Loved this product.

It caused a lot of difficulty with tracking our sales funnel if reps weren't following proper procedure of tracking their sales and closing them out.

Vorteile
It is a great suite. You can use it send emails and monitor. There is a lot you can do. One of the things i like about is that it is cloud based.
Nachteile
The only con i can think of is that it is cloud based, for people who want to host it on their own servers

Great potential, but...
As a SRM product salesforce is top notch. The problem I have is you need a full-time dedicated person or people in order to properly manage it. For a small outfit such as ourselves this makes it a bear to utilize to it's potential and a waste of resources.

The interface and functionality on day-to-day activities is straight forward and easy to understand... intuitive.
Nachteile
It needs to be babysat. I understand garbage in garbage out but this product requires an expert to utilize to it's potential.

I have been using Blackbaud products for non-profit for a long time, Salesforce has a lot to offer but I feel that if you don't have experience using other CRMs it will take some time to get used to Salesforce since you have plenty of features to choose from.
