Extremely easy to use and very good user experience
we are very happy with the software, the Workinsync team [SENSITIVE CONTENT] are always available for all sorts of support.
Vorteile
the ease of use of the system, the floor plans are interactive and I could find a desk according to the amenities, it takes 15-20 seconds to make a desk booking from the mobile app

Easy to use, hybrid workplace tool
Scheduling of employees has been very easy with this tool. Implementing the mask compliance and a daily check of health status of my employees has smoothened the processes.

As an employer, employee scheduling aspect and maintaining the safety of my employees is of paramount importance. The tool has helped me achieve the same.

My return to office became breezy
When my office announced that we need to get back to our workplace, I was scared, to be honest. Apart from safety, the concern was whether or not I will be able to adjust. With WorkInSync, the process to return to the office became seamless. From their QR-based sign-in to desk management, I am extremely happy to have used this app. The features are well-developed. It is a must for all employees returning to the office.
Vorteile
The best feature in the app has to be the desk booking app. I can find my colleagues and see when they are visiting. I can also schedule my desks in advance.
Nachteile
The interface can improve. I can see a lot of updates on a daily basis, which shows that they are improving the app to be the best.

WorkInSync has a good desk booking app
WorkInSync’s desk booking app makes it easy to find and book a workspace when I am visiting the office. With WorkInSync, I can search for desks by location. Booking can be done for a particular date, and time. I can also view available desks on a floor map.
Vorteile
The floor map is extremely valuable when trying to see which desks are available. Also, it allows me to know where my colleagues are sitting for the day. If I need to sit with them, I can book a desk near them.
Nachteile
The only thing that annoys me about the app is its load time. The floor map takes a lot of time to load and can be very frustrating, especially when I am in a hurry.

It's an excellent tool that's simple to use and is of great help!

Go for their space management software
I have been using their space management software and honestly, it is one of the best apps I have ever used. I don’t have to worry about getting desks or finding meeting rooms. I schedule myself for a week even before I come to the office. I particularly like their desk booking feature.
Vorteile
I honestly like their desk booking feature the most. It offers so much. I can book desks, find my colleagues and also integrate it with MS Teams. Keep up the good work.

Kudos to Team WorkInSync for creating something amazing!
As a manager, I know how difficult it is to implement an app. The WorkInSync implementation team is great. The app is the perfect tool for both employees and employers regardless of the setup you have. The team got the app working in a matter of days, and without any hassle.

Meeting room booking made easy with WorkInSync
Workinsync has sorted my office. Keep up the good work.
Vorteile
When I started using workinsync, one of the first features that stood out to me was the automated scheduling. If someone was cancelling or rescheduling a meeting, this App automatically updates my calendar. Another thing I like is the amenities booking facility.
Nachteile
Navigation can be improved. Otherwise there are no other cons.

It provides all the tools we need to develop the remote work environment to suit our needs.
WorkInSync gave more value to remote work, as it brought us all the tools we need in one place, and also helped document remote working hours accurately.

WorkInSync is a very flexible and easy-to-use tool, with which I can transfer my real office to virtual reality, and I can format it as I want, as there are many great tools that help in performing all my daily duties naturally. I love how I can document working hours, as WorkInSync enables me to record start and leave times, and scheduling enables me to arrange my work program accurately. It also helps coordinate booking appointments and obtaining approvals, thus ensuring that tasks are completed on time.
Nachteile
I don't see any negative things about WorkInSync, as I find it very easy to use, but I would like more improvements to the meeting room.

A really easy-to-use employee scheduling app
The desktop version works better compared to the mobile version. It is easier for me to customize the bookings on the desktop version in comparison to the mobile version.
Vorteile
The employee scheduling app from WorkInSync is great because it has made life easier for me and my employees. With just a few clicks, my employees can schedule themselves. For me, I can overview all of it without having to lose my mind. It is all there for me to see. Transparency has actually improved as a result of WorkInSync's employee scheduling app.
Nachteile
The employee schedules can be customized if required. For instance, if an employee wants to change their visit timings, it can be done by themselves or me, when required. I can also approve the workflows, therefore, ensuring that there is never overcrowding in the office.

It is all about convenience
The app is extremely convenient, especially for anyone who hates using multiple apps. I can easily record my attendance, find my colleagues, and book seats next to them. It is all in one app.

I am a team lead handling multiple projects, Sometimes I used to get frustrated due to collaborations with different teams and managing my own team schedule. WorkInSync has now made my life easy and now I know where are my team embers and what they are doing.

Promising 'All in one App' for your hybrid workplace management
Easy Seat booking when I am going to office, hassle-free and safe entry to my office. We can book meeting rooms on the same app. It also has Sanitization tracker management for the workplace admins. Overall its like a super app for the workplace. The product also has integration capabilities with MS Teams , Slack, HRMS softwares and so on. I can see on my work calendars about the seat I booked, my work preference etc.
Vorteile
Sharing my work place preferences - whether I am working from home or office, and contactless safe entry to my office whenever I wish to work from office. Also, their seat booking system on the app is very very convenient. I can find where my colleague or team mates have booked their seat and book my seat nearby, how awesome is that! The best part is I can see when was that particular seat sanitised and it gives me a safe feeling.
Nachteile
Nothing as of now. If I find something going forward, I will surely update my review here.

The Meeting room booking software is unbeatable
WorkInSync has made the process of booking a meeting room so much easier. I can schedule meetings easily from my phone and check availability of meeting rooms with amenities in it.
Vorteile
This meeting room booking system comes with easy integration with google workspace and outlook that makes it easier to use with the existing setup of the company.
Nachteile
There is no desktop version available with this software, but it’s manageable.

Great solution for all hybrid workplace needs
It takes a couple of uses to get used to using their solution.Sometimes their interface lags too, especially when loading the interactive floor plan.
Vorteile
It's very convenient. All our employees immediately adopted the solution to schedule themselves, booking their seats, meeting room requirements etc. The implementation was pretty smooth and the app has been working flawlessly.
Nachteile
I like that WorkInSync supports hoteling where a few dedicated desks are available for employees and also supports hot desking that allows your employees to reserve depending on availability.

Resources or Employees. WorkInSync lets you schedule everything.
Be it my employees or the resources they need, everything can be scheduled
and managed using WorkInSync. Their scheduling software allows me to approve my employees’
visits to the office. They can also put in requests for resources such as desktops or LAN cables,
and it gets processed by the software.
Vorteile
Nothing needs to be done manually, and that is what I like most about the software. The options are all there. Employees select what suits them the best
and that is it. The requests come to me and all I need to do is approve the same. Everything else
gets taken care of by the software itself.
Nachteile
The software can be more intuitive. It works great right now, but yes, there is scope for improvement

An excellent application to manage the meeting rooms
With the implementation of WorkInSync, visualizing and managing meeting rooms has become easier. All information that we need to manage the rooms is available on the dashboard for us to see. We can see which rooms are booked and which rooms are empty. We can also access data like who booked a room and whether it was utilized properly.
Vorteile
The dashboard is super useful when trying to visualize the status of the meeting rooms and managing them at large. If a room is empty and never gets booked, we can see that on the dashboard. It essentially gives us an overview of how rooms are being used, ultimately ensuring that these have optimal usage.
Nachteile
No issues as of now. The application is working well for us.

The contact tracing feature is amazing!
We implemented WorkInSync to ensure that we can return to the office safely. And the app does exactly that. It has many features that ensure workplace health and safety are maintained.
Vorteile
The concept of Digipass is great. It asks you basic health questions and asks you to upload your vaccine report. Only then does it provide the Digipass
Nachteile
I really like this app; now it doesn’t have multiple language feature.

The best hybrid workplace app
With our workforce divided, we wanted to implement the hybrid work model. However, there were multiple issues with it. It was impossible to keep a track of employee schedules, desks booked and meeting rooms used manually. Therefore, we switched to WorkInSync. And after 6 months of using it, I honestly have to say that this app is the best that is there. It is easy to use. Also, the cost is cheaper compared to the other competitors.
Vorteile
The fact that our employees can schedule themselves and book a desk, parking slot and meal together is amazing. I personally like the dashboard, which gives me a comprehensive view of everything that is happening in the office.
Nachteile
he app works fine on the web. The mobile version may need to improve a bit. But all in all, it is the best hybrid workplace app I have used

Helps in time and space management in office
Vorteile
Its overall good to have a track of employees in cooperate setting. due to this I have a desk reserved which is very helpful and especially in my training period because of this I was able to manage my work as I always see when am I started working and how many hours left to work that day. and

Its UI can be improved a little as it is very plain. You can add a reminder feature as I sometimes forgot to mark my desk attendance.

Excellent flexi desking tool
This has been a smart and an easy to use tool that can be used with minimal training. The adoption was smooth and the support team has been hand holding through the deployment stage. Their AI based selfie with masks is a pretty cool feature and how it remembers my preferences for the next use.
Vorteile
Choice of booking your desk, and to be able to choose to sit close to your colleague to collaborate is what worked best for me.
Ease of booking your requirements ahead helps me plan my day ahead
Contactless entry and the sanitization check of the desk I'm going to use adds up so much of peace to my mind.

Maybe they can capture the recording of attendance at the customers site visit also.

The Space Management Software is all about convenience
Vorteile
As a group lead, I was worried that when my team comes back, it would be difficult to manage them. And then my colleague told me about WorkInSync. Oh my, this is the best app space management app I have used. From desks to meeting rooms, parking to employee schedules, it lets me manage everything.

We've all had times in our working lives when we've wasted time looking for a free desk in the workplace. However, thanks to WorkInSync's desk booking software, it's now much easier for all of us to pick and reserve our desks ahead of time, which has enhanced the team's productivity.

The biggest advantage is the easiest way to find where my team is or where I need to work for the rest of the day in the office.

Work from office solutions
We are trying to use work in sync for seat management in office so that fully vaccinated employees can come to office if needed and still maintain social distance and covid appropriate behavior.

for example if someone come at 9:15 It will not show 9:30 AM but will show 10 : AM (45 Min gone)
Its a process where one has to use it phone and then use the video to verify
Better than this could be once the user is verified it should be on the door as a screen which just lets you in as you are entering the first time in office the temp thermal can be kept on the top and need to be sync with the entry Once you have the face recognition and temperature then only you let the person go inside
All this need to be processed within max 10 sec

Very convenient to log in your attendance and helps collaborate better, viewing where my colleagues have booked their seat helps me in booking a seat nearby
