Enables us to attend meetings remotely. My work station is 140km away from our head office so sometimes the managing director who is based at the head office wants to have an urgent staff address. Zoho has come in very handy as we are also able to participate which never used to be possible

The service is very easy to use. If you are looking for very basic screen sharing with some simple features like chat. This may be a good service for you.

For our organization, there was not enough functionality. There was no way to do any type of whiteboarding or customization which was something that we required.

I use the Zoho workplace suite and the meetings software is a part of it. Once you have a team setup on workplace, then working with meetings and other related zoho tools becomes really easy. It can save you a lot of time since you are in the same ecosystem and don't have to juggle around.

Not a lot. The pricing structure can be a little annoying. If zoho can work a bit on that then it would be great.

Reliable product what is important conducting on-line webinars. Comparing to Skype which I also tried for my webinars this software worked 100 percent, weather Skype broke down 7 times during one and a half hour on-line practicing.

In fact nothing, everything worked. It could be free of course it would be even better :)

Provides all the expected functionality form an online meeting tool. Easy to use for registered users and for guest. Pricing cheaper than others and there is a free version available if you needs are not complex (i.e. only limited attendees)
