The app for chrome was buggy and had to reinstall. I lost work and time because I couldn't upload my screenshots.

CloudApp is a great service for hosting videos on the cloud - you can also then embed those uploads on your personal website and put those videos behind a password.

The screen capture mechanism works okay; however, when I try to put on the webcam, I’ve had continued issues with syncing the video and the audio.

Love the video sharing feature, some I cane email so this fixed my issue. great for passing along items for the entire team to work on.

I just wish that there were more features with this software. It would be awesome if I'm sharing something and someone on my team is editing it, the program would lock it.

Easy to use, auto uploaded and links are automatically copied to clipboard for easy sharing, HD video recording and GIFs.

Occasionally there were connectivity issues but it's been very stable and solid since that happened. I strongly recommend CloudApp.

CloudApp makes helping customers incredibly easy! Everything is right there. I used to use 2 or 3 different apps to make screenshots and run through features. CloudApp has it all in one package! :D

CloudApp is so easy to use! My favorite part is how I can easily grab my taken screenshot and drag it straight into an email template to sent to prospects!

Occasionally I will use CloudApp to grab a screenshot and when it loads it won't load properly, it will be cropped weirdly. Usually I just take it again and it works fine though! Just a minor hiccup, other than that it works great!

It is useful and easy to use. I use it daily in my work to share screen captures with my team and attach any required evidence to our service tickets.

I like that the app uploads the files to the cloud automatically and almost instantaneously, also generates a short link ready to share.

Nachteile

You can not copy the files to the operating system clipboard so you can paste them into another app.

I really like the instant screenshot and how freaking fast it is to send something to my colleges through pasting the link in Slack.

I think that there should be a infinite replay feature for the videos, it's a lot easier to do animations and such if we had that feature.

So easy to use. I love the annotation feature, as well as the ability to create gifs. Perfect for quick "how-to's" and visually explaining things.

I love being able to show processes to colleagues quickly and easily via video. It's so much easier to present/explain. I also love how there are different ways you can present - with or without mic, specific screen view, etc. Love it!

Amazing ease of use. You can easily find the file you want as they provide small thumbnails. It just sits on your toolbar & you can grab stuff & upload stuff with one click. Easy :)

I love that I can create GIFs for my team and clients. It's clearly viewable, but there are definiltey ways to make the sharing better.

Sharing the tool as a GIF / jpeg in an email is not as easy and seamless as I'd like, and sometimes craeting the GIFS become way too manual for me and my team.
