ABSORB's price was overall the best out of all for the features and functionality contained within the whole subscription price. The customer service engineers post implementation are also extremely helpful and will always provide alternative solutions or workarounds on the platform too.

The Absorb Create tool allows you to customize training content in an engaging manner while not having to spend days upon days to create a ten-minute course. Their existing courses take the guesswork out of foundations for the whole organization, leaving the customization levels up to you.

I think getting a better understanding of what is an added on cost in the pre-sales process would be better. Overall, all aspects of sales and implementation were excellent, but it was so much information that I didn't really get granular with what was included in the base bucket cost versus what was an additional cost.

Challenges were introduced in secure payment processing, and outdated knowledge-based articles were found in Absorb. Extensive collaboration was required between the finance, IT, and Absorb LMS specialists to identify the payment issues. A temporary solution was enabled to capture the payments that still pose a risk.

Integrations admin authorization - While Absorb has essential integrations on a button click, it has dependencies on the admin authorization between different systems. Admin within Absorb should also have admin privileges in other systems, which is not always the case within the organization.

We're using Analyze dashboards which are very difficult to troubleshoot with various filter issues. For example, we have a dashboard with 5 filters and if there are no users that fall within the first filter, then the dashboard ignores that filter. This then allows incorrect data to appear for admins.

While the LMS offers many valuable features, one area tat could be improved is its performance on mobile app. Addressing it could enhance the platform's versatility and make it even more adaptable to diverse organizational requirements.
Also, if they had full integration with Opensesame my content management would have been smooth.

Always quick to reply and willing to help! He made the migration a smooth process! Highly recommend [sensitive content hidden]!

The new Learner Portal updates are not simple for learners to navigate. We use online courses consisting of several modules/chapters. It has become a challenge for our learners to move to the next module. Please add a button that allows them to move forward to next module.

Absorb implementation was accomplished in less time that some other employee-based systems we have in place. The Absorb platform has never had a performance issue that affected our business.

While there is plenty of report capability designed into the product it would be nice to have the capability expanded to allow for more ad hoc reporting.

The Create tool is a handy resource for creating and managing courses with accessibility in mind. It also allows us to update them efficiently. The platform's content management system is flexible and easy to use. We were impressed with the responsiveness and knowledge of the implementation team and support staff. Onboarding was a great experience overall!

As with many content management systems, it takes some getting used to. There are nuances that are not easily observed. Training is absolutely required.

I loved how easy it was for our team to start using Absorb. The implementation process was great! I also loved all the features that Absorb provided us with that our old LMS didn't, such as forums and curriculums.

My team is new to Absorb, so there may be a better solution, but what we found was the Survey capability wasn't where we wanted it. The basic survey wasn't what we were looking for so we created one with Absorb Create to get the same reporting capabilities, but the problem with Create was the design and formatting limitations.

Absorb is a very rich software system that allows for multiple configurations. Courses are easy to setup and administer. For us, however, we were able to separate our global network of trainers into each one’s separate ’department’ which allows them to administer their own courses and registrations in their own account. This makes for effective course delivery and reporting.

What we liked least is actually Absorb’s strength - there are so many ways to configure courses and curriculum that sometimes it gets a little confusing.
