Over all we are very happy with Jobber. We are always on the lookout for new services and updates to the app and website.
Vorteile
We love how easy and efficient Jobber lets us communicate with our customers. We have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service through follows ups with reminder set ups and task.
Nachteile
The least thing we like about jobber is the option to send attachments through jobber messaging.

User Friendly - Professional Qquoter
Very user friendly. We send multiple, detailed quotes to clients who have options to pay through a payment portal.
Vorteile
Easy to use. Quick professional quotes. The interface is straightforward and there are some great areas for collaboration within Jobber.

A little more customization would be nice.

Poor customer support
Vorteile
The software is easy to use and functions well
Nachteile
Their support is bad. It takes forever to talk or email someone. Days up to a week. And the person typically forwards you to someone else. Then that person doesn't know what they are talking about. It is like pulling teeth. I think teenagers run the company.

Jobber for the best scheduling
An easy-to-use program that facilitates a lot of the organization's work. I advise others to work with it.
Vorteile
This platform is great in scheduling work, which facilitates repair and installation operations. Scheduling the estimates that this platform makes and tracking jobs greatly increases work efficiency. You can test that, as they offer a free trial.
Nachteile
Sometimes errors occur in issuing invoices as a result of errors in emptying the data in the mandatory fields, but the customer service has fixed this, adding new features and updating the user interface will raise the efficiency of the program.

Jobber provides everything you need for a cohesive work team
Prior to adopting Jobber, keeping track of leads and corresponding with clients in one location was our biggest issue. Now that customers are requesting work through our website, we can speak with them utilising the built-in messaging capability.
Vorteile
They have a great culture and are terrific at giving back. It's simple to use if you run a really tiny business (between 1 and 5 employees). Their support team is helpful and quick to answer. All the applications we utilise to manage our firm are centralised in Jobber. Gathering leads, creating jobs, sending bills, and collecting money are all made simple with Jobber.
Nachteile
For companies who have several jobs to do in a single day, I wish there was a route optimization feature. The web forms should also be more configurable, in my opinion.

Great product
Our operation has changed drastically after switching to Jobber. We love the option to send the email reminder and text message reminder at different times. The new client hub has been long awaited feature too: clients can now log into their Jobber account to see the estimates, invoices and all scheduled appointments.
Vorteile
It's easy to use and you get a lot of useful features without paying separately for them.
Nachteile
Paying a lump sum annually can get tricky for a small business. Also would love to have an option for ical and google invite for clients to add appointments to their own schedule too. The zip codes get messed up in address field but we've found a way to work around that.

Software for the Modern Age
Vorteile
Drag and drop feature, invoicing is a breeze and the client portfolios/job hub and the insight generated is so user-friendly.
Nachteile
I don't really have any cons with this software. Any software like this is going to take a while to learn, but becomes second nature quickly.

Repeatedly EXPLOITED our goodfaith
Small, team - over stretched and unskilled.

They were fast to get us onboarded, via calls and remote video conferencing
Nachteile
They repeatedly contacted my staff/subcontractors of which we have 30+ that all possess sought after skillsets within our hearing and insulation industry in the UK about trial ending.
HOWVER THE WORST PART ...
They have emailed all of my subcontractors who work in some instances for my competition.... Asking them to invite a friend to jobber.
This is a blatant circumvention of the service offered and a direct and immediate financial impact on my business.

Jobber magnificent tool
Vorteile
Jobber is by far the best complete system for scheduling and billing customers
Very easy to use, and very good value for money.
It really is a "big picture" of the advances in the business. I highly recommend it.
Nachteile
In general I have not had problems with this tool.
It took me a few days to get used to it, but I love the workflow now
I am confident that this company will continue to listen to customers and add beneficial features to this software over the next few years.

Tool to manage your customer quote, invoice and your facility team.

- You can create quote and create workflow for approval.
- You can create and upload invoice which will be visible to your tenant.
- Able to create and allocate task
- Mobile app for the facility employee/manager to view assigned task.
- A lot of other features which will be helpful for the real estate companies.
Nachteile
- Tenant login, currently needs to share/send URL to the customers and from there they will be able to manage the quote and invoices.
