Jobber is the best!!
I love how simple the Jobber software is to use and there are a lot of people out there that have used jobber for years to answer your questions you may have about the software, I just went through my first tax season with jobber and it was so easy to get to all the info I needed
Vorteile
I like that it simplifies my job and organizes my invoices and payments so that I can concentrate on the work at hand, it may seem expensive for some but I urge you to reconsider due to the fact you will pay a lot more to hire someone to do the same work for you

What I like least about it is that it charges a lot to process card payments

Great inspiration!
The whole experience has been a big help with building and developing the business. The interactions with your software developers, the interviews that I have had, and even the little gifts you give show me that you care about your customers and inspires me to do the same for mine.
Vorteile
The Invoices are easy to create and develop. I also appreciate that you can save line items in order to build an invoice and quote more easily in the future.
Nachteile
The jump from Lite to Core in price is difficult to make and justify for a small business. I just don't have the bandwidth right now for all the other features, yet I know that I will need them in the near future. So, considering a $40 increase per month seems a little steep to me right now.

Needs Improvemts!!!!!
I think your app is great but needs some work. I left Quickbooks to use someone that has something easier to use!!

You can invoice while on the job with the customer
Nachteile
The jobs and customers are so confusing to use. I have to show that I have been to the job and the customer gets a email. Then I have to create a job then invoice then payment. It should be a straight forward motion when invoicing. The time sheets are confusing to use, therefore I have not use it yet. I need more training with a live agent and not a following along tutorial.

A decently priced and user friendly platform.
Overall i have had and continue to have a very positive experience using jobber. It is a very efficient, user friendly, and keeps things well organized organized innovative platform in regards to the tools and services they provide for users. And i reLly love that their staff members really care about customer service as i've never had a bad interaction with their customer representatives. They are fast, always pleasant/polite. I In terms of price it's priced okay comparatively to the other programs and i it's classified category.

With user jobber i really enjoy multiple things. I love the fact that this platform is user friendly and easy to use firstoff while maintaining a simple but pleasing appearance. I really enjoy the fact that all the different features and sections that they offer are easy to find and well organized as well. I like that they offer several essential tools for your buisness and managing business. Their customer service is extremely friendly and helpful.

I really wish their pricing were a little less.

Jobber manages and schedules very easily
Jobber has become an indispensable tool for our company. It facilitates route planning and scheduling. It allows all our members to visualize the work to be performed.... with short, medium and long term deadlines, in order to plan accordingly. The scheduling function simplifies the task of entering repetitive jobs quickly and easily. We also rely on reminder e-mails sent by the customer as an important form of communication with our customers.
Vorteile
It is extremely helpful to look at a customer's history and view upcoming visits along with work performed. The customer email reminders are helpful to our customers as it helps them know when we are coming and is an important touch point. Making my email personal was simple. The recurring work feature was the primary reason we chose Jobber. There is a lot of flexibility in scheduling recurring work. I like that I have the option to select the frequency (monthly, weekly or daily), plus a specific date or day of the week/month.
Nachteile
Jobber has links to some third party payment processors, but is not able to enable recurring payments with them. This would be helpful.

An easy-to-use program that facilitates a lot of the organization's work. I advise others to work with it.

This platform is great in scheduling work, which facilitates repair and installation operations. Scheduling the estimates that this platform makes and tracking jobs greatly increases work efficiency. You can test that, as they offer a free trial.
Nachteile
Sometimes errors occur in issuing invoices as a result of errors in emptying the data in the mandatory fields, but the customer service has fixed this, adding new features and updating the user interface will raise the efficiency of the program.

The user-friendly UI of Jobber is one of my favourite features.
All things considered, I heartily endorse Jobber for small and medium-sized service firms. It's an excellent tool for handling different business operations because of its user-friendly layout, scheduling options, and invoicing functions. Also, because it is cloud-based, it is simple to use from anywhere, which is helpful for companies that use remote workers in particular.

Jobber provides everything you need for a cohesive work team
Prior to adopting Jobber, keeping track of leads and corresponding with clients in one location was our biggest issue. Now that customers are requesting work through our website, we can speak with them utilising the built-in messaging capability.
Vorteile
They have a great culture and are terrific at giving back. It's simple to use if you run a really tiny business (between 1 and 5 employees). Their support team is helpful and quick to answer. All the applications we utilise to manage our firm are centralised in Jobber. Gathering leads, creating jobs, sending bills, and collecting money are all made simple with Jobber.
Nachteile
For companies who have several jobs to do in a single day, I wish there was a route optimization feature. The web forms should also be more configurable, in my opinion.

Customer service is not helpful. The people I talk with don't seem to know what they are talking about and don't know the product.

Being able to create an estimate for a client has been helpful.

Estimates go to spam folders and clients don't receive them. No capability to work offline. Creating new properties is a nightmare

The most impactful features of Jobber include its real-time job scheduling and tracking capabilities, invoicing and billing support, client management and CRM tools, payment processing and automatic payment reminders, mobile support, and comprehensive reporting capabilities.Jobber offers strong customer support and its user interface is intuitive and easy to use.
Nachteile
There are some features in Jobber that could be improved. For example, the ability to track time stamps or collect more detailed notes, to be able to schedule reoccurring jobs, and to send automatic reminders to clients. I think Jobber could be improved by integrating additional communication methods beyond email, such as text or chat.

Awesome Choice! Only missing you feature!
Great company to do business with. Shout out to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] at CS for being patient and answering our questions.
Vorteile
Jobber is an excellent company, I repeat, EXCELLENT. As the top player in their space, Jobber knows what works and what does not. The part you may get the most value from is through the engagement of the Jobber community. It is hard to really put a price on the value that brings. When it comes to the daily features needed to operate a successful service business, Jobber has them all (almost!).
Nachteile
A direct scheduling page! Goodness if Jobber had this it would have been a great choice for us. I get that sometimes a business should have a request vs. direct online booking, but times are changing! Speed is the name of the game. Lots of people just prefer to do everything they can on THEIR end rather than feel forced through a request feature. Give the power to the client! The only thing if this was at least an option for folks would make Jobber KING OF THE LAND.

Easy to use app but a little expensive

I love Jobber's design - beautiful modern. Love it! I love the ease of use as well. I havent had any trouble finding anything so far.

I think its gets a litlle pricey and things start to add up as you use it more. But otherwise its a pretty good app.

Great for getting the job done, not so great for doing it quickly
Vorteile
Great software for keeping track of customers and invoicing, the mapping route feature can be really helpful, great customer service, sends out professional invoices, links with Quickbooks, allows for customers to pay online (for a % fee)
Nachteile
This software can be time consuming to use for several reasons - it doesn't save your place when navigating through invoice, customer, or job lists (i.e. scroll through invoices, click on one, then go back and get sent back to the top of the list), doesn't allow for mass archiving/reopening jobs (which for seasonal jobs is necessary) which means a lot of extra clicking and manually reopening each and every job.
The link with Quickbooks can also be difficult - often information will get stuck on one platform or the other, or duplicate information will appear. However, customer service is always very helpful on resolving these types of issues.

New User as of 2018
Awesome, super helpful customer support. Really robust program.
Vorteile
I use the software primarily for invoicing and the batch reminders for customers who are late on their payments. My friend, Rachel, with Hope Cleaning, uses it for all it's abilities - so I have much to learn in regards to scheduling and sending straight to invoicing etc. I'm hoping to learn more about how to use the other aspects of the program this winter before we start up again next April. You will probably be hearing from me with questions in the New Year so that I can learn some more. :) Merry Christmas!
Nachteile
I don't like that when a customer asks me to send all of their invoices I have to send them one by one. There is probably a function that I don't know yet, that allows me to send them all at once.

easy but not so much

the hole offer its great, i felt it would be better than it was, but its not a bad app, actually it works really great and has real good functionalities, but its not what i need now

Jobber is a great cloud-based field service and landscaping solution
Easy to set up, we were up and running in about a week. Simple to use, training was couple of hours. It is reliable and saves me time every day.
Vorteile
We love Jobber because their support is great and there product is great! The way it organises our daily processes. Without it we would just be another business.
Nachteile
Love the quote signing ability they just came up with, but it would be nice if they had a Check box that has to be clicked acknowledging they read the service terms.

Exceptional service, great product!
Vorteile
Saves you tons of time, makes running your business easy. Also, the customer service team is phenomenal, they truly care about their customers.

Scheduling and Dispatching Made Easy!
Overall, Jobber is a great scheduling and dispatching software espescially for a small home services business like the one I work for.
Vorteile
Jobber makes it easy to keep track of technicians and their schedule, accounts receivable and payroll.
Nachteile
Jobber has so many different functions that it can be overwhelming at first.

* I like the most with Jobber is the help that can obtain from it for like easy scheduling of jobs as well as monitoring

* So far so great, no bad feedback i can say from using Jobber
* Instead, I have to say that it's very effective and convenient since monitoring of work is much easier through mobile phone

The Best Way to Impress Customers
Jobber is the easiest way to manage jobs and guaranteed to impress clients.
Vorteile
I love being able to send invoices and reply to customers via the app. Customers are amazed by how easy it is to receive and pay invoices.
Nachteile
Somewhat pricey but considering the features and functionality that’s certainly not a dealbreaker. Overall excellent app.

Just setting things up, so far its a quick and easy process
