Das Arbeiten mit dem Dashboard macht das Review von Kandidaten einfacher. Hier hat man alle Details, Application Questions und CV in einem Fenster.
Man kann die Bewerbungsprozess gut customizen.

Nachteile

Das neue Interface hat seine Vor-und Nachteile.
ABER - was könnte geändert werden:
Es ist für viele Hiring Manager schwer, die wichtigen Details auf den ersten Blick zu finden. Application Questions muss man immer separat anklicken, damit sie komplett angezeigt werden. Hier sind wichtige Infos enthalten, wie Wohnort, Salary Expectations und Visa etc.
Zusätzlich steht jetzt nicht mehr im Profil Überblick direkt "Resume" zum anklicken - hat sich wieder durch ein Icon ersetzt.
Beim Offer Making wäre es super, wenn man nicht nur ein Dokument anklicken kann, um es an Kandidaten rauszuschicken. Wenn ein Dokument in einem anderen Ordner auf dem PC abgelegt ist, ist es nicht möglich meherer Anhänge zu machen. Es muss immer alles in einem Ordner hinterlegt sein, um mehrere Dokumente anzuklicken und anzuhängen. Zusätzlich wäre es besser, wenn man auch eine Schnittstelle zu Google Workspace hätte und nicht nur Microsoft.

Die Anbindung an Karrierewebsiten ist sehr schwer. Zusätzlich ist das Layout der Greenhouse Job Seite selber nicht schön. Hierzu braucht man immer ein Development Team, um etwas zu ändern. Hier wäre es schöner, wenn es gewisse Layout Bausteine gäbe, die das Recruiting /HR Team selbst nutzen kann, um die Seite mehr an das Branding der Firma anzulehnen.

Gründe für den Wechsel zu Greenhouse

Nachteile

Non è possibile la gestione delle candidature in batch o l'analisi dei dati dei candidati ma per le nostre dimensioni va bene cosi

Vorteile

Ease of use, very intuitive. You can also run reports to analyze data through it to figure out hiring trends and come up with better plans.

Nachteile

No cons that I can think of- sometime it does not sync perfectly to other apps, but its hard to say if that is a Greenhouse issue or an issue with the other apps.

The functionality of building specific interview plans. The ease of adding interviewers to the process and the ability to compare interview feedback is great.

Talent banking does need a lot of work. The internal job board is also something we have tried to push with Greenhouse for some time however continue to be told it is not a priority at that point. We are now 18 months in...

I like how easy it is to keep up with my candidates, I like that greenhouse is very customizable and that support responds so quickly with my requests. Greenhouse is very easy to use and takes allows me to see metrics very easily

Cost is very expensive for what we are getting. I would also like to see more metrics implemented in the reporting tool.

Vorteile

Greenhouse is super awesome. I love my specific dashboard that is updated and has lists of things I need to get done every day. Creating candidate profiles is easy, moving through the interview process is easy, and I love that I can tag the hiring manager in a profile to have them review.

Nachteile

I don't like how difficult it is to change interviewers after an interview is scheduled. It makes it challenging to send them new scorecards.

Vorteile

-How warm and user friendly it is - helps with manager utilization!
-Interview kits are manager friendly - easy to access and have all the info needed

Nachteile

-Permission settings not having full customization (I know this is being worked on!)
-Reporting having more visual chart dashboards that you can filter; not just sheets
-Lack of Craigslist integration

Vorteile

Greenhouse is a beautiful system. Most line managers have been able to log on and get started without any training from me or GH. If you are even the slightest bit savvy with social media, then you'll be able to get up and running with this software quickly. I love the fact you can connect with Facebook, Twitter, etc. and easily email from the system. The reporting tools within GH are really impressive. There are tons of stats just a couple of clicks away!

Nachteile

The price is what I like the least. I did demos for 5 systems. This was the priciest by far, and they increase the price yearly. However, you don't need to worry about how many line managers have log in info as it's just a flat fee. I can see how with other systems, where you pay per head, the price would start to get up there quickly.

Setting up interviews is a two stage process. First you have to email the interviewer. Then you have to setup an interview into Google Calendar. It would be nice if these steps were integrated.

Greenhouse has been a joy to work with, the lay out of the software is very nice and easy to get into

Customer support is not really what i'd like it to be, but when you really have a problem, they'll get you out of it

It's easy to use in a team environment. With people in multiple offices, it's easy to review notes on new hires that will be working cross-functionally or across different geographical offices.

I have nothing yet. Overall, I've had a very positive experience to date.

Many options and reports, which is good, but overwhelming if you just do it once in a while and want to get the job done.
