Keeps me connected and organized

Clients and prospects can set up a 15 min phone chat or book a consultation via the scheduling form. All information is stored in my "address book" and I can even require prepayment for certain services. So far, I am very happy with the application on my web site.

VCita tells the world you are READY for BUSINESS!

I love this software. It puts your talents and abilities in front of the world and says "BOOK NOW!"

That is a powerful message and must result in more business. And, the software keeps me organized when it comes to following up with clients. Again, I love this software!

Vorteile

I got a call today from a customer support guy at VCita. He actually spent 20 minutes on the phone showing me how to get the most out of the software. I don't recall ever getting a call like that before. Good on ya VCita!

Easy to use

vCita has been easy to use, and was easy to implement into my website. It allows my business to run more smoothly and efficiently.

A great way to start a business

Vorteile

I loved that all of the scheduling and finance management was transferred online, as this administration side 2as a part of the business that I wasn't enjoying, but was also taking a lot of time.

Nachteile

Theres nothing that I dislike so far, but there are a few small areas that could be added or improved upon

Love this service!

I've been a vCita customer since 2012 using the basic (free) plan. Since upgrading, I've seen a significant boost in my streamlined productivity and follow up. My clients also appreciate the reminders for appointments and ease of communication with me.

Vorteile

The integration of the new dashboard with the mobile app is simply sublime. :)

Nachteile

I'd love to see improvements for the email campaigns. If vCita adds email marketing to their service, I wouldn't need any other CRM tool/service.

vCita is a great tool for any company that needs to use online scheduling. The livesite widget is very effective.

Easy to promote and simple for people to connect. It also was extremely easy to hook into my website through wordpress

I would love to have a system that somehow was responsive to the relationship based systems such as LinkedIn, FB, Twitter etc..

I'm blown away! My website is gorgeous, the support team rocks, using Vcita has tripled my...

Vorteile

I'm the girl that hates computers! I feel so bogged down & almost paralyzed when I have to "figure out" how to navigate through new programs & software!
But with Vcita, I feel like a pro. It's been so easy for me to master. All the way from the desktop version to the mobile app!! It's given me the confidence I need to manage my business.

Nachteile

When navigating through my contact list, I will stop at a clients info & get what I need.
But when I'm done & try to go back to the contact list, it takes me back to the top. (At the A's)
And it's pretty slow scrolling all the way back down again.

Vorteile

Use of software is easy to setup, and operate. Again customer support was dismal

Nachteile

Customer support is Dismal at best. I tried to contact them for 4 hours, and all I get is a lame group of ideas I have already tried. I am looking for better customer support.

Easy to use application, looks like a web page without being one.

Best Customer Management Platform

A while back, I was looking for a customer management system, which would allow my clients to schedule and pay for appointments with me.

I found vCita, and loved it right away. It integrated right with my site, allowed new clients to easily sign up, and for me to interact with my existing clients. I love that it also integrates with Stripe, so payments become a lot easier. I try not to use PayPal if I don't have to.

Their support is also phenomenal. They get bak to me quickly each time. There was a bit of a bug in the software when I first joined, but they had it fixed in what I considered an incredibly short time. I was very happy to find that they are so attentive to such feedback.

I highly recommend vCita for all aspects of customer management.

With a heart of thanks

I was having to use messenger to respond to request for appointments rather than allowing others to choose from my list of available dates and times.

The entire vCita suite is fantastic

Vorteile

It's super clean, not overly stylish, not overly cutesy. Just functional, comprehensive, and user-friendly. This software and vCita's apps in general, make me feel like a medical professional (I am not in medicine). Invoicing reminders can be sent via text. The pricing is honestly a steal.

Vorteile

It's easy to set up, even for the technically challenged. My clients and prospects love being able to schedule their own appointments. Plus, it saves me tons of time and hassles.

Nachteile

There were some problems with my gmail account at first. However the problem was a setting on my end, not vCita. The customer service rep was great and told me exactly how to fix the issue.

Nice appointment software

This site definitely appeals to the average person because the layout
is so simple but very VERY effective. It is a clean site with a
flawless look, and someone without any technical background would
definitely appreciate it. The layout makes anyone feel comfortable
because it is so well done and clean looking. You feel as if you are
in good hands and you know that you will be able to find anything you
need on this site.

Though it needs more improvement , like providing more customizable filters, directives and providing international payment gateways instead of paypal alone.
But I like this site and our physicians love it too.

It's not for everyone

Vorteile

It came with my website for free. I didn't need to integrate anything to the site and it did help capture leads.

Nachteile

I did not like how if I wasn't logged on to my website backend, I wouldn't be notified of a new lead for up to 24 hours, which is terrible for an efficient sales process, so I decided to take another route.

Not good

Vorteile

Lots of scheduling ability, for prospects and clients. However, it needs more. It would be great to track all the movement of a client in the CRM, make phone calls, create and track help desk tickets etc.. Or something close. But it is a good scheduler. Possibly the best out there.

Nachteile

Poor CRM capability. I have stopped using it. I am looking to move our team to a more versatile platform.

Vcita has made my life so much easier!

Love it! it's so easy. Now I can delegate more tasks to staff.

Vorteile

The online booking, and the ease of being able to follow up with clients directly from their profiles! I never followed up before. Also, no invoicing fee!

Nachteile

It doesn't have digital download capability. Please add it! I have already cut three expenses because if Vcita.

Online apointment is really helfull but I can also manage my client's email a better way. I have nearly all what I need to mange my clients with Vcita.

Nachteile

I don't really like taking a lot of time setting my vcita calendar... when I'm not available or when I have to set spécific days and hour available.

Super simple

Vorteile

I like that once it is set up, it is pretty much done. Adding services and changing the schedule are very easy to perform. Integration with clients very smooth.

Nachteile

I sometimes have to get an access code for Vcita / Stripe, which is ok considering the information that they hold. It bugs my bookkeeper, however.

Professional schedule appearance is nice for my clients

Nachteile

The interface on the phone - the app will help me. Is it out?
Also I think that it syncs with part of my iCal settings but not others . The other day someone scheduled something when I already had something in the I -calendar . Perhaps I had that other thing set as a different color in the I cal interface as opposed to all the color that represents my clients ? Not sure why the window popped up as available to the client ?

Using vCita

I just started using vCita to give my readers a way to book complimentary blog consults with me. I'm really impressed with how easy this was to do. I'm ok with computers and technology but was afraid booking appointments and getting them transferred to my Google calendar would be complicated. I was so glad that with vCita it was actually really simple.

Monica was great!

I'm a one man show... There are no other options out there that do not require cumbersome and expensive build-outs to handle all the moving parts necessary to be effective, efficient and provide a quality experience for my clients. VCita is the exception to this statement.

Just what i was looking for

I was turned onto vcita by a fellow coach in my area and feel like i struck gold on my first time out. This scheduling software has great customization features and is incredibly easy to set up and use. Since companies hire me to coach their employees having this software takes all of the scheduling duties of private coaching sessions off the plate of wellness coordinators and they love. It has improved all aspects of my business with the capability of billing and sending follow up documents to clients. I highly recommend it.

I use cVita on behalf of my customers to manage their email campaigns.

Vorteile

I like the flexibility of the software and its ability to customize like adding company branding and logo.

Nachteile

Pricing could be better. They do have different packages but if you look around at other competitors you can get the same or better features elsewhere for a lower price.

Making life so much easier!

Vorteile

I love the fact that people can schedule or reschedule their own appointments from my website or even Facebook.

Nachteile

I would like to be able to schedule group class signups from vCita, and thankfully they are working on that now! So, soon I can have class signups online, and that will save me lots of time.

Solving Appointment issues

As a hypnotist, speaker and consultant, I have a variety of appointment needs, and vCita seems to fit my needs. It also houses my contact list, so it is a great solution to keeping all my contact info in one place without having to duplicate tasks. I'm looking forward to all that vCita can do for me.

vCita Onboarding Support Service

The vCita Onboarding rep was excellent. He answered all of my questions and provided me with all of the support I needed. In addition, he even shared additional tips with me via email.

Great Customer Support

Unlike a lot of other business programs that you set up yourself, VCita offers responsive and helpful customer support for a reasonable entry point. The program is designed to be a time saver for small businesses without an admin team. Great for allowing clients to set up their own appointment for calls and meetings, sends reminders by email and text to clients so you don't have too.

Support is very slow and does not answer questions proper at all. As a customer I have to track my questions several times
