Excellent Patient Management Software
Saving time, money and paperwork have been the main benefits with using Blink Software. The support staff are amazing. It is is easy to raise issues and any concerns are addressed promptly. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff! I just wish I had integrated my practice with this Software sooner.
Vorteile
The eGOS software has been a gamechanger for us. I can not do justice to the time we save using Blink eGOS on a daily basis.
Record keeping for tests carries forward previous test information therefore one does not have to log out of a record to check the previous visit information. Also eye health results are copied on to the next visit which saves our Optometrist time when recording if there are no changes from the patient' last visit.
These features also apply to dispensing information as all relevant information can be obtained on to one screen without having to alternate between different sections.
Nachteile
It would be good if the Red Eye Exam section would forward and maintain the information at the next Red Eye Exam visit. Sometimes follow ups are needed for Red Eye consultations and one has to keep reverting back to the previous record for cross referencing as the Red Eye Exam does not have the same feature as the Spectacle Eye exam feature.

Fantastic software at a very competitive price
Two and a half years ago we took over our first Opticians practice and we were looking for a more suitable software for our needs. We came across [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and Blink and the rest as they say is history. We have just opened our third practice and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been there every step of the way and we hope he'll be there for many years to come. Nothing is too much trouble for[SENSITIVE CONTENT] to have a look at and he's always available to offer advice and solutions for day to day situations. 10/10 for Blink - and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] !! Very good.

Easy to use and set up. Great customer service.

Recalls did take a bit of getting used to. Also on the very rare occasion the site can be a little slow to load.

Vorteile
This system is great value for money, customer support us excellent.
Nachteile
The diary view would be ideal to change views.
Having 2 Optoms listed and viewed as weekly instead of daily.

Great system
Very good
Vorteile
Been using the Blink OMS system for 5+ years now, it's very easy to use , intuitive, easy to submit Gos forms with and is also a very reliable system with little downtime.
Nachteile
There's nothing not to like as far as I'm concerned.

efficient, reliable system
I have used this system for over a year now and have found it very efficient and great value for money. I may upgrade the package soon to take advantage of the further benefits offered by controlling more of the patient details electronically.

Blink Software
I have had the opportunity to use Blink for over a year and a half! It has caused great success in my practice. It is very easy to use, and my staff loves it!
