Probably like a lot of people, I wear a lot of hats in my job. Todoist makes task management clear, useful, and neatly divided. I place my tasks into different categories and can also see what tasks need to be done in the future.

While I understand that you get what you pay for, the premium version will cost an investment. For personal use, the free version may suffice though.

Todoist has amazing visual boards that makes it easy to view my entire work schedule. It is easy to track my task progress in real time. Todoist provides task fields that allows planning of tasks on priority basis. It has a collaboration space that allows our team to plan our projects together.

Todoist has been so on point i cannot find anything that i have disliked.

I like that it's easy to use. Adding tasks and deadlines is super easy. I use it daily to keep my copywriting projects organized.

It's missing some features in the free version. Sharing projects with clients is not easy.

As of now, in my experience with Todoist, I can say that sometimes I feel the need for a bit more customization options for tasks.

I like that it's quite minimal, and offers a simple way to track tasks. Todoist doesn't bombard the user with extraneous features that are unnecessary.

Nachteile

The minimalism of the application could also be its downfall. There are instances where I would like to have integrations with Todoist with other applications to make my systems more cohesive. However, such integrations are not offered.

I have found Todoist very quick and easy to use. I am forever adding tasks to my list and found it seamless to do so and with the natural language interpretation it allows me to add deadlines very quickly and easily.

Sometimes I find on a new day it is very slow in updating overdue tasks.

Questo software lo definirei: essenziale. Sopratutto quando si hanno più cose da fare e si rischia di scordarle, ti aiuta a tenere il passo e a non dimenticare nulla. È molto semplice da utilizzare e in più è parecchio veloce e intuitivo in quanto riconosce con facilità il linguaggio e aggiunge il tutto alla lista con moltw facilità. Viene ordinato tutto nelle schede, esteticamente è perfetto.

Non c'era nessun inconveniente per quel che mi riguarda, anzi mi ha semplificato le giornate!

The app is very easy to use on both desktop and mobile. I can simply customize and add sub-categories in the tasks with features to set its timelines helping me foresee missed schedules through calendar alerts. As a person who always checks daily routines and regularly glances at the long lists of short-term and long-term goals/tasks from office to home, I find this helpful to stay on track.

Di seguito riporto le caratteristiche principale del programma che mi sono piaciute di più:- Facilità di utilizzo: si può iniziare immediatamente a utilizzarlo appuntandosi semplicemente le attività o cose che non si vogliono dimenticare- Profondità di utilizzo a più livelli: posso utilizzare il software in diversi modi, al punto precedente ne ho descritto uno, ma sono tantissimi. Io lo utilizzo così: ho un progetto "Prossime azioni" in cui metto tutto quello che devo fare e pianificato, anche attività ricorrenti. "Progetti aperti" è un elenco dei progetti che sto portando avanti in questo momento, "Progetti in attesa" con i progetti che vorrei portare avanti prossimamente e "Prima o poi...forse" che è la lista dei desideri- I tag li utilizzo spesso per decidere cosa fare in funzione del tempo che ho e di quanto sono stanco: inserisco ogni tipo di tag come "30 min" tempo che suppongo di metterci per concludere l'attività e cosi via

Nachteile

Mi sono piaciute di meno fondamentalmente due cose:- nei promemoria l'opzione di ricordati qualcosa quando arrivi o te ne vai da un determinato luogo, non mi funziona- il fatto che per recuperare le attività fatte si debba andarle a cercare e non siamo più semplicemente disponibili- ho provato a utilizzare l'integrazione con Google Calendar ma rende le pagine dell'agenda poco comprensibile avere tutti i task di una normale giornata

I think sometimes it is hard to go and edit some task, that editing part it is not so intuitive and you need to do so many clicks if you don't remember the short cuts.

It is very simple to quickly log a task in Todoist to make sure I won't forget about it. The syncing between my laptop and my phone also makes managing the tasks easy.

De software is klein en overzichtelijk en makkelijk in gebruik. Veel artikelen over het gebruik van ToDoist, wat ook wel nodig is gezien het feit dat hun helpdesk niet meer bestaat.

Nachteile

Zeer grote min: sinds ruim een jaar is de helpdesk op geen enkele wijze te bereiken: niet per telefoon, niet per mail, niet via het formulier op hun website. Dit laatste werkt domweg vaak niet en als het wel werkt en je krijgt een ticketnummer, blijft het daar bij. Dus als je kiest voor deze software kies je ervoor om alles zelf uit te zoeken.

I liked the fact that once you have activated offline mode in the settings on Todoist you can then use it without any internet access which is grate when your traveling.
Its a cloud based service. There is a student discount available.

Using Todoist with a free plan allows you to have five active projects at any one time.
Once you upgrade to a Pro account this then increases to 300 active projects & access to all the features that are not available in the free account,

The ease of use, they UI & UX are fantastic. They've covered all aspects of hoe people work and how to get tasks into Todoist. They keep improving the product all the time and it's great to see a development Team so active.

Not much, to be fair. If I was being a skin flint I'd say price but it's the price of one coffee a month, hardly a Con to be honest.

It is a little complex for the users to use its feature, it also has some performance issue like it is not syncing when i used it in my laptop and then in my phone.

I love using Todoist to keep me on track for all of my personal tasks. A lot of times, I have many small things I need to work on for my career outside of the day-to-day business, so having Todoist helps me see all of these things in one place and check them off, one by one!

Making notes about the task I’m working on, isn’t great. If it could have a markdown editor, or ability to link to notes stored locally in another Mac based note app like ‘bear’, that would really help.

Giving users roles is only available with the business plan, which is a downside for many, but is necessary for our number of staff. There is no offline access either

It is an amazing take managing app! I can access my tasks from all major platforms. I can easily add tasks, assign labels, add schedules etc. Especially 1-3-5 rules are very impressive. Splitting my tasks to one large task, three medium tasks and five small tasks is really helpful to apply for productivity.

It could have advanced features like time tracking. And it would be great if I can integrate with other Todoist accounts. For teamwork coordination it would be better to be connected.

I like that its cross platform and relatively easy to use on phone. It has a bunch of features that can help you organize To Dos better and have a clear overview of the deadlines

The default for a new To Do is set as Today. And also 'Today's Todo' is also the homescreen on the app. I just want to see all my To Dos on the homescreen but it shows only the one from Today, sot that's a bit frustrating
