The platform needs a little bit more upgrade when it comes to aesthetics. It has looked the same for almost 2 years. Needs a makeover.

Feature packed. A lot of useful features can be found such looking for information on payments, benefits, tasks, timetables and submitted documents.

Buggy interface, not easy to navigate, and inconvenient functionalities. Tasks sometimes are not easy to review. Although packing a lot of features, sometimes its under utilized by management. Server issues sometimes happen.

Allows us to be able to track staffing and our employees have the ability to login either on a computer or the app.

Nachteile

It can be cumbersome at times at the number of steps in order to clock in. There’s also challenges, correcting an inaccurate punch for the employees.

In some cases you miss the personal interaction with HR. But it seems that that is a thing of the past, and reserve for more high priority interactions.

I don't like that my manger has to approve my hours before it gets to human resources because what if my manger doesn't show up for work the day it needs to be submitted ?

Its an easy tool for payroll management. It is very easy to view all the information regarding compensation, pay ranges and bands in a single page.

It has a lot of capabilities and navigations and sometimes getting the simplest information becomes tricky as you might be lost in clicks and pages

It's not the fault of Workday, but my company provided little training for how to use the software at the start. It took a while to become comfortable using it.

I love that I can easily see and print my paystubs, lessons are easy to find and watch and show a due date so I know when to complete my work, and the app is super user friendly!

I have no complaints using workday. I've used workday when working for 3 different companies in the past and have never encountered a problem.

I think it is a good way to organise all your admin data in one space, get all the appropriate contacts and understand the organisation's structure. It is quite easy to use.

Imputing your holiday is a bit challenging as it's not very intuitive on how to add half days and also you don't get a yearly view of your holiday and all the months.

They have the most comprehensive set of features for HCM needs. Their features are rich and very customizable. HCM product integrates natively with our other workday components seamlessly and pretty much out of the box.

The cost has steadily risen over the years to a point where it's too much.

A valuable aspect about Workday HCM that we have really benefited from is how flexible it is as this allowed us to set it up in way that it perfectly matched with our nature of work. It allows us to get more productive results from individuals by aligning someones capabilities with the right kind of work roles. It has very reliable insights about workers which makes it easy to offer excellent work conditions which benefits both the company and the employee.

Despite Workday HCM being such an important product for managing workforce, all this comes at a cost. Also the user interface could be improved to get more intuitive.

Workday does not offer a lot of room for user input. It also has trouble merging with other programs on occasion. In addition, there are sometimes technical difficulties. I think the user interface could use some work.
