Uncomplicated
The platform is very simple and meets expectations. The layout is simple and the application organizes our daily tasks. Access to the tools is also simple and quick. It is also possible to synchronize with other platforms.
Vorteile

Nachteile

Blogger With Many To Do Lists
Organization and clear workspace! Mental capacity! Life made easy!
Vorteile
Freeing up mind space is a relief. It is easy to use and create checklists for my videos. I use a number of software for project timelines and flows BUT this one I really like the color coding. They also have templates for just about any project and you can suggest them as well.
Nachteile
I don't have anything negative to say about this software. It's something that I believe just about everyone could find a use for. Give it a try!

Sigh of relief when your life comes out of your brain and into Todoist.

Schedule your life in one app that syncs with all your other apps. Easy to prioritize and even edit as the day changes.
Nachteile
It doesn't help much as a life organizer if it will not remind you unless you buy the full version. An option to have an accountability partner would also be nice.

Perfect Task Management App

Todoist is one of the best Task Manager available on the web. It is a perfect alternative to Wunderlist comes with a lot of advanced features.
Nachteile
You can create a free account on Todoist but you will not get basic features like task Notifier unless you subscribed to the premium version.

Awesome task management option if you're willing to pay.

Todoist has a beautiful interface, industry-leading standards, and is truly cross-platform. Also, it's going to be here for the long haul.
Nachteile
My biggest problem is that they make the free version essentially worthless. You aren't even able to set simple reminders... Come on, guys.

Jack of all Trades
Todoist is a great software, with a small learning curve and simple UI. Its one of the most affordable options out there and for the features it offers, its a great option.
Vorteile
It has some nice features off from the start in the free version. The go to reason for using the software is a to do list, but it can be also used as a project management tool. Its very similar to lets say Microsoft Planner and other task management tools, so its easy to get used to it. It has over 100+ application integrations, file uploads and tagging.
Nachteile
User roles are only available in the business plan and there is no time tracking feature, which is really useful to diagnose progress and time invested into projects/tasks.

Keeps me on track
Overall experience with Todoist is great, straight forward, no issues, kept me on track. I'd be hard pressed to find a complaint.

Really useful for tracking whats on your To Do list. It's easy to use and thats exactly what you want in a to do list

There aren't any for me. There certainly weren't any I listed on my To Do list. Which is what this app is great for keeping on top of.

It is a program that can be used effectively across platforms. It has a strong market presence. It is trusted program.
Nachteile
I have not used it much. To get the full version you need to pay for it. The free version is not intuitive or user friendly. A bit more of a learning curve than an app like Wunderlist.

Free version -worth using it
Vorteile
I used the free version and I like that it allowed me to organize the tasks and plan workflows in such way thay simplified my work.
It helped me to be more organized and to gain time for other activities.

When you don't finish a task it reminds you by email that you haven't completed that task, so I always stay updated with my activities and can ses what i have to do

I Prefer Other Task Management Tools
Todoist seems like an adequate task-management platform, but I ultimately preferred another piece of software.
Vorteile
Todoist offers a relatively easy-to-use interface that helps organize tasks, track their status, etc. While I prefer other options, I can't say Todoist doesn't get the job done.
Nachteile
Overall this product just didn't "feel" right to me, it's difficult to describe why. I quickly developed a strong preference for Airtable and have preferred to use that ever since.

Todoist is Wonderful.
My overall experience with Todoist has been a positive one.
Vorteile
What I like most about Todoist is how easy it is to collaborate with others on the Platform. It when used to with a team to keep everyone on the same page.
Nachteile
What I like least about this software is the Karma points. As an adult that just trying to keep things in order, the Karma points felt a little juvenile.

I like how you can integrate the software with Microsoft Outlook so you don't have to go to the website to be reminded of your tasks.

The best solution for complex tasks
Vorteile
Although I use Google Tasks, I used Todoist for work projects because is a better software for its functionalities. It has a plenty of options that Tasks doesn't have and the web and mobile app are sync in a sec.
Nachteile
Personally 36 euros for an app that I use weekly seems a little too much but mainly because I don't usually need all the extra functionalities that Google Tasks doesn't have.

If you opt in for the paid version they have a great tagging system for organizing tasks into projects and assigning different people to each one.
Vorteile
I really appreciated the amount of extensions available for this popular product in Chrome, Gmail, on Android, Apple, Windows. Really great for syncing across multiple devices.
Nachteile
Some of the best features are unavailable in the free version and simply not worth the cost of the paid version.

Great way to keep track of tasks, sometimes functionality is difficult
It's definitely a more professional alternative to reminders than sticky notes, which I appreciate. It's a good software, yes, but there are a few things that I'd change about it, including the ability to sort tasks and prioritize projects.
Vorteile
Todoist does an awesome job of trying to help you keep your tasks in order. It really provides a wonderful mechanism to keep your job responsibilities and tasks delineated for the upcoming day. It is super easy to add tasks and edit existing projects.
Nachteile
The ease of adding projects means that they can sometimes get muddled. Because you can add all of this information at once, it becomes difficult to sort through the tasks and flesh out what is urgent for you to work on. In addition, the email notifications are a bit much.

One can create tasks for free using this software, the design is not complicated and even is simple, which is good for such a software. It has priority levels which can be used for tasks, marking them with the respective color. It supports dragging.
Nachteile
The con is that too many options are available only in premium mode, such as reminders, comments, file upload, audio recording, almost every option!

The ability to link it with pother products and the mobile capabilities are well established. This product allowed my team to be more successful and better at time management and tracking time on projects.

Todoist makes task completion and tracking as well as goal setting easy and more visible/collaborative.
Nachteile
It offers a lot of tools that can be found in or integrated into other softwares such as Microsoft Teams, so the need for it isn't as strong as it might be if it offered something more unique.

A great mobile tool for tracking tasks.
Vorteile
I use Todoist to track all of my personal tasks or just things I want to remember for later. It has loads of options when it comes to organizing them as well.
Nachteile
It can be a little tedious to add tasks if you need things to be pretty organized, but I think that just occurs when you're getting started or have a large backlog of tasks to add.

Works well as a task management tool
I used Todoist to manage tasks for freelance journalism projects.
Vorteile
Todoist is easy to use and works well for task management. Getting notifications for when things need to be done is useful and helped me remember to do things I'd usually forget.
Nachteile
Its feature set isn't as robust as some competitors. It works well, but eventually I found I just needed more power.

Very good, it can improve greatly the production of an individual or a team.

The ability to share and assign tasks, how easy it is to use, the labels, filters and how well it is all organized.
Nachteile
This seems trivial, but if i mark something as "done", i can't undo. It is marked forever, i have to create a new item for it.
