A melhor ferramenta de gestão de demandas
De modo geral a ferramento é bastante flexível e com possibilidades de análise estatísticas através das métricas que ajudam bastante, apesar da ferramenta não ter um local para realizar documentações. A ferramenta atende muito bem as nossas necessidades e contribuiem para o crescimento dos times.
Vorteile
A ferramenta é muito versátil, possibilita a criação de diversas estruturas, desde portfólio corporativo até a entrega no nível dos times.
Nachteile
Poderia ter uma local para registrar os requisitos de software e permitir ter o rastreio da mesma. Exemplo: um requisito de software está em qual etapa da jornada de construção de software? Hoje a ferramenta tem a visão de fluxo muito bem definida, no qual possibilita fazer isso.
Outro ponto bastante expressivo é ter um local para realizar documentação, por exemplo, no corrente existe uma ferramenta que supre essa necessidade e tem uma integração nativa.

De maneira Geral a ferramenta atende a necessidade da maioria das pessoas.
Vorteile
O Businessmap é uma ferramenta muito visual e intuitiva, é a famosa Ferrari das ferramentas. É totalmente adaptável o que permite a análise do contexto e o ajuste para cada necessidade.
Nachteile
1. Atualmente o Businessmap tem pouca integração de maneira simples com outras ferramentas.
2. Visualização limitada de itens com data fixa, uma sugestão é melhorar a visualização no calendário.
3. Automatização registro de dados para acompanhamento dos KPI's de maneira mais simples e visual.

A ferramenta é bastante flexível, simples na utilização e traz ferramentas de gestão com métricas e dashboards padrão que facilitam bastante o acompanhamento de fluxos de trabalho. Com eventuais ferramentas adicionais que permitam uma customização maior pelo próprio usuário de medição, métricas e dashboards, a ferramenta fica praticamente perfeita.

Businessmap é uma ferramenta poderosa e bastante adaptativa. Tem recursos intuitivos e sua forma de uso se assemelha há vários outros software de gestão à vista disponíveis no mercado.
É uma escolha a se considerar, diante de outras opções no mercado.

- Configuração de fluxo de trabalho fácil;
- Dashboard de métricas padrão muito útil;
- Possibilidade de criar novos campos nos cards, de modo personalizado ajuda bastante adequar do Businessmap há várias contextos e áreas da empresa.

- O fato de precisar pagar para ter algumas regras de negócios implementadas é uma questão poderia ser revista pela Businessmap.

Ferramenta boa precisa entregar algumas features importates.
No geral a ferramenta atende, vejo um esforço de liberação de novas features, porém acho importante validar outras ferramentas do mesmo segmento com itens que ainda a ferramenta não entrega, que são importantes para o GB, exemplo o JIRA.

Segurança da informação dentro dos boards, e dificuldade para implementar novas features importante para nossa operação;

Its native adherence to the main needs presented by our organization, combined with the strong integration of the strategy into the functioning of the teams, was essential for choosing Kanbanize as a management tool for our organizational transformation. It enabled the use of our lean-agile operating model.
