Zoho Social Review: What I like and Dislike
My experience has been good it really pumped up my performance in social because of the real time update due to which I can quickly respond to any comment. The collaboration feature is also great so we can take approval in app before uploading anything.
Vorteile
I like how Zoho Social makes using different social media in one place and I can schedule my post as per required time. The report helps me to sees the performance of my post so I can know where I can improve.
Nachteile
I dislike the performance speed of Zoho Social while loading the analytics also the integration options are limited which restrict me from connecting it to different software.

Jumping between multiple accounts is easy. Social calendar which is easy to manage. The customer service is friendly and very helpful. Its a brilliant tool to save time, getting most work done just by few clicks. I can edit existing posts very easily. I love the recommendations for dates and time when the post will get most engagement, helps me get the most audience. Automated posting is a life saver, saves me lots of time. We can retrieve leads from ads run and turn the leads to clients. Its reasonably priced for all type of business

It's got a very intuitive interface and an easy-to-use dashboard that's really helpful and not confusing at all. Its scheduling feature is spotless and makes me have my right amount of weekend peace as it can assure you that everything on your social calendar will work just fine. Insighting is very good too and reporting can be customized to what you only need.

A little bit of a problem with images, sometimes photos get cropped automatically or posts very low res images. But can easily be rectified.

Best product I have tried for social media management
Vorteile
I love the ease of posting, as well as there being a free version and premium trials. Very easy to use.
Nachteile
I am not able to link more than 1 on each Social Media Account. We have 4 locations, therefor I have 4 of each social media, and have been only able to link 1 account.

New User Very Happy
I'm building our team around our brands so Zoho gives me a platform to do this.
Vorteile
I like the interface - it is easy to use and looks clean.
I like that it includes Instagram posting within the application.
I like the scheduling and the smart scheduling option.
Nachteile
I'm looking for tagging options and Story options.

Nearly Perfect
Vorteile
Zoho Social has a great user interface in which it is easy to maneuver and plan out a social strategy. The prices are very reasonable and the features are robust.
Nachteile
Pinterest is not currently supported, which is a major problem. The sales team has said that they will be adding this feature by the end of 2018, however.

Your CRM Plus includes Social CRM and many other easy-to-use platforms. Performance publications and live streaming are easily accessible on the brand's health page.
Nachteile
CRM Plus offers a very good coverage of the automation functionality similar to that of its competitors but CRM Plus needs to improve its coverage of the Marketing Automation functionality

Vorteile
Automated post on a scheduled time
Posting across multiple social sites
Analytics, provides a good view of the activity across channels and is effective
Pricing offers another value prop!
Nachteile
There is not a way to retrieve the posts that were scheduled. It would be good to be able to have this feature.

Zoho Social Media Content Management
Vorteile
- The System and mobile app are fast and quick to schedule post, reply messages, check stats and performance of our posts on the different accounts
Nachteile
- The Software does not auto resize images to be posted on different social media, which still is a manual step, as i have different social media accounts linked to one brand, i still have to size different images instead of really one post for posting on all accounts
- Missing the story feature, we could schedule stories as well?

Great software for smaller businesses
Vorteile
I like the fact that I don't need an entire marketing department with this software. It is easy to use and maneuver to my business needs.
Nachteile
Nothing so far, that does not mean something may not come up in the future. I have been using this software for about 30 days and have no trouble.

Its All About Connections - Zoho Social Review
Zoho Social is a very user-friendly and efficient business management software. It is easy to set up and design the pages, and it integrates with other popular social media sites. The customer service is also excellent, and the price is low for this type of software.
Vorteile
I like that all of the features of Zoho Social are intuitive and easy to use. It's also very easy to learn how to use the software if you need to teach others, which is great for small businesses that have limited resources.
Nachteile
The thing I like least is that it is difficult to find posts to share on social media.

Zoho Social has been a great resource
Vorteile
Zoho Social has been a tremendous asset for us. The ease of use, especially when using with volunteers of a non-profit who may not be particularly well versed in technical programs. Zoho Social is very straightforward and intuitive, easy for any skill level to understand and work with. It has worked flawlessly and has made keeping up with all social media outlets a breeze for us. Customer Support has been outstanding, quickly responding to questions and keeping us on track. Thank you, Zoho, for creating an excellent product!
Nachteile
We have been using Zoho Social for a few short months now and have not yet discovered any cons - and hope to continue that trend!
