One of the best data analytics tool available
Vorteile
It offers a very user-friendly interface that makes it easier to navigate and explore the data, It also offers customisable dashboards that can be tailored to meet specific business needs, and it also gets integrated with other Zoho products such as Zoho CRM or Zoho projects.
Nachteile
Integrating with third-party tools can be challenging and may require technical expertise, it is also not suitable for larger organisations as it has limitations on the amount of data that can be stored and processed. Also, it offers limited customisable options as compared to other BI tools.

Zoho Analytics Feedback
I'm pretty satisfied with the product given that it provides some robust features. Writing custom sql helps tackling complex/tricky problems which without it cannot be feasible with tool alone.
Vorteile
It provides direct chart like funnel chart which some other tool do not provide. UI is great, easy to navigate things. Liked the features :- formula column & aggregated formula. Also the querying the tables using custom sql is great to prepare the data. The widget functionality and the features it provide is robust.
Nachteile
Cannot pin multiple columns. cannot change the title of the view in case of the copy of a dashboard. 'CASE WHEN' does not work in it in case of writing custom sql. Sometimes there is some glitch/hang in the application due to which certain thing won't work, need to refresh the entire page to start work again. Also while sharing a dashboard using a permalink the password is same for all the users if sharing it with multiple users. The user can easily change the filter condition/name in the url and open someone else's dashboard.

Overall good experience we just needed to adjust from another Analytics software.

Implementation is easy. Admin/user interface is feature packed.
Nachteile

Great BI platform
Overall great experience, just not as much help as I’d like from support.
Vorteile
For users that use Zoho Finance of Books this tool is a must. The canned reports are very limited in those platforms. This helps the team expand and report on all data points.
Nachteile
Support has been a challenge. I’ve asked for help a few times, they look into it and say they’ll get back to me. But never have.

Beware - Zoho Preys on Smaller Companies with Weak IT Controls
Vorteile
Zoho Analytics was easy to set up and easy to implement. Even writing queries - albeit through a bit of a clunky interface - was pretty easy. I enjoyed being able to set this up and get the users running quickly.
Nachteile
Zoho decided to forge my e-mail address for all notifications from our analytics account. Their e-mails used to come from a Zoho notifications address. Now, they are sending e-mails - from their own servers - that purport to be from me. Naturally, my company's spam blocker bounces these.
Since new users must respond to one of these spoofed e-mails, I can no longer set up new users, at all. They're not caught in a spam trap. They are actually being returned by our server.
Zoho's one and only solution has been to demand that my company make a change to our DNS servers. Then, Zoho can send what appear to be legitimate e-mails on behalf of anyone at my company, at will. That's not acceptable and should not be required. If you want that as a convenience for your users, it works - with appropriate legal agreements in place. Plenty of companies do this with SPF and DKIM records for internally controlled servers.
For an external company to provide no other option (and not mention it until it was too late), this is a huge red flag. Zoho even provides instructions for how to make this change on GoDaddy. Be warned. You know nothing about their internal controls and yet you're giving them license to send e-mail on your behalf. AVOID!

The perfect alternative to Google Data Studio and Tableau
I used to use Google Data Studio for data visualization needs, but I'll now be using Zoho Analytics exclusively. Zoho Analytics dashboards are easier to set up, have better design, and look more white-labeled than Data Studio.
Vorteile
I only recently began using Zoho Analytics, but I'm already impressed. I've been using Zoho apps for a few years now via a Zoho One account, and Zoho Analytics is definitely one of Zoho's best applications. Zoho Analytics makes it easy to set up reports, integrations, dashboards and workspaces. It offers all the functionality of Google Data Studio, but it's far easier to use and the design templates are much nicer. While Zoho Analytics is not as in-depth as Tableau, it's a great alternative for those who want to effectively visualize data from a variety of sources without committing the time it takes to learn Tableau.
Nachteile
Customer service can sometimes take a few days to respond to inquiries, but when they do respond they offer detailed and thoughtful responses.
If you have a Zoho One account, there can only be one Zoho Analytics admin user, which can make collaboration tricky.

A Necessary Add-On but Should Be Easier to Get Basic Reports
We no longer have to hand compile reports based on our various databases, which saves so much time.
Vorteile
This software is very powerful. It generates some reports that we cannot do without. It allows you to automatically email reports to the team, which is very helpful.
Nachteile
It is ridiculously complicated to get what it seems like should be basic reports. It should be easier to customize reports with static information such as dates and titles. Some in-use pointers might be helpful... I try to make adjustments to reports and the entire thing disappears. I call to ask for help and get differing results, oftentimes though they simply tell me something cannot be done - this is for basic reports that should be simple.

Great BI solution, and becomes Excellent within Zoho One
Overall, great experience with Analytics ! We connect and centralize several data sources and apps to create reports for the Marketing department (SaaS application) - we use various types of sources and technos to enable sync (native, SQL on cloud, webhooks) and gather them to create 5 dashboards that encompass the whole teams activités and performance. In itself, it's a good application, but within the Zoho One Suite, and as part of the overall pricing, it's clearly underpriced for what it does! Big fan of the Zoho Suite

The fact it's easy to set up and organize, with powerful report / graph / dashboard creation features. Connect your sources, check, and start building reports. It can be as simple as this ! And the dashboard builders' easy drag and drop interface does a great work. More than efficient, you can even build good looking, stylish ones if you have a little time and an eye for design :)
Nachteile
Some editing features while manually modifying Tables that are already imported. Granted, when you sync with external data sources, you shouldn't do this much, but if it happens you have to manually edit a table, it can be quite tedious.

Not very user friendly
We tried using Zoho reports to get better insights into our project resources. We found it to be incredibly frustrating to use, nearly impossible to get help from tech support, and in general, the way the pricing is presented is very misleading regarding how the setup would be managed. Overall I would never recommend Zoho reports as an add on to Projects. We are using Projects just fine without all of those extras.

Didn't really see any - way too hard to use and tech support only give you links to their self-help center, they refuse to actually write out a thought out response to your question, so overall we couldn't even really use it enough to establish any pros.
Nachteile
Every single aspect of it, from pricing to the features to setup and ease of use. Nothing about Reports was helpful.
Technical support is really killing my satisfaction with your products. Any time I run into an issue, I contact tech support and get a link to the self help knowledge base back. I realize you would like to automate as much of your technical inquiries as possible, but this is really poor customer service and has led to great dissatisfaction overall with Zoho.

Zoho Reports
I work for a large healthcare organization and was tasked with developing a database that would track non-clinical work unit for faculty members within Pathology. I used Zoho Creator to develop the database and intended to use its report functionality but it came up short of what I needed it to do. So, I, along with a developer, turned to Zoho reports. Zoho reports solved my issue and I was able to create a dashboard that would update all metrics based on filters selected.

Great report writing and dashboard tool
We use this app for our internal process dashboards. The flexibility has allowed us to emulate our process flow for 14 major milestones on ever project. Projects move from dashboard to dashboard, with different staff members handling different milestones. The only real complaints are a lag time in updating data of up to 3 hours, and some lack of flexibility. Customer service is amazing - excellent! They really want this to be a great product!

You can upload any kind of tabular data. Supports import of data from a cloud storage system. Several varieties of charts and pivot tables can be employed. You can share your reports with the team and also interact with them. You can attach the reports at your blogs or page to increase its reach. Application simple and easy to use, you can, in fact, create reports without investing a huge effort. The customer service is very responsive, you can keep in touch by just leaving a message in the chat window. It is a very affordable solution for the creation of sophisticated reports with ease. You can personalize your dashboard by using the themes option.
Nachteile
There is a limit to the number of users who can access the account. You will find the main dashboard to be a little complicated. Hyperlinking features are absent.

Zoho Reports is quite easy to use, at least for someone who has worked with other reporting and data visualization tools. Sharing with non-technical users is quite easy and straight forward. We, mostly, use tabular reports and the performance has been quite good.
Nachteile
The tech support lacks the promptness and sometimes don't quite understand the need and the urgency.

Better Than Salesforce Dashboards
What we are able to put forth in a snap-shot view on one page outpaces what SalesForce can replicate in their Lightening module by leaps and bounds. It really gives you a good tool to see things from a big-picture view with minimal effort, after initial setup.

We have been able to re-create custom reports that took close to a year to build, in 2-3 months. While the product has many limitations, the user-experience and ease of use make it a good overall experience.
Vorteile
The ease of use of the product is great. Once data is imported, creating useful tables, reports, and dashboards can sometimes take a matter of minutes.
Nachteile
The features this product offers are somewhat limited, in terms of data manipulation and report variety. Also, flexibility when it comes to report creation is pretty strict, due to the mold of the product.

Better Than Tableau
If you're trying to find a BI Solution for a small company, this is what you want. In building our reports, we were able to pick up the phone and talk to a tech support person immediately to help us with SQL and other issues we had. The result was we were able to be up and running in just a few days. Compared to Tableau which wanted to charge us to build our reports and then required a per-user license fee - this software is super affordable and easy to get up and going with.
Vorteile
The software provides single page reports with a filtering capability across the top. This allow our clients the ability to use different filters and generate a custom report based on their individual needs without us having to build one for them.
Nachteile
The dashboard and data tables are not fully CSS compliant so they are not responsive in web pages. To get around this we set our page with to a static width, but that is not ideal for users on tablets and phones. Also, there is are no mapping options yet.

Not so happy
Not too bad although it would be nice to have all the issues raised by us addressed and better support provided.

The ability to create variety of charts and tables and using appropriate color coordination to make them stand apart.
Dynamic functionality is very good as well.

Maps do not show exact number of ppl using our website.
Social Media options are very limited in terms of filtering the kind of data we need. Hashtags don't work.
Analytics integration gets confusing if there are more than two websites integrated. It is not very user friendly to find the data we need to create relevant charts and often get mixed up.
Support is a bit ambiguous and in a hurry to disconnect the call.

Vorteile
Zoho Analytics is easy to use. The program features an intuitive user interface and offers a number of tools and wizards that make it simple to design reports and dashboards. Also, a variety of visualization choices are available in Zoho Analytics, making it's users to design straightforward dashboards and reports that are visually appealing.
Nachteile
Zoho Analytics could not be as strong or feature-rich as some other business intelligence software packages is a possible disadvantage. The software provides a variety of analytics and reporting services, but some customers could discover that it lacks the sophisticated features and adaptability they need.

Great Low Cost High Power Analytics Option
This is a great tool for creating data dashboards or preparing analysis reports
Vorteile
The free version is very robust giving small organizations or individuals most of what they need for creating reports with small to medium amounts of data. I like the synchronization with other applications and ability to automate data refreshes.
Nachteile
There are a few options with dashboard chart formatting that I wish had more personalization options

Great for a value Analytics Tool
Vorteile
It is pretty intuitive - even users with little experience can learn how to use the software. There barrier to entry, cost-wise, is very low.
Nachteile
There are limitations when it comes to creating query tables. It doesn't automatically allow you to build query tables past the third level - which really limits your ability to go deeper in the data if you are needing to clean the data after it comes in. It also doesn't allow you to do a subquery.

New to Zoho Analytics
Overall, with the limited amount of time that I have used Zoho I have found it easier to use with more experience. Compared to like software programs this seems to be a bit cheaper to purchase.
Vorteile
The key to Zoho and others is getting in and seeing all you can do; it also allows customizing to fit any business needs, and a user can personalize their theme. I like a quick tutorial, especially if there is a new function or learning how to do something quickly.
Nachteile
Con from what I noticed was, the subscription seems to be per user. It would probably be beneficial if it were per group. Also, I did not see a tutorial. Maybe someone else who selected Zoho noticed a tutorial.

Simple BI tool
We use Zoho.Report integrated to Zoho.CRM, Google.Docs and other apps by API.
But not all tables of Zoho.CRM transferred to Zoho.Report. Support team can not explain the reason, just "not supported".
Good usability but a query builder is absent. And no in-line helper for SQL editor.

Easy to use and start out of the box.

Zoho apps integration.
Nachteile
3 levels of sql requests only.
Execution time limits.
Not all tables of Zoho.CRM exported to Zoho.Report. Why? Support team answer: "The function is not supported" But WHY? (Comments and Price Line Items for example) I need to use api to transfer the data.
Query Builder is absent.

ease of navigating the system is nice, clean look, auto updating fields pre-written Workflow rules and templates
Nachteile
lack of custom functions, not native to CRM sync does not work support not there on a needed basis, it could take days before anyone gets back to you, and then they really cannot provide the support needed

I love how easy it is to get started and with all the amazing features packed in this software, the pricing is more than reasonable.

No good for reports
Vorteile
Ability to synchronise with Google cloud and CRM, creating formula fields
Nachteile
Reports (e.g. pivot view or summary) not able to use OR function and CONTAINS completely useless as you have to select every iteration manually.
These are two very basic requirements of any query so not really fit for purpose.

Zoho Reports
Good value for money tool, generally very flexible and easy to use. UI is intuitive and you can start making progress very quickly.
Has a good range of data input/ import options that allow you to summarise data from many sources.
I use this to generate a number of different reports from this, once you have everything setup it's very easy to generate/ export everything I need.
Vorteile
Very Easy to use and configurable. You can create reports very quickly and summarise complex data into much simpler and readable format in minutes.
SQL syntax to manipulate your data is very useful and powerful and means you don't need to make changes to your existing data structure.
Nachteile
Some UI components e.g graphs feel a bit dated and don't look quite as clean as other BI tools.
Can slow down if you are using a large data set, not sure what the recommended maximum data set size is.
