Almost any connection would run smoothly. Constant updates has made the software more polished and easier to setup for clients.

Limited use on free. Can't find specific files in meeting channels when there are too many.

I like the ease of office communication with coworkers, both in our office and with other locations. It has been quicker than using email to ask a question and get timely responses. Video calls are also great!

Nothing at the moment. Since i started using Microsoft Teams i haven't experienced any challenges.

It's easy to use and has a lot of add-on features without having to download multiple apps. I like being able to video conference without zoom. I love being able to attach files to chats instead of emailing back and forth.

I think the one thing I don't like is that you're not able to delete messages. You can hide conversations, but can't delete them. It'd be nice to be able to delete things I don't need anymore. Maybe I just don't know how to do that...

Keeps a history of your messages with management and/or colleagues and you are able to setup meeting very quickly if necessary. Provides visually of other people within the company availability and able to share document through the tool.

Nachteile

Not able to make outside calls externally and unable to interface with other software. There is also very limited training and not able to provide tips or AI creations if you are consistently using or doing something.

The new characteristics that are in the recent updates of Microsoft Teams have made the software more intuitive and easy to use. Also the multi-vendor capabilities are amazing, we can use it with mac OS and any PC

TEAMS UI could be slightly improved as when there is a large number of groups created, it starts to be a challenge to find the groups you are specifically looking for.

Microsoft has a lot of great features however there are some areas for improvement. When the server goes down it causes delays in communication between users who want the system running on their device or who don’t have access for some time.

Regarding the channels, sub-channels and documents shared, it's not very user friendly. I don't like to use it for archiving documents, I prefer remotely or on the Cloud.

Coming from Skype this was huge improvement. Ease of use clickable links and to see history of chats and reactions. Having all the meetings history, calendar and contact all in one app is great.

I've worked with Microsoft Teams for a little while now and I've really enjoyed how easily it integrates everything into one platform--chat, video calls, file sharing, and project management--which for startup businesses, makes it easy to keep things organized and collaborative. Plus, the ability to create different channels within a team lets everyone stay focused.

When I was a new user, perhaps one of the challenging things I found was its user interface. It can feel cluttered at times, especially when there are a lot of channels, chats, and additional notifications going on.

I like how versatile Teams is. At my school, we use it for SPED/504 documentation. Each student has their own channel with their files attached. It is very easy to communicate and look up the needed information. It is also an easy and efficient way to communicate with other staff members. Many times, I will get a message from a counselor or secretary asking me to send a student to another location. They are easily able to get in touch with me through Teams. Also, I have the app on my phone and I am able to stay in touch when I am not at my desk. Our department has several channels that we use to communicate about different things. We also have a way to reserve Chromebook carts through Teams. Additionally, it is a great place to hold virtual meetings. It is easy to create and begin online meetings. I use Teams everyday, all day long. It has been a great experience and it's a centralized spot where many important functions occur. Without this technology, it would be difficult to make sure a school of my size ran so smoothly.

One issue that I have encountered with teams is locating group chats. These chats are not listed under Teams, but rather under "chat" or "activity." I have many, many notifications coming each day and this pushes the group chats far down in the line. I have to take awhile to go back and find it when I need to send something. It would be nice if there was a place to locate these chats.

I like that Microsoft Teams allows me to reach my students outside of class if they need help with assignments. We also use teams to communicate with other teachers and administration throughout the day.

The only con is sometimes notifications don't pop up when I get a new message.

It's not all about a chat tool. Microsoft teams become the access point for the whole organization to access all the collaboration tools. We set MS Teams as hopepage of the organization. Within MS Teams we are able to open direclty all the MS office suite documents, like presentations, spreadsheets and so on.
