Jobber is the best!!
I love how simple the Jobber software is to use and there are a lot of people out there that have used jobber for years to answer your questions you may have about the software, I just went through my first tax season with jobber and it was so easy to get to all the info I needed
Vorteile
I like that it simplifies my job and organizes my invoices and payments so that I can concentrate on the work at hand, it may seem expensive for some but I urge you to reconsider due to the fact you will pay a lot more to hire someone to do the same work for you
Nachteile
What I like least about it is that it charges a lot to process card payments

Needs Improvemts!!!!!
I think your app is great but needs some work. I left Quickbooks to use someone that has something easier to use!!

You can invoice while on the job with the customer
Nachteile
The jobs and customers are so confusing to use. I have to show that I have been to the job and the customer gets a email. Then I have to create a job then invoice then payment. It should be a straight forward motion when invoicing. The time sheets are confusing to use, therefore I have not use it yet. I need more training with a live agent and not a following along tutorial.

Great inspiration!
The whole experience has been a big help with building and developing the business. The interactions with your software developers, the interviews that I have had, and even the little gifts you give show me that you care about your customers and inspires me to do the same for mine.
Vorteile
The Invoices are easy to create and develop. I also appreciate that you can save line items in order to build an invoice and quote more easily in the future.
Nachteile
The jump from Lite to Core in price is difficult to make and justify for a small business. I just don't have the bandwidth right now for all the other features, yet I know that I will need them in the near future. So, considering a $40 increase per month seems a little steep to me right now.

Unhappy client
Customer service is not helpful. The people I talk with don't seem to know what they are talking about and don't know the product.
Vorteile
Being able to create an estimate for a client has been helpful.
Nachteile
Estimates go to spam folders and clients don't receive them. No capability to work offline. Creating new properties is a nightmare

Great for getting the job done, not so great for doing it quickly
Vorteile
Great software for keeping track of customers and invoicing, the mapping route feature can be really helpful, great customer service, sends out professional invoices, links with Quickbooks, allows for customers to pay online (for a % fee)
Nachteile
This software can be time consuming to use for several reasons - it doesn't save your place when navigating through invoice, customer, or job lists (i.e. scroll through invoices, click on one, then go back and get sent back to the top of the list), doesn't allow for mass archiving/reopening jobs (which for seasonal jobs is necessary) which means a lot of extra clicking and manually reopening each and every job.
The link with Quickbooks can also be difficult - often information will get stuck on one platform or the other, or duplicate information will appear. However, customer service is always very helpful on resolving these types of issues.

Jobber is a great cloud-based field service and landscaping solution
Easy to set up, we were up and running in about a week. Simple to use, training was couple of hours. It is reliable and saves me time every day.
Vorteile
We love Jobber because their support is great and there product is great! The way it organises our daily processes. Without it we would just be another business.
Nachteile
Love the quote signing ability they just came up with, but it would be nice if they had a Check box that has to be clicked acknowledging they read the service terms.

Build a strong connection between management and workers through Jobber
Vorteile
* I like the most with Jobber is the help that can obtain from it for like easy scheduling of jobs as well as monitoring
Nachteile
* So far so great, no bad feedback i can say from using Jobber
* Instead, I have to say that it's very effective and convenient since monitoring of work is much easier through mobile phone
