One of the best meeting & webinar solution in terms of quality and pricing. It has got a robust screen functionality and excellent video and audio quality. You can also save your recordings. It has an advance administrator tools and you can also allow attendees to share screen or speak during the meeting. Meeting invites can be added directly to your google calendar so that you get notifications on time. Setting it up is also easy and it works well on almost all of the device and operating systems. When it comes to privacy, the host can decide whether to allow access to the meeting or not.

Nachteile

Free plan is no longer available. Sometimes, it doesn’t work well with large participants. Also, doesn’t work well on Mac.

The ability to attend a webinar without having to download the application is a great feature. I also like that the application is as effective as the web version. I like the ease in switching between presenters and recording meetings.

I tried 4 meetings not one of them worked correctly, the first wouldnt show my desktop, then it did but was laggy then it just kept saying the presenter was having difficulty despite been in the same building

I like that I can have up to 25 participants along with Q&A chat with attendees and recording all in the free trial.

I didn't like how choppy the visual was of my super smooth slide presentation. I didn't like the instructions and support. It was a difficult process to be able to show my slide show while also having access to the webinar controls. Support told me to use 2 different computers at the same time. Zoho Webinar app is not compatible with Safari on Mac.

I like how easy it was to get a meeting started. My client did not have to sign up and could easily manage the process. We already use ZOHO CRM Plus so I didn't have to do anything to get going and it integrates into our other modules which we can use for tracking and customer relationships.

Nachteile

We did see more lag than I would want. I expect some, but my client was several bunches of seconds behind me. Also, it was slightly confusing to know how to share the screen. My client could only see a part of a part of an application and I had to unshare and then reshare to get it to come up fully.

We can easily create meetings and webinars and invite our participants even if they do not have the application installed and join via the browser.

Nachteile

The only con I would point is that it had less integration with other applications as compared to the current product we are using and the current product has enabled us to get more advantages by doing integration as compared to Zoho meetings.

Platform is very convenient for usage & I would recommend this to anyone who are glued to buzz making platforms.

Platform marketing is not enough and that's why most people need this platform are glued to expensive platforms which do that exacly what Zoho does.

It's Convenience & User friendlyness is the basic reason and 2ndly it's cloud based and does not need user to download the app.

I wanted to explore different video meeting apps for work, so I decided to give Zoho a try. Well, it's been about 3 weeks since I switched and I'm already in love with the functionality! Compared to other meetings and conference apps, this one has more features that can be manipulated. Overall, it was a great experience using this app

Zoho Meeting is free for 60 minutes or less with 100 participants or less. It's very easy for me to start or attend, instant or scheduled meetings. Audio is always great with phone dial in. Zoho Meeting syncs with my calendar and notifications and reminders are very nice. I don't have to download zoho meetings to use it and anyone I invite to a meeting doesn't have to either!

Zoho meeting may be difficult to use with non Zoho software.
When inviting someone to a meeting the email invite doesn't send. I have to copy and paste the link and send manually.
