Loved Drip....but could be better with pricing

Vorteile
Ok to be honest I can be a little stingy. So I would love to have slightly cheaper prices. But it's not that big of a deterrent compared to other services. It's very easy to use, has a lot of amazing features that make the price worth it.
Nachteile
As I said before- for me personally, I wish there prices were a little cheaper. Otherwise I think it's awesome.

A serious contender as an ecommerce CRM
It has been great. The CRM is truly geared towards Ecommerce and there are many ways you can configure the platform for your specific needs.
Vorteile
I really like the concept behind it. The interface is intuitive and easy to use even for new users. You can configure your campaigns in many different ways and you can know with details what people are doing on your website and what emails are they reading.
Nachteile
The email creator isn't very easy to use. I prefer other interfaces that are more polished. Also, if you aren't using their forms you cannot get statistics into your website.

Intuitive software accompanied by excellent customer service

Tons of features and functionality. One of the easiest platforms to set up and use. Automated campaigns are a breeze to set up. It's so easy to use you don't need a Biz-Ops team to run it.
Nachteile
Some of the features are still in development and they can take a long time to come out. Sometimes subscribers will get stuck in a workflow.

Drip is the Best Email Service Provider I Have Ever Used
After trying several email service providers, including spending over $20,000 on Infusionsoft I now use Drip for all of my personal projects and recommend it to all of my clients. Simply put, it is the best email service provider on the planet.

Drip makes setting up complex workflows, campaigns and automation rules incredibly easy and uses a visual workflow builder that is the best in the industry.

It's great, we used to use it a lot more but now we don't use it as much, happy with it overall.

The best drip marketing tool

All the features are easy to use and it has great integration with a lot of lead generation tools which is essential when needing to manage and nurture leads.
Nachteile
It's not their core service but something Metrilo does great is eCommerce analytics. But Metrilo doesn't have as good integrations and features Drip offers.

Drip was too hard to use
Saw great reviews for Drip so got it set up for a client. After about 3 months, no one on the team wanted to use it anymore. The dashboard isn't the most intuitive and setting up automations was a clunky experience at best.

Good deliverability. Emails easy to customize.
Nachteile
The dashboard isn't intuitive. All team members found themselves confused when setting up automations, which is the core reason for us to have this kind of software.

Great for Smaller Lists

Drip is packed with features. It is built with the marketing funnel in mind. Unlike some other email marketing services, Drip offers advanced features and automation for technical marketers focused on taking a granular, personalized approach to email marketing.
Nachteile
The pricing for Drip becomes less viable when you deal with larger lists. The price gap between Drip and competitors (i.e. Mailchimp, Aweber, etc.) becomes very noticeable once you cross the 5000 subscriber mark

Great Platform. Lots of features

I've used a number of different email marketing platforms in the past and believe they're all good for different reasons. I finally tried out Drip once one of our sites built up a decent list and I've been pleasantly surprised with the platform. Lots of segmenting features and integrations. Little learning curve but overall a great product.
Nachteile
Entry level pricing is a little high but the features and functionality are certainly there. If you're doing any serious advertising or spending considerable time with email marketing, this is the platform I would probably lean towards, especially for more advanced users.

Shocking Support - is anyone even there?

Struggling to comment on the positive as I've had such a frustrating experience.

The support in trying to set up Drip to work best with my business was nill. After 5 emails, 2 voicemails and a DM still I got nothing from this company.

Great but not the best
Vorteile
I went from mailchimp to this to some other stuff and finally ended up at convertkit. This is similar and has a great automation system with visual workflows.
Nachteile
Does not have an easy way to edit emails. You must click out of an email and then into another to compare your emails sequences. It would also be nice if it had a way to create landing pages without having to buy leadpages separately.

Automated Marketing made easy!
Vorteile
Drip has bee an amazing automated marketing toll for us. Drip allows you to have a 100% free account (but you will want to purchase a plan to get more features, contacts). We love the automated workflows, the integration, as well as the analytics it provides. They provide great tutorials and technical help, and is not very expensive for what you get.
Nachteile
The 100% free trial account only allows for 100 contacts.
Also, the analytics tools could be more thorough and easier to navigate.

Drip offers email marketing automation that is relatively easy to understand. Blueprint templates make it quick and easy to set up a campaign.
Nachteile
Automations can be confusing to set up (as with all the automation companies). I use WordPress+Thrive Themes+Drip, which makes it easier (Thrive did a lot of the heavy lifting for me), but if you don't have that combo, it may be difficult to get it set up.

I've used a few different marketing automation tools, and Drip is a great choice. It's simple to create nurture tracks an workflows and it's very easy to set up a new campaign. The email editing options are nice and give you a range from more advanced to more basic options.
Nachteile
Like any software, there's a learning curve to it, and Drip took me a bit longer to get the reigns, but after that I haven't experienced any issues with it.

I have used customer support multiple times after making changes, and I'm always impressed with their positive attitude and professionalism. Also, I have had no glitches.

Simple ways to generate campaigns and generate leads.

Quickly allows me to build customized campaigns. Email editor is great and easy to use. Great for a beginner. Lots of analytics.

Nachteile
MailChimp's lacking in the area of automation prompted us towards trying out Drip. For the time being, we'll stick to MailChimp due to Drip being comparatively more expensive.

Drip workflows make email automation configuration easy to map and track.
Started learning how to set up email marketing automation funnels with Drip a few months ago. Setting up, tracking, and monitoring leads is super easy using Drip. Look forward to discovering how to continue to integrate Drip into multiple lead funnels. on my site, social media, and email.

Would love a direct integration with PayPal, that makes it easier to register purchase goals in workflows.
