Too integrated to use on its own.
I wish it was easier to use. I was left with the impression that if I was not using the entire Zoho Suite then Zoho Social was not meant for me as a user.
Vorteile
Scheduling Social Posts was pretty easy to do. I also liked how you can add multiple social platforms.
Nachteile
The integration with the rest of the Zoho Suite ended up being a real issue for me. It was often hard to find the correct login page for Zoho Social, specifically. Many things were also not explained well, with training material too large to navigate easily.

Great customization and features

I would have liked to see the ability to filter reports by posts or hashtags, and I hope integration with Bluesky is coming down the road. I also had issues with exporting reports in the correct timezone, and Instagram stats not exporting at all.

Zoho Social is the Best!
Our experience has been great. We would even go so far as to say that we like it better than Hootsuite. It is less of a hassle and more reasonably priced.

It offers the ability to post to multiple social media platforms at one time, and it provides reports on the engagement of posts for each platform.

So far, there is nothing that we like least about the service.

Highly Recommend Zoho Social
Overall very positive. They believe in their product and offer generous free trials - I will be purchasing this for my organization.
Vorteile
I recommend this platform because it is my platform of choice. I have tried others and the ease of use of Zoho Social , as well as its features are the best available at a reasonable price point, especially for charitable organizations that have limited finances and need to keep admin costs low.
Nachteile
Generating custom reports was not automatically intuitive. I need to invest time to learn how to do this instead of being able to figure out how to get what I need with other competitor's software.

A real game changer for Social Media scheduling
I was recommended Zoho Social by a friend working for another charity and it has really improved the way we work and given me so much time back, instead of spending ages scheduling posts on all the different channels I can do it all in one in less than half the time.

Zoho Social is very easy to use and makes it easy to schedule posts across all our social media channels in just a few minutes. The app also means I can do this easily on the go.

Every so often is seems to lose connection with some of our social channels so I have to reconnect them - I don't know why this is happening.

I am very thankful that I found this app right when I launched my non profit.

Bang for your buck!
Zoho Social does an amazing job integrating so many different things from other platforms into one. I was truly impressed with the service they offer. The other reviews don't lie. I love the SmartQ function because it reaches your top engagers when they're on social media, not when you are. I also love that Zoho integrates bitly, which my company uses regularly anyhow. Lastly, I love the simple and yet detailed data provided on how our social media presence is doing. When presenting to the executive director, he doesn't necessarily want numbers just thrown at him. He enjoys the visuals and was eager to sign on to Zoho.
There really isn't anything to dislike about the program. I was confused by the bitly integration at first, but once I reached out to the Zoho team they were quick to answer any questions. I wish there were different notification settings. I currently have my notifications on so that I can post to Instagram, but when I'm not posting I hate having to go into the app to turn notifications on and off. I wish I could just keep the notifications about posting to Instagram on but keep the notifications from Zoho about when people post, comment, and like my social media off.
Just ask questions. The Zoho team is very helpful and quick to answer whatever it is you need to know. I was getting e-mail updates frequently asking how the trial was going and giving me tips on how to make my experience better.
We've seen a lot of great things coming from Zoho in our trial. We feel that it's easier to use than Hootsuite and that tagging businesses and people in our posts is easier. With Zoho, we're finally able to analytically review how our organization is doing on social media. We weren't able to do that before. It's nice to have the opportunity to sit and look at how different posts are affects our target audience members.

We just started using Zoho social scheduler, it’s great! It works with all the social platforms we use: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. It is the best choice for any small business that needs a social scheduler, which we highly recommend.

Easy to use social media management
Our experience using Z Social has been nothing but fantastic. We have had good insights into how our posts are working which helps us immensely in making decisions on n how to tune and tone our posts.
Vorteile
It’s an excellent tool for managing all your social handles. For a large Non Profit like ours, social connections are most critical to spread the word of our work and to get donations and affirmative actions for animal welfare. Most of our donations get triggered off of the information and awareness campaigns we post on Instagram. Zocial has helped us do this very efficiently while being easy to use and manage.
Nachteile
Image management could be better. The mobile app has limitations but nothing that wd be a show stopper.

Overall, both myself and other members of the team have found using Zoho Social to be easier than another system we've used, Hootsuite. When it came to deploying the system, with Zoho Social, we were able to do it in 1 day, compared to Hootsuite, which took several days.

Great Service, Great Company, Great Software!
From start to finish, I've loved Zoho Social. I also use other Zoho products and I'll be sticking with them for quite a while!

I love the reporting. It's easy to customize reports and provides overviews and complete analytics for several time frames. I also love that I can direct publish, I can schedule posts, and the intelligent scheduling works great (it shows the best times to reach your audience!)
Nachteile
I wish I could edit hashtags for each social channel. Twitter requires different hashtags than Instagram and Facebook, so if I could publish all channels but change hashtags for each channel, I'd be a really happy customer

Zoho Social has been a tremendous asset for us. The ease of use, especially when using with volunteers of a non-profit who may not be particularly well versed in technical programs. Zoho Social is very straightforward and intuitive, easy for any skill level to understand and work with. It has worked flawlessly and has made keeping up with all social media outlets a breeze for us. Customer Support has been outstanding, quickly responding to questions and keeping us on track. All in all very complete tool and the best and low-priced alternative we found to Hootsuite and Buffer for our small NGO.
