E-signatures straight and to the point
My overall experience with DocuSign was great. It's the first e-signature tool that I've used. It was extremely easy to get started without any knowledge, it was easy to implement in my workflow. They are not tons of bells and whistles with unnecessary tools.

Very easy to use and with a strong brand awareness
I currently use it more as a user, and it is great. Very easy to use, very intuitive. Even people who are very clumsy with computers are able to use DocuSign for the digital signature because it is very intuitive. Also the strong awareness it represents an advantage at the moment of requesting a digital signature.

It is very easy to use, very intuitive. One doesn't need to be a technology expert to set it up and use it. It has a strong brand awareness, which may help at the moment of asking for a digital signature.
Nachteile
I contracted DocuSign in a period in which I had to send many contracts per month for digital signatures. DocuSign had a monthly limit of contracts that could be sent for the basic subscription and it was quite expensive to upgrade. I spoke with an agent who promised me a discount but then they never came back to me.

My experience signing, sending and uploading with DocuSign.
However, DocuSign will always excel in my eyes, not just by being an incredible platform but also by helping save our environment.

When DocuSign emerged on the scene, it was a must have. My first time user experience was hassle-free managing signing documents. The DocuSign platform features make uploading, signing and sending documents effortlessly, along with integrating with third-party software.
Nachteile
Utilizing the platform offline functions had more options, which would be a positive outcome in a poor internet connectivity area.

Customer service and their billing system is whack!!!!! They lure you in with an annual subscription and then if you decide to cancel it, they continue to charge you!!!! Absolute leeches. They don’t give you a refund for past payments. They cancel your access and charge you for nothing????

Docusign is the most professional and well structured signature management tool
Docusign is intuitive and well structured for all document signatures especially when multiple actions are required.

This is by far the most professionally structured and intuitive signature and document management product I have used. It is especially helpful with very large documents because it ensures that every area requiring initials or signatures is visible and spotlighted for action.

Docusign is great for virtual, remote signature capturing
I used Docusign to sign my apartment leasing contract. Very simple, very straightforward. I just typed in one time my printed name, signed name and initials and it filled in the rest. All the places on the lease that were highlighted that needed signatures and initials. Saved time for me!

Signature Required
It's really nice. Painless document saves, emails sent that tell you you have documents ready, and the ease of transferring my information each time is really beneficial especially when I'm creating signed invoices or contracts between people!

I love that I can highlight, point with arrows for initials, and can sign everything so easily. With a place to save your information, you can easily transfer your signature, address, initials and dates to documents you're creating. It also makes into a painless PDF file or .docx
Nachteile
For the phone, I hate having to constantly turn my screen if I need to sign. The screen is touchy. I also would like a bigger document text because if I hit the wrong thing, I don't have a stylus to immediately delete. It gets annoying that I'm having to start over if I do it too many times.

Necessary for the administrative professional!
Overall, I had a great experience with DocuSign. As stated above, DocuSign made my life as an administrative professional much easier and helped me stay organized with reminders and follow-up.

I really enjoyed the ease of use and also the convenience of this software. As an administrative professional, a large part of my position was contract management and collecting signatures for various documents from the management team. DocuSign was also incredibly helpful in sending reminders, so it helped with the follow-up part of my job for me which was a huge time-saver. I also liked that this was a very straight forward platform to learn how to use.

Middle of the road
DocuSign overall is a great product and is really helpful to my business. It streamlines processes and does the chasing if documents are overdue which gives me back so much time! Previously, I would chase up every client for days/weeks and it's hard to keep track of these things and find the time. DocuSign automates this and does the heavy lifting.
It's nice to have electronic signatures and reduces the need for paper.
Overall, I'm happy with the service, despite the price tag.

I find that DocuSign is quite easy to use and I get notifications regularly updating me on the progress of documents which is great.
The speed at which documents can be prepared and sent is a distinct advantage.
Nachteile
It's a bit on the pricey side, but nothing too extreme.
Their customer service is pretty average. I had an issue with my logo being way too large in emails when sending out documents. Their team got back to me and told me I need to resize it per their standards but gave me no further help as to how to do it.
API integration is really costly.

Signing Made Easy
Storage and ease of sending contracts. Before I was constantly exporting PDF's, and rewriting parts of contracts, whereas in DocuSign I can easily send things out and not worry about filling up my desktop if I forget to store my contracts in their designated folder.
Vorteile
My favorite features have to be the automatic storage and ease of making any document into a signable contract in seconds using DocuSign's easy-to-use editor. From there you can easily send the document out to all parties in the order you want it to be signed, and once it is complete it is stored for anyone to re-read and draw upon on their DocuSign account.
Nachteile
For what I use DocuSign for, I think it perfectly compliments my business. I've also had larger companies use DocuSign, and were the first to expose me to the service, making me feel confident to say that though I am a smaller freelance company, it can be extremely useful and convenient even to much larger companies.

This Software has Saved me from lots of Trips
My overall experience has been great with Docusign.
Vorteile
What I like the most about DocuSign, is that it made it made it possible and easy for companies to go green, by giving them the option to go paperless. Even though we had computers, and we were able to do paperwork from the computer, we still had to print out forms at the end to sign them in order for them to be valid. Now we have the option to have a few less expenses, and a chance to do something good for the environment. Another great thing about DocuSign is that it is free. It is very easy to use, so I can have clients who are not local or just no where near the office, and instead of having to rush through traffic to sign a form, or them having to look for a fax machine to send this form, they are able to just bring their smartphones out and sign the document. Very easy to explain to them also. Because this application is available out there, I have saved a lot of time and money by not making trips just for a signature, and I also reduced my carbon footprint.
Nachteile
I don't think I have found anything wrong with this software to be honest. I wouldn't change anything about it really.

The auto-fill tool that i desperately needed.
Vorteile
I love how convenient it is and how easy it makes my life. When someone used to send me a document I used to have to print it out, fill it in/sign it then scan it back in now I can just do what is required of me right on my phone/laptop. I don't even have to download the document. I can edit it directly from my emails and send it back.
Nachteile
What I like the least is the fact that DocuSign sometimes changes the format of my document which makes things difficult.

DocuSign is a big time and money saver. It works across multiple operating systems and the signed documents can be saved to email making retrieval easy.

DocuSign allows me to sign, send, save, and retrieve documents effectively and easily. DocuSign saves me time and money. I don’t have to worry about driving, traffic, and fuel to pick up or drop off signed documents. A true time saver.
Nachteile
On mobile devices, DocuSign is a little difficult to navigate. It requires a lot of zooming in and out as the documents are formatted for a sheet of paper and not mobile phone screens.

Vorteile
It allows me to be more mobile, quick, and efficient with review, drafting, signing, and sending contracts. It allows me to work from the "cloud"--anywhere, at any time, as long as have a device for the internet access. I just noticed the feature of templates and interested to explore that as well, to see if there's value in that. Seems to be a new feature. As a bonus, love how you help not having to use paper where yes saves money, but it good for the environment. And since more people are becoming aware and comfortable with it, it's become more acceptable to use.
Nachteile
Would be nice to have more options in the "Fields" section, such as an "X" or "remove" symbol. For instance, symbols or emojis. Also, not everyone is necessarily aware that signing via DocuSign is still a legal signature.

Great and easy to use
Vorteile
What I like the most has to be several things like how easy it is to use and the options is has available I love that you've got a dashboard that will keep you up to date with every signature you have and any documents that you have out that you want to get signed and if someone hasn't signed them you can always send a reminder to remind the m to sign it in case you need it in a timely fashion it's very easy to in bed signatures in your documents and you can put tabs showing where they need to sign and everything else it's very efficient it's easy to use and it has great options they haven't worked very easy for you to control and see and do whatever you need to do with your documents whether it be send them out or file them or print them or whatever everything through your dashboard you can do everything that needs to be done for those documents and signatures
Nachteile
There's really not any kinds is for as the app itself if I had to make one it would just be maybe that it expanded into different areas

Simple, Secure, Accessible Digital Signatures
DocuSign is great at what it does, but there are other softwares out there that do all of what DocuSign does -- plus more.
Vorteile
Clients from all over the world can sign documents securely with DocuSign. All of the forms I need are saved and automatically populate with the appropriate information based on my needs. It's easy enough to use that even my elderly, tech-averse colleagues and customers can use it on their own!
Nachteile
DocuSign is not great for much other than its one basic function of collecting and signing documents. If you want to manage workflow, track your pipeline, and manage your business all in one place, there are better options out there.

Using the free version now, but have paid per-month when I know I'll be signing a lot of...
Using DocuSign to authorize documents has made the process quick and seamless. I would recommend the free version if your needs are relatively low, or the pay-monthly version if you have a higher need. It's easy to switch between the two and so you don't have to be stuck in a committed subscription should you want to down/upgrade.
Vorteile
I love how integrated this software is with nearly any format a digital document has been sent. Automatic prompts to use it to sign make the process effortless as there is no searching for the application or even needing to think about it. When I open any digital doc requiring my signature, Docusign is an option in the drop down menu.
Nachteile
Sometimes the tools to place/enlarge your signature and date are a bit fiddly and I wish that there was a way to overlay your signature as a layer on top of a signature line instead of having to place it above. That would make the signature look more natural, especially for someone who has a lot of descenders in their name.
