Review of BigTime
Vorteile
BigTime has a wide range of resources that are useful for the different types of healthcare projects we are exposed to. Reporting, expense entries, billing invoices are some of the relevant options that make it appealable for users.
Nachteile
Some reports are hard to customize. It may require someone who is technically sound to incorporate it within the platform for regular use.

Streamlining Professional Services Operations
I'm in QA engineering normally, but I've recently taken part in some internal billing related projects where we've consulted out to other firms. Using this software has really streamlined things for me in a way where project management isn't so daunting anymore. I highly recommend the software and would use it again.
Vorteile
This software really is great for project teams that are working in more of a professional services type setting. It really seems to do it all, whether it's time tracking, project management modules, expenses, financials, resource allocation, etc. For me, the resource allocation portion was actually the most impressive (and important) aspect for me, as it allowed me to continue onward with my normal engineering duties while providing professional services support via this software.
Nachteile
Project management and billing software is not my forte normally, so it took a little bit of time to figure things out, but I eventually really enjoyed using it, so I have nothing I've disliked necessarily.

BigTime es façil de configurar y usar, permite la conexión a QuickBooks para publicar información y permitir la facturación a los clientes. Así mismo, visualizar informes de gastos y recopilar información de los proyectos en una base de datos. Además, cuenta con seguimiento del tiempo que es muy sencillo de controlar.
Nachteile
Un punto negativo de BigTime es que a veces crea tiempos duplicados. Enviando el doble o el triple en horas de trabajo.

my structure has really made a gain in time and in project management thanks to big time I like the fact that I can make any type of modification in this software

Vorteile
Very useful software and an easy to master interface. It allows easy management of various custom reports and helps a lot in payments
Nachteile
No major problem for this software only that it will be necessary to leave a little more fields customizable

Pretty much does everything!
Overall the fact that everything's integrated into one platform makes Bigtime a great timesaver for any organization.
Vorteile
Bigtime is great in that it's super feature robust and serves as an integrated platform for time tracking, task assignment as well as financials.
Nachteile
Sometimes the task assignment workflow can be a little clunky and seems to generate some unnecessary email clutter.

Starting off with baby steps with opportunity to Scale
It has been confusing at first but paying for the premium level and having a dedicated solution support, rep has been tremendously helpful
Vorteile
BigTime has been great given that we have never tracked time and as we slowly integrate this into the company culture, we don't have to have the full infrastructure built out day one, it is adaptive and can scale with us
Nachteile
I think some of the buttons to finalize items aren't the most overt (I would simply love a "SUBMIT" button for Timesheets)

A reliable time tracking tool
Vorteile
It is very simple to navigate, it comes both in mobile as well as desktop versions
Nachteile
Timesheets dont get easily submitted, it gives errors which causes submissions to fail

Spectacular 10/10
Vorteile
What I liked most about BigTime was how user friendly this product is as a whole. BigTime really nailed a great balance of professionalism and fun with a huge time saved.
Nachteile
It took me a few days to get the hang of it after switching from our previous product, I will never look back after using BigTime.

One of the best invoicing software
Vorteile
One of the best billing software I know of with Excellent customer service. A few glitches here and there, but overall, if you use it correctly, it works very well.
Nachteile
The drawbacks are minimal with this software so you won't have too many problems
