Better options on the market
Goto connect has some nice features and is reliable but compared to teams it is left severly wanting, as teams provides everything that goto meeting does but includes the intergration with other Microsft products.
Vorteile
The user interface is very easy to navigate. It is very reliable little to no down time from recvied by myself and the people I support
Nachteile
Costs are not very competitie compared to other software on the market. Intergration is lacking compared to other vendors e.g. teams

Buggy software with horrible support
Overall experience with Jive has been horrible. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemies.
Vorteile
GoToMeeting is bundled with the software, and it actually works as intended. That's the only positive thing I have to say about Jive
Nachteile
Everything. The desktop app UI was buggy. Audio was frequently missing on one or both sides of the call. Audio quality itself was hit or miss.
We were told we had a 30 day money back guarantee, and Jive is still fighting to keep us in a contract. One of their representatives told our MSP that if Jive let everyone who had issues with the software cancel their contract they wouldn't have any customers. Instead of fixing the issues like any reasonable company they opt to try strong arming you into paying for a terrible product. The "money back guarantee" isn't so much a guarantee as it is a "we'll give you your money back if we feel like it, which we probably won't" clause.

Un outil pratique pour l'équipe
On est vraiment satisfait pour l'instant !
Vorteile
On a mis en place cet outil pour prendre les appels quand on est hors du bureau et ça fonctionne plutôt bien ! C'est la fonctionnalité qu'on a le plus utilisé
Nachteile
Parfois l'interface peut être un petit peu lente, mais c'est quand même assez rare donc ça reste un outil intuitif de manière globale

User Friendly and cost effective
Very simple and cost effective, great features but simple to use.
Vorteile
I liked the fact it's web based dialer so avoid complications on software instalation and issues with Windows versions.
Nachteile
The call recording in a separate service as AWS Amazon. I prefer to have an integration inside the same portal.

Poor integration with HubSpot
It didn’t meet our needs, but it’s just that we needed more than what they offered
Vorteile
It’s good to use from a desktop client type of a system. The onboarding was straight forward and simple
Nachteile
They only had click to call, which didn’t actually log anything in the CRM, which made it inefficient.

Great for a 1st Mobile Voice Option
On an era where everything is on the go Jive is a great VOIP solution where you can use the phone thru a series of devices: computes, mobile devices and an actual brick and mortar phone at the office. So far soo good to stay mobile.

Great for Cloud based VoIP migration
I used it for small amount of time ( 2 weeks), and found it usable for highly distributed companies. Usually fixed voip lines cost less then mobile, and for 100+ costomers there is nieche where the operating costs can be neutralised when using this app with Mobile devices.
Vorteile
It is fairly easy to set up. We were assesing it for "Cloud" solution for VoIP small and medium companies offer.
It is great solution, easy to user, with great "Youtube" tutorial How-to videos. I would recomend it for companies that have distributed locations that require VoIP solution.
Nachteile
Actually ther is not that much to find negative about this software. In our assesment it did not passed becuse of security requirements that Cloud solution have.

Very poor service of their support team

I cannot think even about one thing that I liked.
Nachteile
Very complicated system, you will have to buy 3rd-party services to take advantage of the features that they advertise (for example phone recordings). They do not integrate with most major applications. We wanted to cancel our account but they still charged us even before the free trial period ended. Support team promised a free trial, and then said that team could not promise such things. I don't know what they could and what they couldn't, team did promise and that is all I know. Unethical and unprofessional approach to potential customers. Would never use them again. Waste of time while the software is not worth the money they charge.

First Timer
It is so very intuitive making set up and managing fantastic. I need to be ON the phone not Planning to get On the phone. Jive does that for me. It values my time as much as I do

Nachteile
So far, not much. I would like to see a richer and more robust Contacts section with emails, addresses, etc but other than that....very satisfied and happy.

Noth worth the great sales pitch
Vorteile
Sounds great and was ok to setup, but overall a bit more hands on than expected
Nachteile
The billing was incorrect, the support took forever to reply, the ability to block callers who won't stop calling was not available. Total waste of time and effort
