The endless reports that are possible. I can connect different data sources and then get beautiful, real time reports on all devices that capture our business at a glance.

Nachteile

The tool can need coding ability or a developer to get some reports you need. A more intuitive way of doing this would be appreciated for the non-coder.

Vorteile

Zoho Reports allow for really nice data visualizations with a lot of flexibility in presentation, type of graphic, etc. Downloading underlying data is also easy to do.

Nachteile

There could be some additional features making it easier to use, such as including data in the downloads that is not included in the visualization. When downloading data, ID numbers and keyword information isn't helpful, but if additional data was provided the user could get a much better idea of what they're looking at in order to use the data externally from Zoho. There's lots more that could be done to make it more flexible and increase functionality, but it serves our purposes.

Vorteile

Zoho reports is a great tool to run information that you already have stored in Zoho. The paid version has more options, but the free version of Zoho gets the job done too.

Nachteile

The cost might be a bit difficult for a smaller organization. There is a free version, but you are limited to what you can and can't do.

Zoho reports has the ability to sync data from our private network using the upload tools that is reliable and effective.
The user interface is simple and self explanatory, most user will be easy to get familiar with the system.
Many possible use scenario with the ability to have custom formula.

Nachteile

No predefined function for some statistical analysis such as NPS, but can be overcome with adding custom formula.

Pricing for SMEs is in the affordable range for the functionality it provides

Nachteile

Customer support can improve. Also, the support teams between Zoho Books and Reports need to get used to each others' features since many a time we get bounced between the two teams before a workable solution to certain queries are found.

Report Automation feature is very cool, you don't require too much of BI know-how to use, great visualization great tool for small and medium-sized biz owners

Not as intuitive as other players in the BI market, automated reports may become set as default, thereby limiting users ability to drill down

We have recently started to use Zoho reports and are using free trial for evaluation. I should mention that it is very useful tool to generate custom reports as per the requirement.

The UI is not very intuitive, and very clustered which makes it hard to use. Hard to understand why things were not working the way they were expected to

You can't beat the price and for a sole proprietor who was starting a new business, I wasn't ready to invest in a pricey platform.
