Highly flexible LMS - gives a professional feel to our team's learning journeys.

From the beginning we in PREM have enjoyed our experience with Absorb - the Absorb team and the product are excellent in equal measure.

Last year we were exploring various LMS options. It was confusing, but the Absorb team gave us spent a lot of time helping us understand how the system could work for us. I really appreciated this as, relatively speaking, we would not be a very big client for them.

Since our sign up we have experienced a highly professional, organised and responsive customer support service.

We have recently launched the first of our on-line learning programmes, hosted on Abosrb. We are very proud of the professional look and feel our learners experience when they access the platform. It sets a good tone for the learning to come.

The reporting features are very helpful and entirely flexible. It is not until you start using the system that you begin to understand just how easy it is to get the exact report that you want.

I very much appreciate the support Craig and Al and the Absorb Support team provided to me and my team yesterday when our website catalog of courses went down. I know with the time difference Absorb didn't receive our tech support tickets or emails until after business hours in the evening, but you still pivoted and acted quickly to research, identify, and resolve the problem within a couple of hours. In fact, since the problem was resolved before the early AM eastern time, we were able to avoid any marketing/branding/customer service damage on our end and we had our advertising and email promotions back up and sending learners to our ecommerce site and catalog listing before the morning. Turns out it was a simple email address update we made that caused the hiccup, but thank goodness you identified that error on our part quickly. Thank you SO much for the prompt attention to our outreach for help! And, the customer service response from Al and Craig was great.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Absorb to any company looking to expand into the online training realm. We have tried out a few LMS' in the past few years, and Absorb continues to be one of the best in the business.

User-Friendly, Intuitive, and Adaptable Interface!

Before we switched to AbsorbLMS, we were using a clunky, old-fashioned LMS that disregarded user experience and ease-of-use. Learners were deterred, turned off, and didn't view it as a true developmental resource. That's when we decided to make the switch to Absorb.

Since we've converted, we've seen increased activity and learner satisfaction skyrocket. Just the other day, I received an email that said the LMS is "looking amazing!' it's gotten so easy and intuitive." I've received many more comments just like that from learners, and it only validates that we made the right decision for our organization.

AbsorbLMS keeps the user experience at the forefront, and that's what makes them so unique. They make it simple not only for learners, but also for the admins who manage the system.

It's a great product, and I highly recommend it to any organization who wants to increase online learning engagement.

Absorb LMS Review

The Absorb LMS is a streamlined LMS that functions as an LMS should, it handles transcripts, self-paced courses, ILTs and assessments. The platform is HTML5 compatible and works great on a MAC and tablet devices. We chose the Absorb LMS because we needed a great LMS, not an LMS that tried to be six other things at once. The development and support teams are responsive and willing to work to improve the product as needed.

Transition to a new LMS

We were making the transition from an existing LMS to a new one, and after going to market, chose Absorb as our new partner. From day 1, it has been great working with their team. They delivered an excellent product with a learner interface branded to fit our organization perfectly. We needed to decide whether or not to migrate our existing user data, and Absorb's team provided lots of information on the pros and cons to both migrating and starting fresh.

We launched our site on October 1st to a pilot group, and are in the process of launching it system-wide to over 840 location and 19,000 learners across Canada. So far, everything is going smoothly, and any time a question arises, their team is there to answer quickly.

The site is easy to use and to administer, and I am fully confident that we made the right choice.

Great LMS!

We searched for several months to find an LMS that would meet the needs of our organization. Absorb delivers in a variety of areas. The user-interace is beautiful for both the learner and the admin. It's simple, intuitive and very powerful. It's feature-rich and gave us a lot of flexibility in how we would implement it for our organizational nuances.

Speaking of implementation, it went very well and the team at Absorb was personal and responsive. Easy-to-use software makes implementation really smooth.

Overall we're encouraged by our choice. This is going to change the way we deliver training for our entire organization!

Lastly, our only wish would be to have the ability to have unlimited learners on the system and only pay for the number of active learners each month.

Excellent right out of the box!

We are currently in the middle of a multi-phase implementation of Absorb 5 to replace our legacy LMS of 13 years. The system itself out of the box will more than meet our needs, not only now, but also 5-10 years into the future for sure! No implementation is without its hiccups and ours was no exception. There were issues along the way, but this is where Absorb's customer service excelled. They were extremely responsive and timely with both corrections and fixes for issues. They were also very supportive in responding to operational queries.

We have had excellent feedback from out users to-date on how very user-friendly they find this system.

We look forward to the rest of the role out and our continued positive relationship with the Absorb team!

Very impressed with Absorb's LMS. The most progressive and intuitive platform I have seen to date.

An Excellent LMS for Training

Of all the LMS products that we had reviewed late in 2014, Absorb LMS stood out for its ease of use and reporting features. Since we deployed our training in early 2015, with learners from all over the world, we have found that our users have found it easier to use the tool as well. The reporting feature is excellent in the granularity it provides. The customer service has been fantastic and they have gone out of their way to problem solve on issues that have arisen during our training.

It has been a positive experience for us to have worked with key personnel in Absorb for our implementation and support. We would highly recommend Absorb LMS to companies that are looking to use the tool for their training needs.

Best LMS

My team reviewed many different LMSs and none of them could compare to Absorb. This LMS provides a wide variety of different features that fit everyone of our companies needs/wants. The API provides seemingly endless opportunities for integration with our other applications.

Their customer service is by far THE BEST customer service I have ever received working with any other company. They are fast, responsive and always willing to help me out.

A slick and professional system

Absorb LMS is certainly one of the best looking LMSs on the market. The HTML5 interface makes tablet learning an easy addition to our e-learning strategy with little to no extra work. Customer service has been excellent, they've been happy to make changes to the system and respond to our requests promptly.

We're certainly looking forward to the new admin interface.

Pros: look and feel, design, multi-language (learner and admin), extended enterprise, mercury module, support.

Cons: instructor led training, and custom reporting needs upgrading (I have heard this will be improved in Absorb 5)

Overall: Great company, nice people, best LMS system in the mid-high market level.

Flexible System with Simple Navigation

This is a great system for those beginning to expand into eLearning or for those who have years of experience with said systems. New users can pick up on the system navigation with little interaction and Absorb provides great customer support.

Switched to Absorb - Thrilled We Did

We typically run several thousand users on our LMS at a time. Small # for some companies, but for us that is a large amount. We had been using a competitor for 3-4 years and were getting frustrated with lack of new functionality. We approached Absorb and found them very easy to work with, open about what the system could do and what it was not capable of doing, and also very helpful in finding ways to maximize the functionality to meet our needs.

We are almost one year into Absorb and I have no thoughts of moving platforms because Absorb is meeting all of our needs and even adding features that let us add more functionality to our online learning platform.

Benefitfocus: Why we selected Absorb

When Benefitfocus launched the initiative to start a University in Spring of 2014, one of the first items on the list was to choose and LMS. I spent six weeks of research (the long list of ~90 providers), demos (to get to the medium list of 13) and then scheduling the short list of three for an on-site demonstration.

After the demo, there was really no question on who to choose. Not only the the product clearly outperform the other candidates but the ease, clarity and passion with which Dan Medakovic spoke of Absorb knocked the other representatives out of the park!

We are very pleased with Absorb and the folks at Blatant. Can't wait for 5.0!

Absorb is very easy to use and provides substantive value as our LMS

Finally, an actual Mobile ready LMS!

It's amazing how many companies tout their HTML5 or mobile compatibility these days (and if you're like me, you consider HTML5 to be the worlds biggest buzzword that translates to... "not flash"). The thing is, when it comes time to perform, few platforms, specifically in the LMS world work well. Absorb has consistently impressed us with their ability to adapt to mobile devices. They didn't just resize the desktop version which is a common practice, they have a truly responsive setup with great design-style and usability in mind. Now if only Adobe would hurry up creating a way to publish flash to HTML5 we'd be getting somewhere!

Outstanding System that Doesn't Break the Bank

We implemented Absorb 6 months ago for the purpose of learning delivery and tracking for approximately 3000 learners and tracking only for an additional 7000 learners. While not providing everything on our 'wish list', we are very pleased with our Absorb partnership and have received positive reviews across our organization.

Pros:
- Ease of usability on both learner and admin side
- Automated email notifications across a variety of triggers
- Highly configurable for the creative thinker
- SSO
- Certification tracking
- Exceptional customer service!

Cons:
- No true workflow tools
- Reporting could be more robust

The Absorb LMS Help Desk ' technical and creative staff - has played an integral role in ensuring our overall satisfaction with the LMS. The staff behind the scenes are highly professional, responsive and timely. The process for submitting inquiries is extremely simple and the Help Desk staff keeps our inquiry moving along ensuring complete resolution. We often rely on them to not only assist with inquiries but also collaborate on how to best load modules for our end user. We can't imagine a better support network.

Insperity - Review of Absorb LMS

Pros:
The user side is fantastic, easy to use and very intuitive. The admin side took some time to understand but now it really makes sense and we can accomplish our tasks in a timely manner. Reporting capabilities are fantastic. Creating a report and then having the ability to auto-generate daily/weekly/monthy is very useful.

Cons:
It would be nice to be able to customize the icon fore moble devices. Currently the icon defaults back to the Absorb graphic.
The ability to have hot-links within the calendar would be nice.

The features of the Absorb LMS fulfilled our needs perfectly. The system is intuitive and allows for so much flexibility through their multi-tenant approach to their portals. Their team is always response to our request and are always willing to work with us on improving the platform for not only us as administrators but for all our clients and end users.

Having worked with the team at Absorb for more than two years I would be hard pressed to recommend any other Learning Management System to any one looking for one as SaaS.

We have felt like the LMS has been pretty easy to work through, but there are a large amount of clicks that are needed to get from one point to another. Every now and then we run into little tiny issues that we can't really figure out. Any time we've had an issue and reached out to customer service we have never had them return an answer that was correct or within a month of the initial problem. They will respond back to us way after we have already figured out the problem on our own by trial and error.

CubeSmart Absorb Implementation

Absorb provided the best support possible as we transitioned from our former LMS platform. The data migration was challenging and Mathieu Brillon and his team provided tremendous support at every turn, resulting in our being able to implement on-time and with much success. Our end users love the simplicity of the interface and find it to be very easy to use. We have had few issues--mostly username resets-- since launching on 1-28-15. I highly recommend the product itself and the entire Absorb team.
