Procore est un excellent outil très simple et rapide. Il permet la gestion facile de projets, l'accès instantanée aux données de projets. C'est un logiciel très sécurisé avec des intégration très simple.

Nachteile

Rien de négatif chez Procore. C'est un excellent outil de gestion. Je suis vraiment satisfait

As a Procore user I have been impressed with its simplicity and ease of use, but still being feature rich. The mobile experience is a big plus as well.

I can not speak to a lot of features as I would not consider myself a power user. I mostly access Procore to view construction drawings. It works well for my needs.

Procores Drawing Management Tool is robust and a nice way to track changes on drawings, The 24-7 customer support is nice.

We primarily signed up for Procore for Project Management; Budget managment, change management, pay applications, RFI's and Timekeeping. One of our biggest frustrations with Procore is that we were upsold to use the timekeeping tool in hopes that we could bring our timecards into our Owner Pay Applictions (you think this would be easy since you're putting the data in Procore to begin with). That's not the case. When you want to input time/cost for your team in the pay app, you have to export the data to an Excel spreadsheet and import the data back into Procore. What's mind blowing is that they give you an Excel Template to import, but it doesn't work. You have to manually input time back into the program.

The interconnection between the construction drawing set and the RFIs was very impressive for our team and our clients. This wasn't an aspect we were expecting when we initially started with the program. Our clients were also impressed by the "ball-in-court" tracking and the accountability it presented. Everyone on the project could see where something was sitting. The optional email notifications and reminders were helpful and made one less thing for our team to do.

Nachteile

Procore was very adaptable and the Support Team was available and helpful when we were doing the initial set up. I don't have any suggestions for improvement at this time.

You literally have the answer to managing a lot of tasks easily. if you easily lose track of your tasks then your problem is solved. Don't even get me started on the fact that you get to have unlimited cloud space whichis perfect for documentation. forget about losing information to viruses and accidental deletes.

Though it becomes easy when you get a hang of it, Procore can be very hectic when one is new to the software. you have to take their tutorial seriously or you can't be able to use it at all. In short, it is not ideal for slow learners. The software can be seen as very expensive, especially to people who come from the same areas as I do (a poor developing country)

Procore is the most used tool on multiple Construction projects management and i got nothing against the platform and its functionalities.

Procore is a bit clunky and not always easy to use. Each company we work with seems to have Procore set up a bit different which makes it difficult to navigate at times. Keeping it more universal could be helpful.

Unifying multiple systems for project management - file storage, changes, RFI's, bids, scheduling - is an attractive idea. May limit the need for using several different programs at once.

Awkward file storage/retrieval, not easy to navigate. Bid submission may have 'required' fields that can't be edited or changed once entered without redoing the entire bid. Requiring 'access/invitations' to projects that may only require limited interaction such as downloading project files.

I'm sure there is limitations, however I cannot think of ANY right now. Given what is provided Procore should be proud of the product they've delivered and the minimal limitations of the software. As well as their drive to constantly adapt to the suitability of the end users.
