer spent on their tasks and projects. Also we can view reports with the tracked time details.

Limited integrations can count as a drawback.

An essential tool for capturing time, saving time during billing
Vorteile
Situation: We are a 19-year-old public relations agency with multiple clients and an extraordinary range and number of projects. Our last time tracking system’s company closed. We researched available replacement options and decided to give My Hours a try based on their free trail period. Less than a week into the trial period, we knew My Hours was what we wanted.
Advantages:
1) We capture more time and more easily. It is so easy to start a time log that we are capturing every action down to tasks requiring only several minutes. This gives us a more accurate accounting of our time – time we could not capture before.
2) Doing company-wide activity reports and sending invoices consumed a full day prior to My Hours. We estimate we are completing activity reports and invoicing in about three hours not eight. And doing so much more simply with less frustration, and with more accurate record keeping in terms of project actions. The My Hours reporting function gives us the information we need in the form we need it in. The first time we relied on My Hours as the basis of reporting our time and project status to clients, it paid for itself.
3) Interestingly and unexpectedly, My Hours gives us a project management tool. Administrators can see the status of projects based on the work of the extended team.
I know there are aspects of My Hours that we have not explored. We look forward to doing so. My Hours is one of our most important productivity tools.
Nachteile
Sometimes it is a little difficult to find the answer to a question we have. This may be simply part of the learning curve which is pretty shallow. It's easy to use.

Best time tracker for solopreneurs!
Absolutely love My Hours & have for years! I am a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and have a free TSheets account, and have used many different time trackers over the years, I prefer My Hours. If I had a team I might need the features of TSheets, but since it's just me, My Hours is perfect, and free. I love the simplicity and it gives me everything I need. Love the dashboard that shows me my average billable hours per day, and my average hourly rate. I've set up projects/tasks for unbillable time as well as billable, so the dashboard is invaluable in showing me how productive my time is.

Free version has everything I need without a bunch of things I don't. Love the dashboard!

Can't remove unused columns, such as status & invoiced, from activity report

Great free time tracker
Overall, I've had a very positive experience using My Hours.
Vorteile
I selected My Hours to track my own time for my own productivity purposes at work. It's easy to use, and works very well for my purposes. I love the options for adding time logs, and being able to start tracking time on a previous time log. I also appreciate the reporting tools.
Nachteile
My only complaint is that it automatically creates a client or task when you type something not already in the system and hit "enter". I have often been in a hurry and made a typo when trying to select something from my list, and it automatically created a client/task based on my typo, which I didn't have the option to undo, and I had to into the list and remove it.

Best Hours Tracking Tool
I use it as an independent contractor to bill clients. I also use it as an employee to track my time to enter into a "bad" time tracking system.
Vorteile
I like how easy it to use but has features to do custom reporting.
It's always available, in 2+ years I've used it, it's always up.
I totally rely on it to track hours and there has never been a hiccup.
I like how it keeps tracking hours even after I shutdown my browser because I know when I stopped working and it keeps tracking even if I don't have my browse up. I love how I can edit tasks and make adjustments easily.
Nachteile
Sometimes when I go back to previous day, it might not refresh properly. The case is when I worked a Sunday in the past, but go back to Sunday in current week, it shows hours from previous week. I can do a force refresh but that takes me back to current day. I work around it by scrolling backwards past the weekend days, and then scroll forward. It refreshes and the data is correct. That's really the only issue I have ever encountered.

Great tool for tracking time on projects!
Love this software -- and did I mention its free for one user! I don't bill for my time, but I do need to keep track of time spent on various projects and on tasks within those projects. I work a helpdesk in a addition to various documentation projects. So during the day, when I pick up the phone to answer a helpdesk question, I just click to start tracking my time. When I'm done, I click back to tracking the documentation project that I was working on. Super simple! Great for reporting on my time spent -- however it was spent! I will be retiring in a couple of years and plan to work as a professional genealogist. I will definitely be using MyHours to keep track of my time spent then!!! Thanks so much for a great product!

Easy to add tasks so that you can identify how you are spending your time on a particular project.
Super easy to switch from project to project as you work through your day.
Love being able to add all the projects that I plan to work on that day and then switch between them.
Great tool to get reports on time spent on projects over a year for yearly job review (Bleh!).
Not to mention Free for just one user (me!).
Nachteile
Could do with more flexible report options.
The new report functionality is a bit more difficult to use than the previous ones.

Best software for tracking billable hours
I have used this software for over a decade. I have loved it from the beginning. I have used it for keeping track of my billable hours for clients, to know how much time I am spending on writing for personal or private projects as well as clients. I have used it help me manage my time. I use it now as a caregiver for my mother to help me make sure I am working the hours required by the state - I have to work what they say, exactly every day, even though I actually work taking care of her 24/7.
Vorteile
Being able to keep track of the hours I work both billable and non-billable so I can keep track of how much time I am spending as well as how much money I am making. Also the ability to track multiple projects at once.
Nachteile
Some of the features take a little getting used to and it can be frustrating when you need to setup or add something new, especially if you haven't needed to do so in a long time.
